求助信更多的是需要一些实质性的帮助，比如——请求对方帮助自己提高口语、帮助自己修改简历、帮自己调节情绪、给自己处理人际关系等等。
有几点需要提前注意：语气：在求助信和咨询信一类的写作里，其中很重要的一点就是要注意礼貌，也就是在措辞时多用客气一点的表达。
内容：1、在内容铺述时，加上自己对解决问题已经做出的努力。
不管是在信中求助还是在现实生活中求助，不要让对方感觉自己是个“白嫖党”。
