三.实习内容及过程我通过面试被分配到前厅部酒店前台工作,拥有了一份前台接待员的工作,拿着员工上任通知书到部门报到的时候,我的心里十分忐忑,我不知道我能否胜任这份工作。

酒店前台是一个酒店的门面,是客人对酒店形成第一印象的地方,是最先对客人产生影响并做出服务的部门。

一家酒店的效率以及利润的创造,基本上都是从酒店前台开始的。

因而,酒店对前台员工的要求都会比较高,包括员工的形象、礼仪礼貌、基本素质、沟通理解能力等。

酒店前台就像是酒店信息的集散中心,可以说,前台的服务基本涵盖了酒店所能够提供的所有的服务项目,所以为了给客人提供满意周到的服务,酒店前台的服务人员需要对酒店的各个部门的运作都有足够的了解。

在学习中,我对酒店客人如何登记入住和结账退房等的一些基本的前台日常操作有了较为深入的了解并进行了实际操作。

这使我更加了解旅游行业的工作流程和规范,为今后的工作提供了宝贵经验。

3. 人际关系的处理:在实习过程中,我学会了如何与同事、客户和游客相处,提高了自己的人际沟通能力。

这对于今后在职场中建立良好的人际关系具有重要意义。

4. 职业素养的培养:实习过程中,我始终保持着认真负责的态度,严格遵守实习单位的规章制度。

这使我更加明白职业素养对于一名旅游英语专业人才的重要性。

四、实习反思虽然实习过程中取得了一定的成绩,但我也认识到自己在某些方面的不足。

例如,在导游讲解方面,有时会出现紧张和语速过快的情况;在客户接待方面,还需进一步提高自己的应变能力和耐心。

在今后的实习中,我将努力改进这些不足,以更好地提升自己的专业能力。

前言
在2014年4月我离开学校这个港湾,进入秦皇岛国腾国际旅行社进行实习,很荣幸能进入这个大家庭,在这里我学会了很多课本上没有的知识。

并且积累了一些生活经验还有社会工作经验,相信对我以后得工作会起到积极的促进作用。

一、实习目的
实践中学习导游知识,并积累导游带团经验。

把以前在学校学到的理论知识变为现实,从而达到锻炼自己的目的。

五、实习内容
在实习期间,我在旅行社的主要工作岗位就是导游,因为秦皇岛市是旅游城市,所以我在导游分类里是地接导游员,我的工作内容就是负责旅游团在秦皇岛的吃住行、游购娱。

在没有接到团队之前,提前和旅游团当地的全陪导游员联系,确定团队人数以及房间需求量及房型。

提前和酒店以及饭店联系,告知此团队的人数以及用餐(房)的标准。

接到团队之后,在旅游大巴上为旅客进行沿途的导游词讲解,还有之后的旅行景点和行程安排得简单介绍,让游客有一个大致的了解,然后按照行程安排好接下来要去的地方,全程要确保游客们的安全。

还没有资格带团队之前是这次实习阶段最难渡过的时期,我和我的同学们都选择了一家旅行社,我们没有工资,旅行社发给我们沿途导游词以及秦皇岛各个景点的导游词,还有一份地图,我的任务就是在尽可能的快的时间里把所有东西都记住,为了更熟悉北戴河的街道,有时间我就会租一个自行车去北戴河各个街道转。

在背诵导游词的时候感觉死记硬背很难,没有一个形象的东西可以去参照。

大部分景点还都没去过,只有奥林匹克公园离我住的地方最近而且可以免费进入,我背诵的时候参照公园里的一个个雕像,很有成果。

之后的背诵我都按照这个方法,用了大概一个月时间,记住了所有的资料。

很兴奋的去社里找经理背诵,当时真的很紧张,就像第一次带团一样的感觉,我努力不去紧张,把自己所记住的都背了出来。

经理最后说我背的很流利,但是你这样讲导游词,游客不会喜欢你的。

希望我再多联系,现在不会给我团让我带。

我也意识到了,我讲的导游词没有感情色彩,没有抑扬顿挫,很僵硬,不生动。

我自己都不会提起兴趣去听,怎么让那么多游客产生兴趣呢?回到租住的地方我开始练习有感情的讲导游词,让同学帮我,让他们纠正我的错误,旅行社也在等我去再次接受检查,大概一个礼拜,我通过了最后这一次考察,我很荣幸成为了一名合格的地接导游员。

第一次带团,也是我印象最深的一次工作经历。

这是一个只游玩一天的团队,具体情况非常的复杂,我们社接了一个2000人的会议团队,是从全国各地来的,接到通知后我才知道我的团队一共100人,由两个导游共同带领,我被认命为小队的队长。

第一天中午接到团队,原计划一人带50个人,结果由于那天北京下大雨飞机延误了,大概30个游客来不了。

赶紧给酒店以及饭店打电话改变原来的订单,剩下的六十名游客有二十个是自带车的,还有四十个没有车,只能等待公司的机动车辆调配才能去下个景点或者酒店。

那辆车的20人分配给了另外一名导游,剩下的四十个由我带领。

团队里没有全陪导游,只有领队,加大了对我能力的考验,由于没有车,游客们到了之后行李没有地方放,都很累,可是没有办法,我问过经理能不能先回酒店放行李,答案是否定。

我第一站带他们去的奥林匹克大道公园,天气还是很热,我尽自己最大的努力为他们讲解,我知道我很热很累,但是他们拿着行李更累更热。

他们有怨言,难免对我的态度有些不好,不停地问我什么时候能把行李放到酒店,我重复了无数遍说只有晚上要入住的时候才可以,我很理解你们,晚上吃完饭我尽量给大家安排先去酒店入住再开会。

最后他们妥协了,下午七点吃完饭,有一个小时的休息时间他们就要开会了。

我给别的团队借了一辆车,和他们一起去酒店放了行李,只有我的团队先去了酒店,他们对我的态度立马变好了许多,我也很欣慰,第二天我们去海滨浴场洗海澡,在途中我进行了精心准备的讲解,只是希望他们能觉得我这个导游还不错,由于头一天没有那么多讲解的机会,我从第二天的讲解开始变得紧张,我努力把自己的口头禅和一些说话的弊端都克服,尽量说的自然些,游客在车上跟我互动,我们玩的很开心,我受到了大家的一直好评,吃完中午饭把他们都送走,结束了这一共一天的行程。

真的累到不行,但是很充实,很有成就感,尤其是他们对我的肯定,我就知道我选择这个行业是对的。

在和游客的聊天中我也间接学到了很多东西,很感谢他们,可爱的游客们。

我一直在学习如何用心带团,用脑子办事,不断提高着自己。

之后的团队都带的很顺利,也遇到过许多难缠的游客,经过我的细心劝说,也都让他们肯定了我。

我最终目的还是希望每个游客都能愉快的来愉快的回家。

在这过程中,旅行社的老导游,很耐心地把许多细节方面的东西都教给了我,包括一些赚钱的方法技巧。

算是我的师父了,我一直怀着感恩之心,没有她的教导就没有今天的我,逐渐的我也对自己所从事的行业越来越熟悉,在慢慢改正自己的不足提高着自己,明显感觉到经过这次实习锻炼,我脸皮变厚了,办事能力强了很多,嘴皮子也越来越顺溜。

说话越来越有礼貌并且会拍马屁了。

各方面都达到了我实习的目的。

感谢实习当中给了我帮助的同学和同事们,也感谢批评过我的经理,还有给过我许多意见的游客们。

实习期间,我发现了秦皇岛旅游业许多存在的问题,也是之前在学校学习过程中和老师一起探讨过的,大概有以下几点;国内外游客市场开发不足,客源地相对集中,秦皇岛的国内客源市场主要分布在东北三省与内蒙古,在其他客源市场来说周围城市北京、天津、承德、唐山要比秦皇岛的知名度高许多。

国际客源市场主要是俄罗斯,辐射面相比大连,山东,海南岛较窄。

旅游交通问题也很严重,在旺季这里的交通很不方便,去很多景点的路只有一条,许多大巴车在返程途中只能苦苦等待,影响了旅客的时间。

北戴河的公交车不多,而且频率很少,导致很多游客在海滨汽车站滞留等待公交,机场只有山海关机场一个,航线也不多。

秦皇岛的旅游淡旺季问题越来越突出,我之所以实习到九月是因为旅行社没有团队可让我带了,冬季秦皇岛基本没有客流量,由于天气太冷,我觉得可以开发一些冬季旅游项目。

旅游环境问题也有待加强,带领游客在海边玩耍的时候,经常会看见海里漂浮着一些垃圾和不明物体,并没有很多的环境管理人员在打捞,当然这也是游客素质的体现,这就间接导致了游客的旅游质量下降。

旅游服务质量不高也是一大问题,我的游客很多会和服务员因为一些小事吵起来,大多时候真的是
服务员一手造成。

希望能提高旅游服务人员的素质当然也包括导游。

同时也应该加强对旅游专业人才的培养。

由于较明显的夏旺冬淡的特点,所以秦皇岛的长期导游很少,每年的暑期,旅行社都会招聘大批临时的导游上岗,以缓解旅游市场对旅游从业人员大量需求的压力。

在下一个实习阶段,也就是毕业实习阶段,我还会做这个行业,我希望自己能作为一名全陪导游,带领游客们去到一个新的地方,这也是让自己更加了解这个行业的方方面面的同时,还能去很多美丽的景区和城市。

六、实习总结
通过这次实习,我学会了如何在实际生活工作中,在遇到问题的时候,选择出最好的方法解决问题,加强了自己独立生活的能力,也体会了进入社会之后的种种不易,成熟了很多,不会经常抱怨什么了,变得知足常乐。

相信以后在我的人生道路上,不管遇见什么事情我都能从容面对。

今后我会珍惜身边的每次机会、每一个人、每一段故事,我会做最好的自己来感谢这段经历。
