上电后方可开始工作。在“旋切”、“快进”、“快退”、“自检”状态下无法关闭“刀 台电源”以保证变频器无负载启停。 3. “辊子电源”键按一次指示灯点亮,此时辊子电机不受本控制器工作模式控制, 一直处于开启状态,再按辊子电源键一次指示灯熄灭,控制器恢复对辊子电机控 制。此时如需让辊子电机停转,请直接按停止键即可。 4. 在停机状态下按“设定”键进入设定状态,在设定状态下按“快退”、“快进”键 为前后翻页功能。设定选项数值可通过“增加”、“减少”键实现。具体参数设定 请参见功能参数表。需要对系统内部参数设定时请先进入设定状态,然后按住“快 退”后翻页键不放再按设定键一次即进入系统内部参数设定。 5. 当系统内部参数更改或控制器重新安装到其他的机器上时,控制器参数调整完毕 后请对控制器重新上电。 6. 测距编码器如安装在丝杆上可根据螺距大小选择 100~800 点,如安装在电机上 选择 50~100 点即可保证精度。最好不要选择点数过大的编码器。 7. 在安装“零点检测”开关的时候,当机器上电“自检”结束后,用直尺测量双辊 子内切面到切刀位子的距离再加上辊子的半径,对比屏幕上所显示的刀台位子进 行校正。 8. 刀头/刀尾补偿系数的应用,例如;发现旋切后的单板刀尾部分偏厚,并估算其 大概位子在原木直径到达 100 毫米时比较明显,那么就首先调节“刀尾补偿”开 始位子为 100mm,然后根据厚度的偏差量调整“刀尾补偿系数”即可达到要求。

生产厂家保证的旋切机的保修期为该机发运后的六个月,在此期间内,厂家仅负责更换有缺陷的部件,但不包含因跌落、私自改动、未遵守维护要求、错误操作或不正当使用设备造成的损坏。

运输和包装费用由客户承担。

摘要本篇论文,旨在针对竹材旋切机内部所涉及的液压系统,进行更深层次的细致设计。

设计之初,本文重点针对竹材旋切机的基本结构以及其在实际工作过程当中所遵循的基本原理,进行相对深入的细致阐述。

其次,本文主要以进给部分为基准,针对竹材旋切机内部所涉及的液压系统,进行科学合理的综合分析和深入设计。

在此过程中,笔者首先针对液压系统在运行过程中所需秉持的整体方案,进行更深层次的细致设计。

当针对该系统内部的控制回路,进行恰当适宜的选择时,笔者经由综合考量,决定选用进油口节流调速回路。

在此之后,本文还针对该系统所需应用的传动方式,进行及时确定。

由于在本次设计过程当中,所选用的液压系统必须表现出尤为良好的散热性,而且回路还需相对简洁,故而笔者通过综合考量,决定选择开式系统。

当已经确定该系统在实际工作过程当中运行原理的前提下,笔者随即针对该系统所涉及到的多样化元件以及相应的各类辅件,进行恰当合理的选择,并据此进行尤其精准的效验。

值得一提的是,当进行细致精确的计算之后,本文决定将液压缸当中的内径,设定成80mm,并且将液压泵的类型,设定成叶片泵。

基于该系统在实际工作过程当中的最大功率需求,本文决定将电动机,设定成YB-A9B-L三相异步电动机。

与此同时,笔者还针对液压泵所涉及的多样化元件以及相应的各类辅件,进行恰当合理的选择,至此本文所研究的液压系统就已成功组装完毕。

Key word :Bamboo veneer Thin patches1绪论1.1引言用具有资源丰富及代木性能良好的竹材代替木材使用,是缓解我国木材供给紧张的有效途径之一。

为了充分利用竹材,发挥竹材纹理美观,耐磨耐蚀性好的优点,可将竹材旋切成竹单板,再将竹单板贴在其它基材上。

竹材旋切机由它由床身,底座,刀架座和液压系统四部分组成。

2竹材旋切机的工作原理由安装在床身上的减速机带动安装在床身上的两根摩擦辊转动,同时由安装在刀架座上的另外一台减速机带动安装在刀架座上的一根摩擦辊转动,三根摩擦辊的转速相同,竹材安放在三根摩擦辊中间,由三根摩擦辊带动竹材转动,由液压系统推动刀架座在导轨上滑行,使竹材一层一层被切下来,直到竹材被刀具挤破为止,然后使液压系统反向,使刀架座反向滑行,回到初始位置,再装入竹材,如此反复进行加工。

图1 竹材旋切机的工作原理图3各零件的尺寸及结构3.1减速机的选择选择X系列摆线针轮减速机,其特点是传动比大,传动效率高;结构紧凑,体积小,重量轻;故障少,寿命长;运转平稳可靠;装拆方便,容易维修;过载能力强,耐冲击,惯性力矩小,适用于启动频繁和正反转运转的场合。

根据竹材旋切机的特点,选型号为XWD5—11—7.5—6P的摆线针轮减速机。

其传动比为11,许用输入功率为7.5KW,许用输出转矩为394.1N·m输入转速为1800r/min,输出转速为164r/min,输出轴直径D=55mm,其结构示意图如下图所示:图2 XWD摆线针轮减速机实体模型3.2 链条联轴器的选择根据减速机的输出轴直径D=55mm,许用输出转矩T=394.1N·m和竹材旋切机的性能要求,选用型号为CL3,代号为Q/ZB104. 3.00的CL型链轮联轴器(Q/ZB104-73),其允许最大扭矩为3150N·m允许最大转速为2400r/min,其结构示意图如下图所示:图3 CL型链轮联轴器示意图3.3齿轮的设计与校核3.3.1选定齿轮类型,精度等级,材料选用标准直齿圆柱齿轮传动。

竹材旋切机为一般工作机器,速度不高,故选用7级精度(GB10095-88)。

材料选择选择小齿轮材料为40Cr(调质),硬度为280HBS,大齿轮材料为45钢(调质),硬度为240HBS,二者材料硬度差为40HBS。

3.3.2 齿轮的校核在齿轮二级传动中,齿轮2和齿轮3的尺寸,结构,材料完全一样,两者的中心距为130mm,即m2z2=m3z3=130 (m2= m3,z2= z3),令m2= m3=5mm,则z2=z3=26,依据u= z2 /z1=n1/n2=0.39/0.27=13/9,推出z1=27×26/39=18。

3.3.2.1 按齿根弯曲疲劳强度校核:由校核公式σF=σF0·Ysa=][2FbdmYsaKTYFabmYsaYFaKFtσ≤∙=∙∙来校核。

1.确定公式内的各计算数值1)计算载荷系数KK=K A ×K v ×K Fa ×K Fß=1×1.05×1.2×1.3=1.638 2)计算小齿轮传递的转矩T因为减速机的许用输出转矩为T=394.1N ·m=394100N ·mm ,故T1=T=394100N ·mm.3)确定齿宽系数φd ,齿宽b 1,b 2根据两支承相对小齿轮作悬臂布置,取φd=0.6,则由φd=b/d ,可得b1=d1×φd=0.6×90=54mm ,b2=d2×φd=0.6×130=78mm。

4)确定齿形系数YFa YFa1=2.91,YFa2=2.60 5)确定应力校正系数Ysa Ysa1=1.53,Ysa2=1.5956)确定大小齿轮弯曲疲劳强度极限σFEσFE1=500MPa , σFE2=380MPa 查的弯曲寿命系数KFN1=0.85,KFN2=0.88 7) 计算弯曲疲劳许用应力取弯曲疲劳安全系数S=1.4,由式 [σF1]=4.150085.011⨯=∙S FE KFN σMPa=303.57MPa[σF2]=4.138088.022⨯=∙S FE KFN σMPa=238.86MPa8)由公式σF1]1[11112F md b Ysa KTYFa σ≤∙=代人各值,得σF1=5905439410053.191.2638.12⨯⨯⨯⨯⨯⨯=236MPa ≤[σF1];σF2 m d b Ysa KTYFa 22222∙==5130********595.160.2638.12⨯⨯⨯⨯⨯⨯=105.6MPa ≤[σF2],符合要求。

3.3.2.2 按齿面接触疲劳强度校核由公式σH1=2.5Z E][)1(22H ubd u KT σ≤∙+∙来校核。

确定公式内的各计算数值 1)确定计算计算载荷系数 根据V1=s m dn /772.01000601649014.3100060=⨯⨯⨯=⨯π,7级精度,查得动载系数Kv=1.05,直齿轮,假设K A ×F t/b<100N/mm ,查得K Ha =K Fa =1.2;查得使用系数K A =1;查得7级精度小齿轮相对支承悬臂布置时 K H β=1.12+0.18(1+6.7Φd 2)φd 2+0.23×103-b 将数据代人后得K H β=1.12+0.18(1+6.7×0.62)0.62+0.23×103-×54 =1.352,由b/h=54/2.25×5=4.8,K H β=1.352,查得K F β=1.3,故载荷系数K=K A ×K v ×K Ha ×K H β=1×1.05×1.2×1.352=1.70 2) 传动比u=12Z Z =13/9。

3) 由参考书查得材料的弹性影响系数ZE=189.8MPa 2/1。

4) 按齿面硬度查得小齿轮的接触疲劳强度极限σHlim1=1200MPa ,大齿轮的接触疲劳强度极限σHlim2=650MPa 。

5) 由N=60n j Lh 计算应力循环次数(按工作寿命15年,设每年工作300天,两班制来计算)N1=60×164×1×(1×8×300×15)=3.54×108,N2=2×N2/u=9/131054.328⨯⨯=4.90×108。

则由资料查得接触疲劳寿命系数KHN1=0.9,KHN2=0.95。

6)计算接触疲劳许用应力取失效概率为1%,安全系数S=1, [σH]1=108012009.01lim 1=⨯=∙S H KHN σMPa ,[σH]2=5.61765095.02lim 2=⨯=∙SH KHN σMPa 。

7)把各数据代人公式σH1=2.5Z E][)1(22H ubd u KT σ≤∙+∙中, σH1=2.5×189.81][1.998990541339410070.122H σ≤=⨯⨯⨯⨯⨯ σH1=2.5×189.82][5769130781339410070.122H σ≤=⨯⨯⨯⨯⨯,符合要求。

3.3.3 大小齿轮的尺寸模数 m 1=m 2=5mm 压力角 a 1=a 2=20˚c分度圆直径 d 1=m 1×z 1=5×18=90mm d 2=m 2×z 2=5×26=130mm 齿顶高 h a1=h a2=ha *m=5×1=5mm齿根高 h f1=h f2=(ha *+c *)m=(1+0.25)×5=6.25mm齿轮外径 da1=d1+2ha1=90+2×5=100mm ,da2=d2+2ha2=130+2×5=140mm齿根圆直径df1=d1-2hf1=90-2×6.25=77.5m,df2=d2-2hf2=130-2×6.25=117.5mmP 1=p2=πm=5×3.14=15.7mm s1=s2=e1=e2=πm/2=7.85mm中心距a12=21(d1+d2)=21(90+130)=110mm ,齿宽b1=0.6φd=0.6×90=54mm中心距a23=21(d2+d3)=21(130+130)=130mm,齿宽b2=0.6d=0.6×130=78mm3.4 齿轮支架的设计根据减速机托架上表面到主动轮中心的距离的大小为a=152.5mm,主动轮轴径为D=55mm,设计齿轮支架的高为h=192.5mm,底座宽为B=80mm,厚度为24mm,孔径为55-55.2mm,孔壁的表面粗糙度要达到3.2,防止轴的表面过度磨损,其他表面的粗糙度达到12.5即可,材料为45号钢,其具体形状与尺寸见零件图。

3.5 轴承的选用3.5.1 滚动轴承类型的选择滚动轴承类型的选择应考虑到以下几个方面:1)载荷方向,大小和性质所有向心轴承均可承受径向载荷,所有推力轴承均可承受轴向载荷,同时承受径向,轴向载荷时,可选用角接触球轴承,圆锥滚子轴承。
