本学期小学英语工作要继续认真贯彻教育工作会议精神,紧紧围绕课程实施中的问题而展开,不断研究、总结、推广教学经验,探
索英语教学规律,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,不断提升自己
的教学水平。

一、学习教育教学理论,转变教育观念
1、要继续教育教学理论的学习,系统学习一本理论书籍以及杂
志上有关教学改革的经验文章,探寻以先进的、正确的教育教学思想,切切实实地改革课堂教学,提高教学效益的途径和方法,将素
质教育的要求真正落实到学科教学中。

2、要继续认真学习《英语课程标准》,明确小学阶段英语课程
的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们英语学习的积极态度,建立初步的学习英语的自信心,培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础;形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力,为学生终身发
展服务。

3、要转变观念要不断创新,适应新的教学评价机制,小学英语
教学评价的主要目的是激励学生的学习兴趣和积极性、评价形式具
有多样性和可选择性。

评价形式以形成性评价为主,以学生平时参
与各种教学活动的表现和合作能力为主要依据。

二、依据本组教研,提高自身教学教研水平
1、加强课程管理,要认真对待要积极利用音像、电视、书刊杂志、网络信息等丰富的教学资源,拓展学习和运用英语的渠道,使学
生乐学、爱学,以避免部分学生过早失去学习兴趣和信心,造成学
生的两极分化。

2、要加强对英语教研组工作的学习,要真正形成钻研教材,研
究教法,探讨学法的浓郁教研氛围。

要通过教研不断总结科学的、
切实可行的方法去处理教材,提高驾驭教材的能力,促使自己创造性地使用好新教材。

3、培养学生良好的学习习惯及听说读写技能和综合语言运用的能力是英语教学的重点。

因此要根据小学生学习的特点创建以活动课和任务型的教学模式。

采用韵律儿歌、歌曲、表演等教学方法,鼓励学生大胆运用英语。

同时,积极开展各种生动活泼的英语课外活动,增长知识,开阔视野,发展智力和个性,促进学生的发展。

三、改革评价方式,完善评价体系
课程评价在课程体系中起着激励导向和质量监控的作用。

本学期促进学生全面发展、激励及发展上进和推动课程不断完善的评价体系。

1、不断完善学业评价体系。

对考试内容、考试形式等方面进行大胆改革,探索建立促进学校发展、教师成长和学生发展的评价体系。

2、改变只关注学生学业成绩的单一总结性的考试评价方式,着眼于充分全面了解学生,帮助学生认识自我,建立自信,关注个别差异,了解学生发展中的需求;应建立以自评为主,同时有校长、同行、学生、家长共同参与的评价制度,使教师从多方面获得改进工作的信息,对自己教学行为的分析与反思,激发在自审、反思基础上的自评,不断提高教学水平。

3、加强对提高课堂教学效益问题的研究,构建符合本地实际、促进师和生发展的小学英语课堂教学评价体系。

4、加强对小学英语考试的研究,加大考试内容改革的力度,以考试为切入口,促进改进教学行为,全面提高教学质量。
