剖析卫星式柔版印刷机
版印刷机的历史柔版印刷是使用柔性印版，通过网纹辊传递油墨的印刷方式。
英文名称称为：Flexopraphy。
柔性印版是在橡胶版、感光性树脂版等材料上制作出凸出的，所需图像镜像的印版——就像是小孩玩耍的土豆印。
油墨转到印版（或印版滚筒）上的用量通过网纹辊进行控制。
印刷表面在旋转过程中与印刷材料接触，从而转印上图文。
早在上世纪五、六十年代，国内印刷业前辈就已经将此种印刷方式引进到国内，但在那个时候它有另外一个名字：苯胺印刷机。
由于当时的印刷认识以及相关配套原因，苯胺印刷没有能够发展起来，相反同期进入中国的平版印刷机、凹版印刷机却得到认可。
直到上世纪七十年代，柔版印刷技术在印版以及陶瓷网纹辊的技术方面重大突破之后，得到迅猛发展。
欧美的大多数包装印刷开始转向柔印方式。
我国也从九十年代开始从国外引进相关的柔印设备，并在这几年得到快速发展。
柔版印刷机的结构简单的说来，柔版印刷机目前分层叠式、机组式、卫星式三种结构。
层叠式柔版印刷机层叠式柔版印刷机是结构最简单，价格最便宜的柔印方式。
也是国内目前柔印市场中占有量最多的一种柔版印刷机。
国内目前此类柔版印刷机最多的聚集地在珠江三角洲地区，早期由香港企业仿照日本机型，于上个世纪八十年代跟随国家改革开放政策开始在国内销售。
主要用于手提购物袋、背心袋、简单的服装袋、电子元件外包装等产品的印刷。
由于当时凹版制版时间以及价格方面原因，使得层叠式柔版印刷机以制版时间快、价格便宜、产品单价低等优势得到迅猛发展。
随后九十年代开始出现国产层叠式柔版印刷机，并逐渐替代港商生产的层叠式柔版印刷机。
具不完全统计，珠江三角洲的此类层叠式柔版印刷机超过3000台，从单色、二色到十色不等。
目前在长江三角洲地区也有厂家在生产层叠式柔版印刷机，并经过吸收国外不干胶标签印刷设备，进入到标签印刷行业。
层叠式柔版印刷机具有占地面积小、操作简单、价格便宜等优点。
但是其缺点也比较突出，主要是套印精度低，只有±0.5mm，不能用于印刷高精度的包装产品。
