但是,面对经济、科技的迅猛发展和社会生活的深刻变化,面对新时代社会主要矛盾的转化,面对新时代对提高全体国民素质和人才培养质量的新要求,面对我国高中阶段教育基本普及的新形势,普通高中课程方案和课程标准实验稿还有一些不相适应和亟待改进之处。

2013年,教育部启动了普通高中课程修订工作。

本次修订深入总结21世纪以来我国普通高中课程改革的宝贵经验,充分借鉴国际课程改革的优秀成果,努力将普通高中课程方案和课程标准修订成既符合我国实际情况,又具有国际视野的纲领性教学文件,构建具有中国特色的普通高中课程体系。

四课程内容解读在2003版《普通高中英语课程标准》中,第三部分内容标准的表述:按照基础教育阶段英语课程分级总体目标的要求,高中课程标准对语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等五个方面分别提出了相应的具体内容标准。

而《普通高中英语课程标准》(2017年版)四课程内容中的描述是“英语程内容是发展学生英语学科核心素养的基础,包舍六个要素:主题语境、语篇类型、语言知识、文化知识、语言技能和学习策略。

”所以说主题语境是《普通高中英语课程标准》(2017年版)新增内容。

《普通高中英语课程标准》(2017年版)对主题语境的表述:“主题语境涵盖人与自我、人与社会和人与自然,涉及人文社会科学和自然科学领域等内容,为学科育人提供话题和语境”【内容要求】主题为语言学习提供主题范围或主题语境。

学生对主愿意义的探究应是学生学习语言的最重要内容,直接影响学生语篇理解的程度、思维发展的水平和语言学习的成效。

在人与自我、人与社会和人与自然这三大主题语境中,人与自我涉及“生活与学习”“做人与做事”等两个主题群下的9项子主题;人与社会涉及“社会服务与人际沟通”“文学、艺术与体育”“历史、社会与文化”“科学与技术”等四个主题群下的16项子主题;人与自然涉及“自然生态”“环境保护”“灾害防范”“字宙探索”等四个主题群下的7项子主题。

所有主题语境都应包含中外文化的范畴。

表2按照学生在普通高中英语课程中应学习的三大主题语境描述内容要求,供教材编写者和教学实施者参考。

虽然主题语境的内容要求未按照必修、选择性必修和选修三类课程进行描述,但在实施过程中其广度和深度应该呈现递进状态,体现出这三类课程不同的语言要求、内容广度和内涵深度。
