S&P long-term sovereign credit rating mainly divided into investment grade and speculative grade, credit level from high to low. Investment grade includes AA A ,AA ,A , and BBB .Speculation is divided into BB, B, CCC, CC and C and SD/D level. AAA says solvency is extremely strong, is the highest rating. From the AA level to CCC level can add "+" and “-" number, said the main rating classification rating in the relative strength. When the debt which is mature and company failing to pay debt is D level
