人教版英语必修三说课稿 Unit 2 Health eating说课稿本单元的中心话题是healthy eating,根据《学科指导意见》的要求,我设定了4个教学目标:1.在语言知识方面:要求学生了解食物的主要营养成分。
在这个环节,我运用了一些图片,展示了warming up里的生词,然后根据energy-giving food, body-building food, protective food分类展示,最后通过食物金字塔,引导学生说出食物的营养成分。
2.在情感态度方面,要求学生树立健康饮食的意识。
在语言技能方面:要求学生能用所学的相关词汇谈论“健康平衡饮食”这个话题。
想到现在学生特别喜欢去KFC,MacDonald’s等等垃圾食品快餐店,大大影响了青少年的身体健康,于是找到了一个麦当劳的视频,安排在课文结束前15分钟进行,让学生通过listening and watching the video以及回答为什么很多西方人都很早地死于心脏病等等,来了解麦当劳这类快餐对身体的危。
最后设置了一个4人小组的discussion。
Do you think it’s good to build a McDonald’s restaurant in Tangqi? Why?并提供了一些sentence patterns和useful expressions供学生参考。
根本指导意见的发展要求,学生能根据所学饮食和营养知识判断麦当劳的营养价值。
3.在学习策略上,要求学生根据食物的主要营养成分将食物分类,培养学生的认知策略。
在这个环节,由于是借班上课,我从自我介绍开始,说自己的爱好是喜欢吃东西,因为奶奶说女孩子胖胖的比较漂亮,然后播放一个15秒钟的一个胖女孩的视频,引出slim一词,然后又说自己喜欢cartoon characters引出学生特别喜欢的一张吃东西的加菲猫的图,接着提问学生:why do people eat every day?然后根据食物的功能,对食物进行了分类。

This part introduces students two unbalanced diets through the restaurants of WangPeng and Yong Hui.It is important for students to know about the two extremes and avoid them. 一.教学内容这单元主要话题是围绕健康饮食来展开的。
而本节阅读课的内容也正是通过菜系饮食之间的对比来明确说明健康饮食的重要性,是突出本单元主题的最重要的部分。
文章主要讲述王鹏伟和咏慧开饭店的不同风格,经营的不同菜肴以及顾客对不同食品的不同反响,反映了现代人对饮食的日益的关注和追求。
二.学生分析学生是学习的主体,所以教师在教授知识的时候必须考虑到自己的教学对象的基础和能力等因素,从而设计有针对性的教学方案促进学生更有效的接受新的知识。
就我所教授的班级来说,学生在阅读课中的学习有如下的一些困难:1.由于所教班级学生的英语基础能力有限,主要表现在单词的积累量过少,英语句型结构无法正确的识别,在文章大意的理解上就会存在较大难度。
2.学生缺乏阅读上的诸多技巧知识,在浏览文章的时候目的不明确,很容易的就会在阅读过程当中表现出耐性的极度缺乏,很容易的就失去了继续阅读的兴趣。
3.太多学生由于害怕在课堂上答错问题而不敢积极的发言。
4.学生很少在英语课上能用所学英语来表达自己对话题的各种看法。
还有学生的知识面狭窄也是阻碍他们阅读兴趣,逐渐的也就变为了学生高效阅读的绊脚石。
三.设计思想我对这节阅读课的教学设计理念如下:以学生为本,采用师生互动的课堂模式,鼓励学生探索,合作和创造性地学习,营造平等,民主,宽松的学习气氛,促进学生在课堂的学习过程当中由被动便主动,避免在教学过程当中继续出现教师单一填鸭式教学法。

最后是情感、态度和价值观:通过对健康饮食的学习和讨论,使学生掌握有关健康饮食方面的知识,了解平衡饮食的重要性,培养学生自主探究与团队合作的能力。
三、教学重难点依据本节课的教学目标,我把本节课的教学重难点界定为以下几点:教学重点:重点短语ought to、lose weight、get away with、tell a lie、win……back的含义以及基本用法教学难点:语言的运用,ought to用法归纳;几个情态动词must、may、might、should、can辨析四、教法学法俗话说教学有法,教无定法。
高中阶段的学生已经掌握了一定的英语基础知识以及听说能力,正向读写能力过度,在本节课上我将使用双方互动教学法:问答法和自由讨论教学法,借助多媒体教学设备让学生相互交流、合作学习;鼓励学生抓住英语交际的机会,大胆实践。

(二)教学目标根据新颁布的普通高中《英语课程标准(实验稿)》关于阅读课主要教学目标的具体描述,结合本课教学内容,具体从语言知识、语言技能、情感态度和文化意识三个方面制定如下教学目标。
1. 语言知识目标:a)使学生了解protein, calcium等基本营养成分的来源和主要功能,健康的饮食习惯是健康的保证,以及素食主义等信息。
b)学习掌握有关营养成分与食物的词汇,如:protein、calcium 、carbohydrate 、fibre、mineral、vitamin 、vegetarian & vegan、green food and clean food 、eco-food and organic food等,以及keep up with ,The same goes for…以及as 和only 引导的倒装句的用法。
2. 语言技能目标:a)使学生学会克服生词障碍,通过略读,寻找文章的主题句,理清文章的总体框架与脉络;通过查读,捕捉文章的重要细节,理解作者的写作意图。

一、教材分析本课选自人教版高中英语必修三第二单元的“Warming-up”和“Reading”部分,本单元主要话题是健康饮食,文章主要讲述王鹏和咏慧两个人所开餐馆之间的竞争来说明健康饮食的重要性。
反映了现代人对饮食的日益的关注和追求。
本篇文章生词量较大(共有546个单词,其中包括34个生词),知识含量较高,大部分学生对饮食与健康的关系了解较少。
因此,本文的学习难度较大。
二、学情分析1.我所带的班级高一15班和高一22班,大部分学生的英语基础能力有限,主要表现在单词的积累量过少,英语句型结构无法正确的识别,在文章大意的理解上就会存在较大难度。
2. 学生缺乏阅读上的诸多技巧知识,在浏览文章的时候目的不明确,很容易的就会在阅读过程当中表现出耐性的极度缺乏,很容易的就失去了继续阅读的兴趣。
3.太多学生由于害怕在课堂上答错问题而不敢积极的发言。
4. 学生很少在英语课上能用所学英语来表达自己对话题的各种看法。
三、教学目标根据新课标关于阅读课文教学目标的具体描述,结合本课教学内容,具体从以下三个方面制定教学目标。
知识目标: 通过学习本文,让学生能够了解健康饮食的真正含义;能够听懂、读懂并且正确使用文中重点单词和短语。
能力目标:能够提升学生的听说读写能力,尤其是文章的跳读和精读能力目标:情感目标: 使学生学会审视自己、审视食物,养成健康饮食习惯的意识。
四、教学重难点根据新颁布的普通高中《英语课程标准》关于读的技能目标的具体描述,结合高一学生实际和对教材内容的科学分析,确定本环节的主要教学重点和难点是:重点:1、通过学习本文让学生认识到饮食对健康的重要影响。

Come and Eat Here说课稿Good morning,everyone! I hope you will enjoy my speech. My topic is the reading passage Come and Eat Here, which is in unit 2 book 3. I divide my speech into four parts namely my under- standing of this lesson;teaching analysis, methods and aids;teaching features and blackboard design.I. Now let’s start with part 1. My understanding of this lesson:1. At first I’d like to introduce the analysis of the teaching material.This lesson contains a listening and a reading passage. It plays a very important part in the English teaching of this unit and in the whole senior high school English, because we should lay particular emphasis on the students’ listening and reading ability. It focuses on the students' abilities to gather information; deal with information; solve problems and the abilities to think and express in English. By studying the lesson, the students can improve their reading ability; learn more about a balanced diet and nutrition. At the same time, we should get the students to understand the materials. The students should do some listening, speaking, and reading (writing is for homework). Of course, the students should receive some moral education.2. Now I’ll talk about the analysis of studentsBefore the lesson, we should keep in mind something about students. In my class students have known something about the topic, because they have talked about it in the previous period ---warming up and reading. And some long sentences difficult for them to understand have been solved. They don’t often use English to express themselves and communicate with others. Some students are not active in the class because they are afraid of making mistakes. So during the lesson, I arrange a variety of activities to let all of them join in to attract their interest and let them be confident and taste the joy of success.3. Then I’ll talk about my teaching aims of this periodThe knowledge aims of this period are to enable the students to master some useful words and expressions and by the end of the lesson, the students will have a better understanding of the meaning and structure of the listening and reading materials.Develop students’ listening ability and skills of general understanding and note taking. Now let’s focus on the second part about my teaching theories, methods and aids: When I deal with this lesson, I’ll do my best to carry out the theories o f the new curriculum, such as task-based teaching and learning; cooperative learning and interactive approach; make the students the real masters in class while I, the teacher acts as director;combine the language structures with the language functions and let the students receive some moral education whilethey are learning the English language.Using task-based teaching strategy, I will lead the students understand the listening generally, and then get them to comprehend and grasp detailed information.As for reading, I will adopt fast reading to get a general idea of the text and careful reading to get the detailed information; pair or group work to get every student to be active in class; question-and-answer activity teaching method and free discussion method to make the students smooth away the difficulties, and retelling to sum up the whole period.I’ll make full of modern equipment such as the multi-media and tape recorder to make the class more lively and interesting. With the help of the computer and courseware, I think the efficiency of the class will be greatly improved.III. Here comes the most important part, the teaching procedure s:I have designed the following steps to train the students’ ability of listening, speaking, reading.Step1.RevisionAs it is the second period of this unit, I’ll first check the student s’ homework and then get several students to recall the vocabulary and interpret some important expression, and then a student reads the first passage to review what they learned.Step2.Lead-inLead the students recall the topic of the unit by showing the students a slide of PPT.Through this activity I can a rouse the students’ interest of study and bring in new subject. Step3.Prediction for listeningFirst I will show students several words which may affect their listening. And then according to the questions, guess what the listening material is mainly about.Step4. Listening comprehendingAsk the students to listen for a second time for grasping key sentences or paragraphs, and match the illnesses with their causes.By doing this, I will train the students for fast reading skills to improve the students’ listening habits and skills and let the students understand the general idea of each paragraph.Step5. Intensive listeningThis part is to let students to listen for key words. After listening for a third time, students supposed to fill in the blanks.Step5. SpeakingThis part is a task set for students to speak English according to listening material. And also motivate them to read the second passage.Step6. Extensive readingA general question is given, with the purpose of encouraging students to finish the whole reading passage. Students are not asked to write down their answers. They can organize a short answer in their minds.Step7. Intensive readingThe students are required to focus on the whole text carefully paragraph by paragraph to locate particular information and finish the exercises on the screen. These exercises are mainly sentence judgments, choices about the text. They are designed from the easiest one to the most difficult one for different levels' Ss. The purpose is to train the students for the skills of scanning and to lead the students to find out the important facts and detailed information. I’ll ask thestudents to finish the exercises by cooperation and competitions. They can first help each other under- stand the text and smooth away the difficulties. Then I'll divide the Ss into 4 groups. If a student can answer the question correctly, then his/ her group can get one point. And the group which gets the most points is the winner. Only through cooperation can the Ss taste the joy of success. If the Ss know their answer is right, he'll be confident and they'll surely become more enthusiastic in learning English. The purpose is to improve the students’ reading comprehension. And at the same time the students can become aware of the happiness of helping each other. Thus the students receive some moral education.Step 8.Discussion:For the students to combine the listening and reading material better, the speaking part is , to a great extent, related to those two materials. In order to let students to have something to say, the topic is open, and it’s good for developing creative thinking.Step9. HomeworkAt the end of the lesson, I’ll tell the students to set down what they have discussed, and wirte a 150-word shot passage according to it.I think homework is important. It is necessary for the students to do some extensive exercises after class to consolidate the knowledge they learned. I want to improve the ability of their writing. At the same time, train the ability of do-it-yourself.IV. Part 4. Blackboard designAt last, let me show you my blackboard design: The title is in the middle. Below it are the main ideas of each part, listening, reading and speaking.The Blackboard Design is to let the Ss have a clear idea to get the main content of this period, and it should be clear and logical.In this lesson, I lead the students understand the passage step by step. In the whole period I just act as a director, giving the students some detailed task and letting the students explore the knowledge by themselves or in teamwork.
