行销是台湾常用的说法,其意思类似营销,两者都综合行销企划(决策)与销售执行,即想与做的结合。

销售和行销(营销)的分界看了「行销是什么?」(Kotler,商周出版)的第一章和导言部份(导言前那段访问也满有料的)。

我写下有关销售和行销的分界。

销售和行销的分界是要很清楚的,尤其是在现今销售的超竞争商战中。

导言一开始就开宗明义的说:「今日,企业面临的主要问题不在商品短缺,而在顾客短缺…」。
