结果92%的研究生认为需要开设专业英语课程,且66%的学生希望能重点提高SCI论文的写作能力,因此,中药类研究生的专业英语课程需要选择近期发表的SCI论文作为主要教学内容,采用情景模拟式和研讨式的教学方法,并且引入学生互评的手段让学生参与到考核环节。
结论中药类研究生专业英语课程的教学应从学生的实际需求出发,将教学重点放在提高学生SCI论文的阅读和写作能力方面。

校园英语 / 翻译探究Conference Interpreting Explained鲁东大学/盖孟姣【Abstract】This book written by Roderick Jones is easy to read for me.It gives me a bit confidence through reading a book and this time I know a bit about how to read a book quickly.After this,I will read more books about interpreting and translating for my further study.From my perspective,every part of this book consists of three parts,that is,the theory part,the examples part and the concluding part.Through reading this book,I know something about interpreting such as simultaneous interpreting techniques and some actual examples.Anyhow,I still need a lot of practice to improve my English capability.What I have written below is the main content of the fourth part in this book,and the feelings of my reading the book.【Keywords】Conference interpreting; book remarks; simultaneous interpreting,techniqueSimultaneous InterpretingThere are two obvious differences between simultaneous and consecutive interpreting,that is,an acoustic one and an intellectual one.The acoustic difficulty is that in consecutive the interpreter listens first,then speaks.In simultaneous,the interpreter has to speak and listen at the same time,which is an unnatural activity and has to be cultivated.The intellectual difficulty is that in consecutive,when the interpreter opens their mouth they have heard the whole speech and should know where they are going.Sometimes interpreters cannot catch the key points,but they can still understand what speaker have said under the overall context of the speech.While simultaneous interpreters do not know where the speaker is going.The Technique of Simultaneous InterpretingSimplificationThe speaker may be talking over the heads of their audience.The interpreter may very well be able to cope with the speech,but a faithful rendering would just leave the audience confused.An interpreter’s first duty is not so much to be faithful to the speaker’s words come what way,but to maximize communication.A perfectionist would make a supreme effort to interpret even the problematic passage.But in practice the upshot would probably be that they would spend so much time and effort on it that the more important element,the question at the end,would be less satisfactory interpreted.The interpreter must know how to sacrifice the less important to the more important.What If I Make a Clear Mistake?First,it is possible for the interpreters to make a mistake on a point that has little or no bearing on the way the meeting proceeds,perhaps an aside by the speaker,and nobody has noticed.If the error makes no material difference it is a waste of time,both for the interpreter and for their delegates,to make the correction,and the interpreter should just pass it over in silence. Second,the interpreter might make a mistake on a point that is more significant,but it then becomes obvious from the behavior of their audience that they have mentally rectified in any case.
