This project is cassava starch production line with capacity of 100t/d native starch.

主车间面积main workshop area：1400m2

其中：清洗工段washing section: 400m2

加工工段processing section：630m2

干燥工段drying section: 370m2

淀粉储存仓库：2500m2

装机容量total power：1250KW

用水量water consumption：60m3/h

蒸汽用量steam consumption：6T/H

设备生产的产品品质技术指标technical standard on machine performance

提取率：淀粉的提取率recovery rate of starch≥90 ％干基dry basis

质量要求Quality requirements:

蛋白含量不大于0.3% 干protein content≤0.3% dry basis

灰份含量不大于0.2% 干基ash content≤0.2% dry basis

纤维含量不大于0.3% 干基fiber content≤0.3% dry basis

水份含量不大于14% water content≤14%

一、氧化淀粉工艺流程

二、用途：Application

（1）造纸工业。主要用作纸张表面施胶，由于其具有成膜性好、不凝胶等优点，经过施胶后，改善纸张表面强度，增加表面光滑度，为书写和印刷提供优良的表面性能。

Paper-making industry. Due to its easily filmed and non-coagulated features, it is widely used

for spreading glue on paper surface to make it hard and smooth. As well, it offers the excellent

paper for writing and printing.

（2）纺织工业。氧化淀粉可以在较低的温度以高浓度使用，大量渗入到棉纱中，提供良好的耐磨性。在印染织物的精整中，氧化淀粉的透明膜，可避免色泽暗淡。

Textile industry. Modified starch can be used with high density in lower temperature. Lots of

modified starch filtered cotton yarn to get the excellent results of abrasion resistance. In printing

and dyeing sector, transparent film that is formed by modified starch can avoid the obscurity.

（3）建筑材料业。氧化淀粉可以用作糊墙纸，绝热材料、墙板材料的粘和剂，并作为瓦楞纸箱工业粘和剂大量使用。

Construction material industry. It is widely used for pasting wallpaper, bond of heat insulation

material and wallboard material.

（4）食品工业。轻度氧化淀粉可用于炸鸡、鱼类食品的敷面料和拌粉中，对食品有良好的粘和力并可得到酥脆的表层。

Foodstuff industry. Slightly oxygenation starch can be used for ingredients in frying chicken

and fish to get excellent flexibility and crisp surface.

三、本项目以木薯淀粉或木薯淀粉乳为主要原料，设计规模为年产5000吨木薯淀粉。

The raw material for this project is cassava starch or its starch milk, design scale is 5000 tons cassava modified starch per year.
