返回中华人民共和国国家标准低合金高强度结构钢GB/T1591-94High strength low alloy代替GB1591-88structural steels本标准参照采用IS04950:1981《高屈服强度扁平钢材》和IS04951:1979《高屈服强度钢棒材和型材》。
1 主题内容与适用范围本标准规定了低合金高强度结构钢的牌号和技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书等。
本标准适用于热轧、控轧、正火、正火加回火及淬火加回火状态供应的工程用钢和一般结构用厚度不小于3mm的钢板、钢带及型钢、钢棒,一般在供应状态下使用。
本标准规定低合金高强度结构钢的化学成分也适用于钢锭、连铸坯、钢坯及其制品。
2 引用标准3 牌号表示方法钢的牌号由代表屈服点的汉语拼音字母(Q)、屈服点数值、质量等级符号(A、B、C、D、E)三个部分按顺序排列。
例如:Q390A其中:Q--钢材屈服点的"屈"字汉语拼音的首位字母;390--屈服点数值,单位MPa ;A、B、C、D、E一一分别为质量等级符号。
4 尺寸、外形、重量等要求尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差应符合相应标准的规定5 技术要求5.1 牌号和化学成分5.1.1 钢的牌号和化学成分(熔炼分析)应符合表1规定。
合金元素含量应符合GB/T13304对低合金钢的规定。
注:表中的AI为全铝含量。
如化验酸溶铝时,其含量应不小于0.010%。
5.1.1.1 Q295的碳含量39j0.18%也可交货。
5.1.1.2 不加V、Nb、Ti的Q295级钢,当C≤0.12%时,Mn含量上限可提高到1.80%。
5.1.1.3 Q345级钢的Mn含量上限可提高到1.70%。
5.1.1.4 厚度≤6mm的钢板、钢带和厚度≤16mm的热连轧钢板、钢带的Mn含量下限可降低0.20%。
5.1.1.5 在保证钢材力学性能符合本标准规定的情况下,用Nb作为细化晶粒元素时其Q345、Q390级钢的Mn含量下限可低于表1的下限含量。

中华人民共和国国家标准 UDC669·15·018·29GB3077-88合金结构钢技术条件 代替GB3077-82本标准适用于直径或厚度不大于250mm的合金结构钢热轧和锻制条钢。
其化学成分亦适用于锭、坯及其制品。
1分类1.1钢按冶金质量不同分为下列三类:a.优质钢;b.高级优质钢(牌号后加"A");c.特级优质钢〈牌号后加"E"〉。
注:特级优质钢应经电渣重熔冶炼。
1.2钢按使用加工方法不同分为下列二类,钢材的使用加工方法应在合同中注明,未注明者,按切削加工用钢。
a.压力加工用钢(热压力加工或冷拔坯料);b.切削加工用钢。
2尺寸、外形2.1热轧钢材的尺寸、外形、重量及其允许偏差应符合GB702-86《热轧圆钢和方钢尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差》的规定,其尺寸精度和弯曲度应符合第2组规定。
对于尺寸大于150mm的钢材,尺寸精度和弯曲度应符合第3组的规定。
交货时不得搭配短尺。
2.2锻制钢材的尺寸、外形、重量及其允许偏差应符合GB908-87《锻制圆钢和方钢尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差》的规定。
其尺寸精度应符合第2组规定。
交货时不得搭配短尺。
2.3其他截面形状钢材的尺寸、外形、重量及其允许偏差应符合相应标准的规定。
3技术要求3.1牌号及化学成分3.1.1钢的牌号及化学成分〈熔炼分析〉应符合表1的规定.3.1.1.1钢中硫、磷及残余铜、铬、镍含量应符合表2的规定。
3.1.1.2钢中残余钨、钼、钒、钛含量应作分析,结果记入质量证明书.根据需方要求,可对残余钨、钼、钒、钛含量加以限制。
3.1.1.3平炉冶炼的高级优质钢,磷含量不得大于0.030%。
3.1.1.4热压力加工用钢的铜含量应不大于0.20%。
3.1.1.5根据需方要求,25MnTiBRE钢可不加入稀土,钢的牌号为25MnTiB,力学性能和供应状态硬度按25MnTiBRE 的规定。
