生活中,我们总要接受他人眼光的审视,或许支持,或许反对,但不论如何,如何看待各种眼光,如何掌控自我人生的,终究还是你自己。

的确,他人的眼光有时是片面的、带有主观因素的,它们甚至会误导我们,使我们走上一个错误的方向。然而,这样我们就应该弃之不顾、熟视无睹了吗?不是的,旁人对我们的关爱或质疑更多的时候是人生中的风向标,所谓“当局者迷,旁观者清”,它们更可能纠正我们的错误,以免我们一意孤行,酿成大错。所以,我认为,我们应当学会在他人眼光下调整并掌控自己的人生。

如果将人生比作一叶舟,时间是一片海,我们是这艘小舟的掌舵人的话,那么他人的眼光,一定是那助我们扬帆的那阵阵海风,是那平静海面晕开的层层波澜,是那夜空中指引迷途人方向的颗颗恒星。它们会帮助我们在人生中“直挂云帆济沧海”,也会点明前路是“柳暗花明又一村”的。当然,坐在这片小舟中的我们,扮演着每一次航行中最重要的那个角色——掌舵者。

所谓掌控人生,本就不是认准一条路、一路吃到黑这么简单,想要做好自我人生的掌控者,就势必要学会广开言路、接受意见,从而发现自己前路的偏转角和迷雾,去调整、消除所有的隐患,然后再依照自己的坚定信念,不畏艰难险阻地前进。而他人各式各样的眼光,与其说是一种迷惑我们、阻挡我们肆意拼搏的否定,不如说是一封需要我们去判断、吸纳,然后化为己用,从而更好地掌控自己人生的“谏书”。

我们应该记住,自我与他人本就不是相互冲突的存在,因而对于自我人生的掌控,即便遭遇变故,经历挫折,也应当率先反省自己。至于他人的眼光,只要我们有足够坚定、清醒的意识,就定能取其精华,去其糟粕,各取所长,成为我们人生中的一股前行的推力,而不会扮演着一个违逆我们意识的角色。

在眼光下掌控自己的人生,用坚定信念与梦想为帆,辅以他人眼光的指南铸成的小船,是定能在人生中扬帆起航,驶至那彼岸的理想之船啊。

在信息高速发展的时代下,人们只需轻轻动一下手指便能发表自己的看法,于是你的“眼光”便出现了。生活中,对于某个人,我们每个人都会有自己的看法,如此,每个人都活在别人的眼光中。这些或鼓励、或质疑甚至否定的眼光中可能会影响我们的人生轨迹,但掌握人生的是自己,适当的眼光只能助推我们前行。

一味地鼓励看似是助推器,实则是绊脚石。过犹不及,月满则亏,凡事超过一个度就会变得极端。适当的鼓励能够增强自信心,但过多的鼓励则会导致自负和骄傲。如同王安石笔下的方仲永,受人追捧,最终“泯然众人矣”。因此,在人生的道路上要适当汲取他人眼光。

一味地怀疑和否定更会大大削弱自信心,从而增加自卑心理。适当的怀疑和否定可以给人思考空间,反思自己的错误,从某种程度上看,使人更上一层楼。不单单是个人,就是整个国家,也是在不断的质疑和否定声中生存下来并发扬光大。这些怀疑不是空穴而来,而是来自时代的真实反应,百利而无一害。但是,一味地怀疑就会打压人的自信和自尊,在长期以往的积累下会变成负能量,最终爆发形成不可挽回的局面。如同那些心理脆弱的高中生,无法接受别人批判的眼光从而做出极端的事情,这种现象的本质究竟该归因于谁呢?因此,在人生道路上要适当汲取他人眼光。

事实上,即使他人的眼光会对你产生干扰和影响,真正能掌控人生的是自己,所以怎样适当地取他人的眼光是自己的能力,怎样转化他人的眼光成为动力是自己的本领,怎样掌控人生更是自己的选择。

当面对外界的赞美,或者是怀疑和否定,你可以听从合理的鼓励还增强信心,也要听从合理的怀疑和否定来审视自己,所谓“庐山不识真面目,只缘身在此山中”。赞美和怀疑两者不可偏废,无论是鼓励,还是怀疑,都是测量我们人生的一把标杆,能够时时我们掌握自己的人生,在正确的轨道上前行。

个人、民族、乃至整个国家都要汲取他人眼光,更要自己掌握人生。个人的进步、民族的繁荣、国家的兴盛始终穿梭在别人眼光中,然而真正的原因在于自身的掌控能力和自身坚定不移的信念。
