Andy seemed to have the same routine with any others in the prison. Actually, he was different. Andy was insistent enough to write letters to the government asking for increasing the prison’s library budget. He dared to lock the warden in the bathroom and blares Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro over the prison loudspeaker. Even in such strict and tough prison environment, he secretly dug a hole for 19 years without being noticed and finally fled away safe and sound.The motivation riding him to do all these things is the hope. This is why he different with others in the prison. A man holding the hope seems to be a birds which cannot be caged, because the hope lets his feathers be bright.Red, another hero in the movie,is a man can get anything in prison, such as cigarette, a bag of reefer, a bottle of brandy for celebrating kid’s high school graduation as you like. Onthe outside, he is a man with nothing. He even had the same idea with Brook that he’d like to rob someone to go into jail again. At this time, his promise to Andy reminded him of going to the farm and found the letter. It is letter that gives Red hope, which changes his mind. Instead of robbing someone for going to the jail again, Red decided to step on the way to following his old friend-Andy. Hope can drive people insane, but equally hope can also bring people back to life. After a quick conviction, Andy finds himself serving a life sentence at Shawshank prison, with no hope of parole. He exists in this prison only in appearance, keeping his mind free from the drab walls around him. His ability to do this results in the gaining of respect from his fellow inmates, but most of all from Ellis Redding. Ellis, commonly referred to as Red, finds gainful use of his entrepreneurial spirit within the drab walls of Shawshank by dealing in contraband and commodities rare to the confines of prison. Andy\'s demeanor and undeniable sense of hope causes Red to take a deeper look at himself, and the world around him. Andy proves to Red and the other inmates that in the conventional walls of Shawshank prison convention will find no home in his lifestyle.As far as I’m concerned, this movie shows us three things: freedom, friendship, and hope. The Shawshank RedemptionThis is absolutely one of my famous movies, which occurred to me as soon as I tried to write an article about a movie. I first watched it when I was in high school. Andy’s experience moved me deeply that time, which inspired me to fight for my dream. After my unfortunate end of the final exam in high school, I watched this movie again, after watching I learned lessons from it. Because Andy always encourage me in my black time, I fancy this movie.The main idea of The Shawshank Redemption is hope and life. A man was the vice president of a large Portland bank, who had good work to a man so young. He was served two life sentences for murdering his wife and the fella she was banging. But he didn’t do these things at all. Then he came to a prison called Shawshank in 1974. At first, he was different form others, which attracted Red, who was his friend in the end. When he was in Shawshank, he experienced lots of things, including happiness and sorrows. He was fought by The sisters at first. He made efforts to build a library in the prison. He let them enjoy the music which give them the feelings of freedom, and so on. One day, he found the evident which can support he didn’t murdered his wife and her lover. But the bad wardens damaged this evident. In the period in Shawshank, he knew an old gentle man called Brooks. Brooks can’t fit the life outside, then he committed suicide after leaving off the prison. I can’t deny that people in Shawshank are absolutely different. After Andy felt hopeless in the prison, he chose to escape from the Shawshank Prison after 20 years. “Get busy living, or get busy dying.”, Andy said to Red. So he had no choice but escape. I don’t know the minute they found Andy had made a way to the outside with a hammer, while Red thought it must take a man 600 years to tunnel through a wall just with a hammer, then how they felt? After his escape, people who knew him best talk about him often. His story always pulled stuff. And Red thought that “Some birds aren’t meant to be caged, because their feathers are just too bright. And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up dose rejoice. But still the place you live is that much more drab and empty that they are gone.” I hold that Andy is a beautiful bird both in outside world and the Shawshank Prison. Finally, Red ot off the prison, and he came to aisland named Zihuatanejo in Mexico. Because Andy came there for this little place has no memory.I gave a general introduction about this movie. In my opinion, the reason why they treat Andy’s escape redemption is that he live a new life with hope in his mind. He is so wisdom in others’ eyes. However, I love him just because he knew what is his most important things in life. Others think hope is disappeared in a prison, so they can’t get off there. Andy is a bird, so he doesn’t belong to the prison, on the contrary, he belongs to the sky. Although in the prison, he never forget his hope. And under no circumstance should we give up the pursuit of hope, even in the prison of life.So when I feel disappointed in my life, I watch this movie. The main idea of this movie is so great for people who is finding his way of life.Also, the skills of the actors are wonderful too. You can be moved by their performance, I convince strongly. The Shawshank RedemptionMy first feeling was shocking after I watched this movie,especially when the rock went through the picture of the lady.Before this,nobody would think Andy can finish one thing that is impossible to general people,as Red say,it will take hundreds of years to dig a tunnel with a samll hammer like this.I watched this movie for three times,every time it takes me different feelings.I don’t kown much about history,so I can’t see some political questions.But it still have many obvious questions.We can see how dark of the society in that period,people was treated unjustly.In this film,Andy is a very clever person,and always full of hope,even though Red tell him:hope is a dangerous thing,hope can drive a man insane.When Andy have a chance to reverse a verdict,someone destroyed it.So the tunnel worked.Andy diged a tunnel during this 19 years.This is incredible,but this is a truth already,at least in this movie.Never give up,this is Andy.But there are more important things,that is freedom.It mentioned many times for free in this movie.In fact,no matter who are you,and where you are,the most thing you wanted is freedom.You will feel more dead than alive without freedom.So everyone in the prison want to go outside and nobody will ask what they are doing.This is also the reason of the escaping.I like Red’s some words about freedom:I have no idea to this day what those two Italian ladies were singing about. 《肖申克的救赎》观后感这是我第二次看这部电影。
其实在很早之前我都一直想看它，但是碍于各种原因一直没机会，后来终于有机会了，但却没留下任何印象。
而这一次，又完全是偶然，但是却给了我不少感触，收获颇多，觉得这是一部值得再看的电影。
我看过不少写狱中生活的电影，包括《越狱》，它们所反映的狱中生活都是恐怖的代名词。
这部电影也不然。
但是，它除了描述邪恶之外，更多的是人的希望，激发人积极向上的思想。
无辜的银行家安迪入狱，开始时努力适应新环境，但并不和别人打交道，但是两个月后还是开始和别人打起了交道，并和瑞德等人成为好朋友，狱中生活虽然很艰苦，但是其中不乏温馨的场面，譬如，瑞德他们一群人在夕阳的余晖下享受安迪的啤酒，享受心灵上的自由......虽然安迪在狱中也受了不少苦，但是他从未自暴自弃。
让我很有感触的还有老布，他是监狱中看管图书馆的，也是一名罪犯，在狱中呆了大半辈子，最终获假释时却不想出去。
瑞德分析他是制度化了，在狱中他是有地位的，但是出去后他什么都干不了，更何况双手又有关节炎。
所以，出狱后不久，老布便自杀了，我想也许死于他才是真正的一种自由。
其实，电影着重向人们传递一种生活的态度，一种永远心存希望的人生态度。
可以说，被判无期徒刑的安迪甚至于鲨堡狱中所有的有罪的无罪的罪犯，他们的生活几乎是没有希望了，但是电影通过安迪这一任务，他的所作所为，像我们展示了希望的力量。
安迪在狱中写了六年的信，终于得到了200元的资助和一些别人捐的旧书，这是安迪的狱中图书馆的开始，后来他又坚持写信，又获得了另一笔500元的图书馆资助，后来他的图书馆越办越好，他还组织别人考学历，帮助汤米从ABC开始学习。
但是，他却从一开始就在为逃狱做准备，所以到最后，我们不得不佩服他的智慧，开始觉得他为典狱长洗钱是一种交易，自己可以好过些的交易，但是后来才知道，他在为以后做准备。
可以说，这部影片真的很精彩，他向我们展示了知识的力量和希望的力量。
对于生活的态度更应该是积极的，就像安迪所说，就是因为在牢中，所以有些东西才有意义，因为他们可以告诉自已有些东西是石墙关不住的，有些东西是别人管不住的，那就是希望......所以，他重拾自己的爱好，甚至为了放几首音乐而被关禁闭两个星期。

这是一部极其轻缓的电影。
我喜欢这部电影那种娓娓道来的语调以及这种大气的节奏。

The story not only tells that a man Andy Dufresne was sent to the prison while in fact he was innocent and due to his intelligence and perseverance, he escaped from the jail and got the freedom again, but also describes Andy was rescued from heart to flesh. From my viewpoint, the theme of it are institutionalized and against institutionalized、hope and despair and soul redemption.“These wall s are kind of funny like that. First you hate them. Then you get used to them. Enough time passed, get so you depend on them. That is institutionalizing.” The whole life of Brooks Hatlen reflected the meaning of this sentence deeply. Brooks Hatlen lived under the institution for fifty years. We can imagine when entered this institution at the outset, he must try to resist like other new fish who enter the shawshank. Then he understood that resistant was vain,so he received it and adapted to it step to step. In final, he tended to depend on it deeply. Though already well known amongst his colleagues for his notable skills at writing and directing, Frank Darabont emerges with his feature film directorial debut, The Shawshank Redemption. Proving himself already a master of the craft, Darabont managed to create one of the most recognizable independent releases in the history of Hollywood. The Shawshank Redemption defines a genre, defies the odds, compels the emotions, and brings an era of artistically influential films back to Hollywood.The story begins with the trial of a young banker, Andy Dufrense, victimized by circumstantial evidence, resulting in a conviction for the murder of his wife and her lover. 【关键词：黑暗】在很多人的定义里，这首先是一部嘲讽美国司法制度和狱政制度的电影。
因为如果不是因为司法制度上的错判的话，安迪是不会进入肖申克监狱；而如果不是因为狱政制度上阴暗腐败的话，安迪也不会成为诺顿的洗黑钱机器也不会有了后面的整个故事。
然而在我的定义里，这部电影首先定义上应该是一部有关人性黑暗以及救赎的电影，如果把它定义在司法制度和狱政制度上的讽世之作的话反正局限了这部电影本身的那种更深一层的意义而让这部电影显得肤浅了。
在我看来，不论是司法制度上的漏洞或者是狱政制度上的阴暗腐败，其根本依旧还是人性上的阴暗和贪婪。
如果说，安迪的错判入狱还仅仅只是因为司法制度上的错判，那么后来安迪得到了一个推翻错误回归到自由社会的机会，可是这个机会却威胁到了典狱长诺顿的安全和洗黑钱系统的整体流程的话，那么，这个机会被诺顿的彻底扼杀就完整地体现了这种人性上的黑暗。
人性是所有一切社会规则和法规的根本。
不管多健全的制度最终依旧只能靠人去操作运转，而如果操持着整个制度的人本身依旧带着贪婪的欲望去观摩这一切的时候，他们总能找到可乘之机或者错漏之处。
安迪的入狱也许还能说是司法制度上的的漏洞以及客观证据的指证。
可是他的出逃却只能是一种极其无奈的选择。
因为除了这样的方式来完整他高洁的灵魂，他已经找不到其它的任何方式去完成本该就属于他的自由和梦想了。
可以说，所有左右这一切的仅仅只是诺顿的一念之善或者一念之恶罢了。
当一个人身陷于冤狱而诉求无门的时候，我不知道他所面对的是一种怎么样的绝望。
黑暗也许并不是最可怕的，而真正可怕的是这种绝望带来的对于人生一眼所看到的没有光亮的前路。
我也不知道在瑞德平静的语调里所讲的安迪呆在他狭小的牢房里沉默不语的第一个夜晚里他是如何度过的，他的思索中的那些又会是什么。
他即将开始的是一种永远也没有光亮的生活，他即将在这个黑暗的夜里开始他漫长而没有前路的人生。
黑暗，无边无际的黑暗从此将他笼罩并且永远将他紧紧地包裹住了。
希望和梦想从现在起都将离他而去了。
他只是一个不善于表达爱意和情感的内敛男人，所以他永远失去了不知道如何向她表达情感的妻子，所以他在妻子出轨之后将她赶出了家门并且死在了情人家的床上。
对他来说，这一切构建成了他心安理得地生活在牢狱里的心理基础，他在赎罪，对他来说他并没有杀害妻子可是他的行为间接或者直接地导致了妻子的死亡。
沉重的负罪感和胶着的漆黑沉沉地包裹着他。
不再有希望和光明。
我们看到的是一种多沉重的黑暗，也许，我们就能明白光明和希望带给我们的快乐。

他们不是死囚，所以他们必须抛弃任何希望地活着。
一次或者多次的终身监禁让他们永远也只能生活在这四面高墙之内了。
从一开始对高墙的恐惧到逐渐的适应，以及最后形成了对高墙的依赖，这样的一个过程其实就是一个逐渐摒弃希望的过程。
没有希望，他们可以心安理得地在这里面活着，一直到死去。
所以托马斯会在离开监狱获得他50年牢狱生活之后的第一个假释带给他的那种有限自由感觉时感到一种不安和惊惶，然后自杀身亡。
他说，他没有办法适应这个自由的社会，他小时候只看过一次汽车，而现在到处都是汽车。
自由给了他的是希望，这一点是无须置疑的，然而却正是这样的希望带给他的却仅仅只是担忧和惶恐不安的生活。
每次在半夜里做着恶梦醒来却还必须是想一想之后才能明白自己身在何处。
这样的生活也许反而不如他在监狱里来得自由和安心。
在托马斯的心里其实一早已经忘却了自由的感觉。
所谓希望，对他来说已经一早已经彻底死去了。
虚妄地承诺给他一个自由的希望，他反而不知所以了。
相比之下，安迪体现了另外的一种心态。
“要么忙着生存；要么忙着死去”；一句话道明了安迪对生存的渴望和那些从不曾熄灭过的对希望的热诚祈盼。
电影用一种晦涩的表达故意让我们以为安迪会在得到希望以及失去希望之后自杀，这种表达方式非常巧妙地用了瑞德的角度，而因为瑞德正是这样以为的，所以我们也就跟着如此以为了。
瑞德以为将要用600年才能掘通的希望之路，安迪仅用了20年不到的时间就挖通了，至少让我们看到了他从不曾熄灭过的强烈渴望。

从他的第一次为了所有参加户外劳动的狱友们争取一瓶冰冻的啤酒，从他利用自己的特长获得了狱警的信任之后用监狱的广播室给所有的人们播放意大利音乐，从他每周一封信去为整个监狱争取几本图书馆退化的旧书，从他把一间破烂的小房间改造成一个硕大的图书馆，从他开始帮助一些刑期较短的囚犯们学习并获得学历以便他们出狱后的改造……所有的这一切都带给他们一种救赎的感知。
而这一切，归属于希望。
因为安迪对未来抱着不灭的希望，于是他开始散播希望，开始救赎大众。
每一个在肖申克里的人都是清白的，因为他们都被律师骗了。
这样的自欺欺人的思想带给他们一种圣洁的光芒。
就算他们真的是罪有应得，可是这个世界是否还应该给他们一点希望呢。
救赎的寓意在于，安迪的存在净化了他们的灵魂和思想。
这部电影曾经被定义为现代版本的《基督山伯爵》；然而在我看来，大仲马也许并不比史蒂芬·金或弗兰克·达拉邦特伟大多少。
毕竟《基督山伯爵》仅仅只是一个稍显复杂的复仇故事，而《肖申克的救赎》更多的是在于救赎。
我不知道多少人能在蒙受了不白之冤并被判两次终身监禁之后还能如安迪那样平静，那样思索并且那样有所作为。
至少我们总会愤愤不平，总会想着如何去复仇，如何向那些让我们身陷囹圄的人们讨回公道。
在安迪身上，我们能看到的更多的是一种宽恕的光，一种包容和逆来顺受。
宽恕吧；千丝万缕，都宽恕了吧。
把希望隐藏在心里深处，在赎去自己心灵的罪责时争取自己应有的权益，与其把时间花在如何消磨光阴上，不如把这些时间都运用到自己应该去做的最本份的事情上。
救赎，仅仅只会为了那些已经准备好了的灵魂。
瑞德也许是整个肖申克监狱里获益最大的一个。
因为安迪在通往一条自我救赎的路上，带着瑞德一起通往了他最美的那个梦境。
电影最后的那个拥抱给了我莫大的安慰，至少，在救赎了之后，我们可以看到提被实现了的希望和自由。
而所有的这一切，都只赖于一个人自我的选择和努力。
