小学英语课堂纪律整顿小学生由于年龄小,注意力不集中,上课容易走神,所以教师总要想尽法子让课堂活跃起来。
然而,我们普遍面临的一个问题就是“大班教学”的纪律整顿。
这个问题尤其让小学英语老师头痛。
在小学英语课堂教学中,我们时常想用各种好玩有趣的游戏活动来活跃气氛,可是却发现有时一动起来,就难以收住纪律,全班一下子乱成了一锅粥。
这可伤透了我们英语老师的脑筋。
在实际教学中我们尝试了多种方法,有的班级效果很好,有的班级却收效甚微。
我就多年来使用方法总结如下1.不断更新口令。
在英语课堂中,我们最常用的口令莫过于:老师说“one, two, three.”学生说“three, two, one.”这个口令了,在一节课中如果老师总是念one two three太多次的话,学生也无所谓了。
所以,我们要不断更新口令。
这些口令可以是一句歌曲,学生接下一句歌曲。
我常用的口令有:“Look, look, you give me good?”学生回应:“good, good, I give you good.”;“Quiet, quiet, are you quiet?”学生回应:“Quiet, quiet, I’m quiet.”课堂的口令还有很多,我觉得老师和学生共同创造,学生会更加注意,而且会觉得很有趣。
因此在教学过程中,老师一定要了解自己的学生,和他们一起创造出属于自己的语言,达到共识是最好的办法。
2、创新评价方式,吸引学生我们都知道小学生活泼好动,特别是低年级的学生,自制力差,容易兴奋,活动起来,课堂秩序很混乱,特别是当老师所设计的课堂不吸引学生的兴趣的话,那更是增加了英语教师对课堂组织、调控的难度。
很多老师利用加分的方式来给小组比赛,当然评价方式要有实效性,有趣性。
不然学生根本就不理睬你在黑板上加分。
在课堂中,我比较喜欢加分的方式,简单快捷,而且很大程度上能调动学生的积极性。
我从学生课堂纪律,是否认真听课,朗读是否准确认真,是否积极参与小组活动等教学任务,作业完成数量及质量等,及时给予学生评价,每个环节表现好的加500分,可以不断重复(学生对给的分值很感兴趣,分值大更在乎),在学生完成任务过程中,我通常以参与人数来加分,这样会大大激发学生增强好胜地欲望,达到课堂预期的效果。

老师反复强调,上课时要坐端正,眼睛看老师,耳朵听老师讲课。
可孩子们还是老样子,有的双手托着下巴,有的斜着身子,有的趴在桌子上……老师很伤脑筋。
为了让孩子们能尽快坐好,能专心听讲,老师们想出了一个好办法——用口令来规范孩子们的言行。
当孩子们坐不住、不专心听讲时,老师就会说:“一二三四,坐好姿势!”这时,孩子们就会随着口令迅速调整坐姿,目不转睛地看着老师。
刚开始,有的孩子忘了口令,就会问同桌:“一二三四是什么?”这时,老师就会用手指在嘴边“嘘”了一声,孩子们就明白了:原来这是课堂口令,不可大声喧哗。
现在,每天上课时,只要老师一说“一二三四”,孩子们就会自觉地调整坐姿。
这个口令不仅让孩子们坐得更端正了,还让他们养成了良好的学习习惯。
在低年级的课堂教学中,口令是一种非常实用的教学工具。
通过简洁明了的口令,教师可以有效地控制课堂秩序,提高教学效果。

一、对答式口令语课堂指令语,是课堂上教师使用的以实现教学功能和组织管理功能的话语,是教师让学生在课堂上做某事的一种言语行为。
“口令”即为“口头指令语”,是教师口头发出的课堂指令语。
对答式口令是对答形式的口头指令语,即教师发出口令后,学生以约定好的语言集体回应教师,互动性强。
二、为何使用对答式口令1.符合儿童心理特征。
儿童心理学认为,无意注意在儿童注意力中占优势。
小学中低段学生需借助外部刺激来保持有意注意。
中介理论认为,作为中介者的教师应为儿童选择和组织合适的刺激,并引导和鼓励孩子做出恰当的反应。
2.提供可理解语言输入。
输入假说理论认为,语言输入应具备可理解性、趣味性和关联性,能帮助和促进学习者理解的学习材料具有重要价值。
对答式口令作为教师课堂话语的一部分,其本身就是一种重要的语言输入。
3.有效组织教学活动。
教师指令语在组织课堂教学方面发挥着关键作用。
教师发出指令后需检查学生是否真正明白要做什么。
就中低段学生而言,若教师仅使用陈述型指令语就必须不断重复同一指令,易导致学生听觉疲劳,活动效率低下。

一、多角度设计口令,提高课堂管理效率英语课堂管理口令大致可分为纪律类和教学类两大类。
1.设计口令,规范学生的课堂行为,培养良好的学习习惯。
在课堂上,教师可以通过口令告诉孩子哪些是可接受的行为准则。

比如,六年级学生初次接触过去时的时候,会容易混淆动词的过去式,特别是不规则动词过去式的变化,如果编成课堂口令,效果非常好。

小学高年级英语课堂纪律口令好的课堂要有好的纪律,要达到较好的教学效果,我们应该要做好充分的准备。
1. 创新口令,达成共识。
在英语课堂中,最常用的口令莫过于:“one, two, three, sit up straight.”“one, two, three, ABC.”对于这个口令,在一节课中如果老师总是念one two three太多次的话,学生也无所谓了。
这些口令可以是一句歌曲,学生接下一句歌曲。
在我二年级教授的班级,我制作了“good”的贴纸代替小贴纸,这些“good”对他们来说非常重要,因此,在这个贴纸上,我和孩子们一起想了一个和它密切相关的口令,当他们开始没坐直的时候,我会说:“Look,look, you give me good?”学生看到我做“look”,的动作时,已经马上坐好了,同时回答我:“no, no, no good”. 当时如果有学生坐得不好,或者反应太慢,就要被没收自己的一张good了。
课堂的口令还有很多,但是如果是老师自己和学生创造的,那么他们会更加注意,而且会觉得很有趣。

2、创新评价方式,吸引学生我们都知道小学生活泼好动,特别是低年级的学生,自制力差,容易兴奋,活动起来,课堂秩序很混乱,特别是当老师所设计的课堂不吸引学生的兴趣的话,那更是增加了英语教师对课堂组织、调控的难度。
很多老师利用加分的方式来给小组比赛。
特别是低段或者是中段的学生,评价方式要有效性,有趣性。
不然学生根本就不理睬你在黑板上加分。
在曾老师的课堂中,我看到这样的评价方式。
每一组得的一分,就画一个笑脸。
学生对于笑脸似乎不感兴趣。
我们一起讨论了这个问题,得出的结论是,老师画笑脸比较费时间,而且比较枯燥无味,也许他们想就算得到很多笑脸又怎样,还不就是一个贴纸。
我们在画笑脸的基础上,其实可以做一些改变,把评价方式变得有趣一些。
