航空旅客须知航空旅客须知(国内航线)PASSENGER INFORMATION (DOMESTIC SERVICE)定座:旅客在定妥座位后,凭该定妥座位的客票乘机。
旅客可根据有关规定向承运人售票处或销售代理人售票处预定座位。
已经定妥的座位,旅客应在承运人规定或预先约定的时限内购票。
如未在购票时限内购票,所定座位不予以保留。
Reservation A passenger after having reserved a seat shall board the plane by his/her ticket in accordance with the reserved seat. A passenger can reserve a seat in advance at a carrier's booking office or its sales agent according to the relevant regulations. A passenger who has already reserved a seat should purchase a ticket within the time limits specified or agreed in advance by the carrier. If a passenger fails a purchase a ticket within the limits, the reservation the passenger has made will be cancelled accordingly.购票:中国旅客购票,须凭本人《居民身份证》或其它有效身份证件,并填定《旅客定座单》,外国旅客、华侨、港、澳、台胞购票,须凭有效护照、回乡证、居留证、台胞证、旅行证或公安机关出具的其它有效身份证件,并填写好《旅客定座单》。
Purchase of Ticket When a Chinese passenger purchases a ticket, his/her own 'Inhabitant Identity Card' or other valid identity certificate must be presented and a 'Passenger Reservation Record' must be filled in. Major Commercial Terms 主要商务条款1.Aircraft details 飞机具体信息One with manufacturer’s serial number and FAA registration and equipped with engines together with the aircraft documents, manuals and records relating exclusively to such aircraft and engines collectively.一架飞机、序列号,美国联邦航空局注册号: , 并配有台发动机以及包括所有飞机、发动机的相关文档,手册及相关记录。

[ If the duration of a flight so requires, or if the captain, first officer or flight attendant in the Aircraft is unavailable due to training requirement, annual leave or sick leave, then Service Provider will provide an additional pilot at the rate of USD 2200 per day (flight attendant USD 450 per day) of duty or a maximum of USD 24,000 per month (flight attendant maximum USD 10,000 per month), whichever is the lesser, exclusive of any per diem allowance and accommodation, traveling and communication expenses. The aforesaid daily and/or monthly rate are subject to annual review by Service Provider. For the avoidance of doubt, a day of duty for the purpose of this paragraph shall mean any day on which such additional pilots are required to perform light duty on the Aircraft or a station out of the Base Station in connection with any flight of the Aircraft. ]由于持续飞行的需要或由于机长、副机长或空乘人员需要参加培训或年度休假、生病而无法执行飞行等原因,服务公司将会提供额外的临时飞行员供客户使用,其费用为每天2,000美元(空乘人员每天400美元),或每月最高不超过24,000美元(空乘人员每月不超过8,000美元)(不包括出每日津贴,住宿,交通和通讯费用)。
上述每日或每月费用受到服务公司的年度审查。
飞行日数以及飞行员所需执行飞行任务的日子计算,从基地外前往指定地点的行程日均包括在内。
6.Fees 费用The following “Fees” are payable by Client to Service Provider:以下为客户需向服务公司支付费用的项目:6.1 “Scheduled Fees”可预期的费用6.1.1 A one-off “Delivery fee for the coordination with FAA of LOA (Part91)” in the amount of USD 20,000 to be paid within ten (10) Business Days (as defined in Clause 10.2 of the General Terms and Conditions) of the date of this Agreement; and 客户需在双方均签订此管理协议后的10个工作日内向服务公司支付“一次性美国联邦航空局协议书(91)部”费用20,000美元(根据一般条款10.2所述), 以及6.1.2 A “Monthly Management Fee” in the amount of USD 10,000 per month, payable in accordance with Clause 10.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Monthly LOA (Part 91) Fee charged by third party.客户需每月向服务公司支付10,000美元作为“飞机月度管理费”(根据一般条款10.2所述)以及支付由第三方收取的月度美国联邦航空局协议书(91部)费用。
