燃气锅炉0.2-0.3元/w。

采用溴化锂机组的总投资按传统空调的概算指标大约在200-250元/㎡(2)办公楼和酒店的空调面积与建筑面积之比分别是70/100,75/100-80/100. (3)苏州地区宾馆冷指标156w,热指标104w。

苏州天然气价格2.2元/ m3,热值是8500-9000kcal/ m3。

苏州的自来水价格民用2.7元/ m3,工业商用3元/ m3。

(4)室外管网40元/㎡,空调一次管网6500元/m,热水一次管网1500元/m,污水供回水管网7000元/m。

室内空调管网90元/m,室内生活热水管网55元/m3。

(5)蓄水池一般3000元/ m3,土建2500元/ m3(6)1P=0.735kj,1kj=0.239kcal(千卡),1kcal=4.19kj;一个美国冷吨=3.517kw,1kw=860kcal/h,如一台40kw的空调,其制冷量为:40X860=3.44万大卡。

(1)水源热泵初投资预算:一般小项目350元/m3,大项目300元/m3左右。

燃气锅炉
0.2-0.3元/w。

采用溴化锂机组的总投资按传统空调的概算指标大约在200-250元/㎡
(2)办公楼和酒店的空调面积与建筑面积之比分别是70/100,75/100-80/100. (3)苏州地区宾馆冷指标156w,热指标104w。

苏州天然气价格2.2元/ m3,热值是8500-9000kcal/ m3。

苏州的自来水价格民用2.7元/ m3,工业商用3元/ m3。

(4)室外管网40元/㎡,空调一次管网6500元/m,热水一次管网1500元/m,
污水供回水管网7000元/m。

室内空调管网90元/m,室内生活热水管网55元/m3。

冷却塔水损失量一般考虑以下几个方面
1)蒸发量(WE ) kg/h ,一般空调用的场合,C T T o w w 521=-,WE=0.0083⨯L,也就是说循环水量的0.83%被蒸发。

2)漂水量(WD ) kg/h
根据冷却塔的构造、通风速度有所差别,一般漂水量如下: 开放式,循环量的0.3% 密闭式,循环水量的0.15% 3)排污水量(WB ) kg/h
排污水量是根据水质、浓缩倍数而不同。

一般1吨蒸汽大约有3百万千焦
每百万千焦大约是0.0341吨标准煤
不同温度和压力的蒸汽焓值是不一样的,我记得网上有个焓熵表的软件好下的,就是不同温压下饱和蒸汽和过热蒸汽的焓值

说明:标准煤是以一定的燃烧值为标准的当量概念。

规定1千克标煤的低位热值为7000千卡或29274千焦。

若未能取得燃料的低位热值,可参照上表的系数进行计算,若能取得燃料的低位热值为Q可按以下的公式进行计算。

标煤量=燃料的耗用量*Q/7000 (低位热值按千卡计)
标煤量=燃料的耗用量*Q/29274 (低位热值按千焦计)
1度电=1000瓦×3600焦=3600千焦=0.123kg标煤
1公斤煤或油约排放10标立方米烟气。
