DELIVERED AT TERMINAL终点站交货DAT (insert named terminal at port or place of destination)终点站交货（…指定目的地）GUIDANCE NOTE 序言This rule may be used irrespective of the mode of transport selected and may also be used where more than one mode of transport is employed.该术语适用于所选择的任一运输方式，也可被用于多式联运。

“Delivered at Terminal” means that the seller delivers when the goods, once unloaded from the arriving means of transport, are placed at the disposal of the buyer at a named terminal at the n amed port or place of destination. “Terminal” includes any place, whether covered or not, such a s a quay, warehouse, container yard or road, rail or air cargo terminal.“Delivered at Terminal”是指当卖方在指定港口或目的地的指定终点站将已从运输工具上卸载下来的货物交给买方处置时，即完成交货。

“终点站”包括不论是否有屋顶的任何地方，如码头、仓库、集装箱场地或公路、铁路及航空的货物终点站。

The seller bears all risks involved in bringing the goods to and unloading them at the terminal at t he named port or place of destination. The parties are well advised to specify as clearly as possibl e the terminal and, if possible, a specific point within the terminal at the agreed port or place of destination, as the risks to that point are for the account of the seller. The seller is advised to pro cure a contract of carriage that matches this choice precisely.卖方承担将货物运送到指定港口或目的地并在终点站卸载货物的一切风险。
