XXXXX大学本科毕业设计说明书× 某电厂石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统设计专业环境工程班级环工学号学生姓名指导教师完成日期年月日× 某电厂石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统设计× 摘要:据统计,我国目前约有30万台中小型燃煤工业锅炉,耗煤量占全国原煤产量的1/3。而这些锅炉中,部分没有安装脱硫设备,致使这些地区酸雨频频发生,严重危害了工农业生产和人体健康。因此,烟气脱硫是当前环境保护的一项重要工作。目前,世界上烟气脱硫工艺达数百种之多。脱硫装置的分类有许多种,按脱硫产物的价值可分为回收法和抛弃法,按吸收剂和脱硫产物的状态可分为湿法、半干法和干法。常见脱硫工艺有:氨法脱硫、石灰石-石膏法、炉内喷钙、旋转喷雾法、循环硫化床。在这些脱硫工艺中,有的技术较为成熟,已经达到工业应用的水平,有的尚处于试验研究阶段。在以上几种脱硫工艺中,以石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺最为成熟、可靠,该技术目前在世界上也是应用最多的脱硫工艺。

本次设计主要设计的是一套除尘脱硫系统,该系统主要包括除尘系统、烟气系统、吸收系统、吸收剂浆液制备系统、石膏脱水系统以及废水处理系统,并重点对电除尘器、吸收系统、吸收剂浆液制备系统和石膏脱水系统中的主要设备进行计算设计选型。
