AiSHi-880全自动套管机操作指南总述本机器时为了单端型铝电解电容器而设计制造的自动化生产设备。

能自动完成套胶功能。

※本机械为组立工序完成后,自动套上印有商标及规格等的胶管,加以热缩。

※此机械之各组件及磨具皆采用耐磨损、耐腐蚀之特殊钢材与硬化不锈钢材加工精制而成。

各传动轴之轴承亦是采用原装配件,另传动连杆则配合方向轴承,使整部机械传动组立减小因而降低杂音,使其发挥高性能之准确性。

Centre the cookware on the hob.Use cookware whose base diameter is the same dia-meter as the hotplate.Tip: Cookware manufacturers often give the upper diameter of the saucepan. It is often larger than the base diameter.¡Unsuitable cookware or incompletely covered cook-ing zones consume a lot of energy.Cover saucepans with suitable lids.¡Cooking without a lid consumes considerably more energy.Lift lids as infrequently as possible.¡When you lift the lid, a lot of energy e a glass lid.¡You can see into the pan through a glass lid without having to lift it.Use pots and pans with flat bases.¡Uneven bases increase energy e cookware that is suitable for the quantity of food.¡Large items of cookware containing little food need more energy to heat up.Cook with only a little water.¡The more water that is contained in the cookware,the more energy is required to heat it up.Turn down to a lower power level early on.¡If you use an ongoing power level that is too high,you will waste energy.Take advantage of the hob's residual heat. Forcibly removing the hot-plate controls leads to them being destroyed.4.2 HotplatesYou can find an overview of the different activations of the hotplates here.Switching off: Turn the hot-plate switch to 0 and reset.Never turn the hotplateswitch past the symbol to 0.Notes¡Dark areas in the glow pattern of the hotplate are part of the technical design. They do not affect the functionality of the hotplate.¡The hotplate regulates the temperature by switching the heat on and off. The heat may also switch on and off when at the highest setting.–This protects easily damaged components from overheating.–The appliance is protected against electrical overload.4.3 Hotplate display and residual heat indicatorThe hob has a hotplate display and a residual heat in-dicator. The EVM has a crystal onboard that when powered up suppliesa signal to the SN65LVDS16, SN65LVP16, SN65LVDS18, or SN65LVP18which provides a very clean 155.52 MHz signal at J1 and J2.1-2Observing an EVM U1 Output1-3Introduction 1.3Observing an EVM U1 OutputThe outputs are available at J1 and J2 for direct connection to oscilloscope in-puts. Matched length cables must be used when connecting the EVM to a scope to avoid inducing skew between the noninverting (+) and inverting (−)outputs.The three power jacks (P2, P3, and P4) are used to provide power and a ground reference for the EVM. The power connections to the EVM determine the common-mode load to the device. When connecting the EVM outputs di-rectly to oscilloscope inputs, setting of the oscilloscope common-mode offset voltage is required, as the oscilloscope presents low common-mode load im-pedance to the device.Returning to Figure 1−1, Power Supply 1 is used to provide the required 3.3 V to the EVM. Power Supply 2 is used to offset the EVM ground relative to the DUT ground. The EVM ground is connected to the oscilloscope ground through the returns on SMA connectors J1 and J2. With power applied, the common-mode voltage seen by the SN65LVDS16 or SN65LVDS18 is approximately equal to the reference voltage being used inside the device preventing significant common-mode current to flow. Optimum device setup can be confirmed by adjusting the voltage on Power Supply 2 until its current is minimized. It is important to note that use of the dual supplies, and offsetting the EVM ground relative to the DUT ground are simply steps needed for test and evaluation of devices. Actual designs would include high-impedance receivers, which would not require the setup steps outlined above.LVPECL drivers need a 50-Ω termination to V TT . A modification of Figure 1−1and the above instructions are used when evaluating a SN65LVP16 or SN65LVP18 with a direct connection to a 50-Ω oscilloscope. The EVM comes with a 100-Ω termination resistor (R6) installedacross the differential inputs for terminating the transmission line.When using a general-purpose signal generator with 50-Ω output impedance,make sure that the signal levels are between 0 V to V CC with respect to P4.V ID cannot exceed 2 V. Intended useJULABO immersion coolers have been designed for temperature application to specific fluids in a bath tank.For example: Dewar vessels, beakers, or other containers in conjunctionwith heating circulators for continuous countercooling1.1. DescriptionThe JULABO immersion coolers FT200, FT 400 and FT900 are employed to cool liquids for working temperatures ranging from +50 °C to -90 °C, such as in:Dewar vessels, beakers, or other containersin conjunction with heating circulators for continuous countercoolingor for dry-ice substitution.The JULABO FD200 Flow-Through Cooler is employed to cool liquids in closed circuits. This unit is generally installed at the intake of a heating circulator to draw heat away from the circulating bath liquid.Models FD200, FT200 and FT400 are provided with a handle for portable use.Model FT900 is equipped with four castors. Two of the castors include locking levers that should be pressed down after setting up the unit to prevent it from moving.The immersion probe is connected to the instrument with a flexible, specially insulated tube. On model FT900 the immersion probe is also flexible and may be adjusted precisely to different positions within the vessel.2. Operator responsibility – Safety instructionsThe products of JULABO ensure safe operation when installed, operated, and maintained according to common safety regulations. This section explains the potential dangers that may arise when operating the circulator and also specifies the most important safety precautions to preclude these dangers as far as possible.The operator is responsible for the qualification of the personnel operating the units.The personnel operating the units should be regularly instructed about the dangers involved with their job activities as well as measures to avert these dangers.Make sure all persons tasked with operating, installing, and maintaining the unit have read and understand the safety information and operating instructions.4When using hazardous materials or materials that could become hazardous, the circulator may be operated only by persons who are absolutely familiar with these materials and the circulator. Regularly check (at least every 2 years) the proper condition of the mandatory, warning, prohibition and safety labels.Make sure that the mains power supply has low impedance to avoid any negative effects on the instruments being operated on the same mains.This unit is designed for operation in a controlled electromagnetic environment. Fire hazard!There might be chemical dangers depending on the bath medium used.Observe all warnings for the used materials (bath fluids) and the respective instructions (safety data sheets).Insufficient ventilation may result in the formation of explosive mixtures. Only use non-acid and non corroding materials.When using hazardous materials or materials that could become hazardous, the operator must affix the enclosed safety labels to the front of the unit so they are highly visible:If this unit is intended for use within the United States of America, all 3 warning labels must be affixed to the housing of the unit prior to use. Directions for the positioning of the individual warning labels are enclosed with the warning labels included in the delivery. DisposalThe product may be used with oil as bath fluid. These oils fully or partially consist of mineral oil or synthetic oil. Installation•Place the unit on an even surface on a pad made of non-flammable material.•Press down the castor levers on model FT900.•The instrument should be set up at a frost-proof and dry location.•The place of installation should be large enough and providesufficient air ventilation to ensure the room does not warm upexcessively because of the heat the instrument rejects to theenvironment. (Max. permissible ambient temperature: 35 °C).For a fault (leakage) in the refrigeration system, the standard EN378 prescribes a certain room space to be available for each kg ofrefrigerant.> For 0.25 kg of refrigerant R134a, 1 m3 of space is required.> For 0.52 kg of refrigerant R404A, 1 m3 of space is required.> For 0.68 kg of refrigerant R23, 1 m3 of space is required.•The ambient temperature must not exceed 35 °C.•Keep at least 20 cm of open space on the front and rear ventinggrids.•Do not set up the unit in the immediate vicinity of heat sources anddo not expose to sun light.•Before operating the unit after transport, wait about one hour aftersetting it up. Switching On•The immersion cooler is turned on and off with the mains switch.(1).The control light in the switch will illuminate.7. TROUBLESHOOTING•Malfunction of compressor:The cooling compressor is equipped with an overloadprotection device that will be triggered by overheating orexcessive current consumption. Possible causes includeinsufficient ventilation or contamination of the condenser.After a cool-down phase, the motor is automaticallyswitched on again.•Interruption of the cooling loop (FD200) by a bended tube. 8. Cleaning / repairing the unitJULABO coolers are designed for continuous operation undernormal conditions.Periodic maintenance is not required.Regularly check the condensor for dirt contamination. Cleanthe ribbed condensor, because dust and dirt will reducecooling performance of the unit.Cleaning the Cooling Compressor:•Switch off the unit, disconnect mains power cable.Remove the hood (FD200, FT200, FT400).RepairsBefore asking for a service technician or returning a JULABO instrument for repair, please contact an authorized JULABO service station.When returning the unit:•Clean the unit in order to avoid any harm to the service personnel.•Attach a short fault description.•During transport the unit has to stand upright. Mark the packing correspondingly.•When returning a unit, take care of careful and adequate packing.•JULABO is not responsible for damages that might occur from insufficient packing.9. WARRANTY PROVISIONSThe following Warranty Provisions shall apply to products sold in North America by Julabo (“Seller”) to the entity shown as buyer (“Buyer”) on Seller’s invoice.1. Initial Warranty. The Initial Warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, improper installation or operation, unauthorized or improper repair, replacement or alteration (including but not limited to repairs, replacements, or alterations made or performed by persons other than Seller’s employees or authorized representatives), failure to provide or use of improper maintenance, unreasonable use or abuse of the product, or failure to follow written installation or operating instructions. Buyer must return the product’s record of purchase to the Seller or one of Seller’s authorized representatives within thirty (30) days of the date the product is shipped by Seller to Buyer in order to make a claim under the Initial Warranty. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, all glassware, including but not limited to reference thermometers, are expressly excluded from the Initial Warranty.4. Buyer’s sole remedies; Limitations on Seller’s Liability. Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy under the Initial Warranty is strictly limited, in Seller’s sole discretion, to either: (i) repairing defective parts; or (ii) replacing defective parts. In either case, the warranty period for the product receiving a repaired or replaced part pursuant to the terms of the Initial Warranty shall not be extended. All repairs or replacements performed by Seller pursuant to these Warranty Provisions shall be performed at Seller’s facility in Allentown, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. or Vista, California, U.S.A or at the facility of an authorized representative of Seller, which location shall be determined by Seller in its sole discretion; provided, however, that Seller may, in its sole discretion perform such repairs or replacements at Buyer’s facility in which case Buyer shall pay Seller’s travel, living and related expenses incurred by Seller in performing the repairs or replacements at Buyer’s facility. As a condition precedent to Seller’s obligation to repair or replace a product part under the Initial Warranty, Buyer shall (i) promptly notify Seller in writing of any such defect; (ii) shall have returned the product’s record of purchase to Seller or to one of Seller’s authorized representatives within thirty (30) days of the date the product is delivered to Buyer; and (iii) assist Seller in all respects in its attempts to determine the legitimacy and basis of any claims made by or on behalf of Buyer including but not limited to providing Seller with access to the product to check operating conditions. If Buyer does not provide such written notice to Seller within the Initial Warranty period or fails to return the product’s record of purchase as set forth above, Seller shall have no further liability or obligation to Buyer therefore. In no event shall Seller’s liability under the Initial Warranty exceed the original purchase price of the product which is the subject of the alleged defect.5. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THE INITIAL WARRANTY ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO THE BUYER. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, AND EVEN IF THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FAIL OF THEIRWARRANTY PROVISIONSESSENTIAL PURPOSE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR BUYER’S MANUFACTURING COSTS, LOST PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY AND ALL SUCH DAMAGES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.6. Assignment. Buyer shall not assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written approval of Seller; provided, however, that if Buyer is a distributor of Seller, the rights and obligations of Buyer under these Warranty Provisions shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon Buyer’s customers who provide the product’s proof of purchase to Seller pursuant to the terms set forth herein. Seller may assign any or all of its rights or obligations hereunder without Buyer’s prior consent.7. Governing Law. The Warranty Provisions and all questions relating to their validity, interpretation, performance, and enforcement shall be construed in accordance with, and shall be governed by, the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its principles of conflicts of law.8.Waiver. Any failure of the part of Seller to insist on strict compliance with the Warranty Provisions shall no way constitute a waiver of such right. No claim or rights arising out of a breach of the Warranty Provisions by Buyer may be discharged in whole or in part by a waiver of the claim or right, unless the waiver is in writing signed by an authorized representative of Seller. Seller’s waiver or acceptance of any breach by Buyer of any provisions of the Warranty Provisions shall not constitute a waiver of or an excuse for nonperformance as to any other provision of the Warranty Provisions nor as to any prior or subsequent breach of the same provision.9.Freight. Buyer will arrange and pay for shipping and handling charges for the unit to be returned to the Seller.Seller will arrange and pay for shipping and handling for the return of the unit to the Buyer.WARRANTY PROVISIONS。

1、开机前应检查相关内容
在使用切纸机之前必须对机器表面和机器内部做一次卫生处理,彻底清除纸屑。

并检查润滑系统,切纸刀等有无松动或异常。

2、开机后至正式使用前应做好相关测试
开机后应先低速运转数分钟,气压调至0.3-0.5mpa,检查四门是否关紧,有无大碍。

3、认真阅读生产通知,按要求规格生产。

4、切纸机在使用中应随时检查纸张状态
生产中随时检查纸卷处面有无起皱,端面有无毛刺、凹凸、发黄、发黑及长短不一致现象,一旦出现及时调整。

5、切刀使用状态检查及更换方法
手轮升降刀盘,需先松开刀盘支柱上得M16螺丝,升降到位后需紧镇螺丝;
更换新刀片时需把切刀盘升至高的位置,换刀后需检查切刀与底相碰,才能开机;
磨刀声音异常,刀片发热严重时,需停机检查,砂轮是否堵塞,并清洗或更换新砂轮。

应注意砂轮对刀片的磨刀压力要轻,压力太大将造成切刀损坏。

6、更换推掌时,需量好推掌距,确定位置上紧螺丝。

7、导纸槽光电开关位置非专业人员不得操作
导纸槽部分的光电开关位置,无特殊情况非专业人员不得更改,否则将导致切刀损坏。

8、切纸机使用完之后应检查
班后必须清扫场地,保持场地整洁,并停止机械运转,切断电源。
