一、开头简洁又切题

How are you? How is everything going? Have you felt better recently?

In response to your concerns over general arrangements in college, I’m writing to convey some relative suggestions.

二、建议表达5要诀

1. 物作主语

What comes first is to develop an ability of studying on your own. (independent study). (主语从句)

What calls for special attention is to have virtues and basic qualities.

2. “it”作主语

It goes without saying that (不言而喻) having a good social connection with your friends is also necessary.

It is highly recommended to be easy-going and ready to make friends with others.

3. 使用被动语态

Emphasis should be laid on improving your social skills and getting along well with others. For university is a community more than school, the ability of socializing must be strengthened.

4. 使用虚拟语气、倒装等特殊句型

If I were you, I would develop good characteristics in the various activities in the university, for virtues are the basis of a single person. (虚拟语气)

There is no denying that… (there be 句型)

Not only should sb do, but also sb do sth. (倒装句)

5. 提出具体建议

三、巧设衔接

关联词：Initially / To begin with / What comes first i s…
