M: Nice to meet you,. I’m Mr.LUO, HRD of the company. Please have a seat.

T: Nice to meet you,MrLUO.I've come to apply for the position of English secretary .

M: You probably know that this interview is mostly to test your oral English，so just relax，and let's have a chat，shall we？Now first, tell me sth about yourself.

T: Ok. I am a graduating student from Guangdong University of foreign Studies. I am a patient and careful man.I like English very much. I Passed tem 8 at college and my oral English is good. Besides, I am good at computer and the office software is not a problem for me. M: From reviewing your resume, I can see that you performed excellently in school.I want to know what makes you apply for this job? T: I’m deeply attracted by your company’s cultureimpressed by your company’s sales performance and i want to make contributions to such a great company.I know that the employees in your company have a lot of learning opportunities. Finally,I find that my personal goals fit perfectly with the companys goals.

M：what are your strengths and weaknesses?

T: Well, as i said before,i am very patient and this is the most important quality for a secretary.Andi am a good team player,i enjoy working with others. althoughi am a graduating student and lacking of experience may be my shortcoming,i am a good learner,andi believe my diligence can make up for my shortcomings.

M: what are your career objectives?

T: I expect to have a good opportunity to put all of my knowledge into

practice.and Ihope i can contribute to the company.

M: stly, do you have any question about our company?

T: Could you tell me something about your training program?

M: In brief, we offer both in-house and off-site training to our AP or U.S. headquarters.We have a few daylong training sessions for topics like business writing skills and software training.These sessions are available to everyone who applies. We also have a variety of other programsbased on each work function. Our program is essentially a job-rotation program, and we believe itis more effective than traditional on-the-job training.
