1. SPACE（空格）除非有特别指示，请在每个翻译项目的中文文字（双字节字符）和英文字或数字（均为单字节）之间留一个单字节空格。

2. PUNCTUATION（标点符号）usage1) 中文须使用双字节标点符号，如，。
、“”！；：; 英文则须使用单字节标点符号, . , “” ! ; :。
双字节标点符号和单字节标点符号的区示：输入状态不同，即双字节标点符号须在中文输入状态下输入，而单字节标点符号须在英文状态下输入；For example:“计算机世界”杂志要用双字节引号，“Computer World” 应使用单字节英文引号。
2) 英文中并列的单字节逗号“,”，中文翻译要改成双字节顿号“、” 等。
3) 书名、协议名称、法律合同规章名称译成英文时应该采用斜体形式，中文时则应在其名称前后加上书名号《》。
汉译英格式规范
汉译英翻译格式规范I 格式规范1. 正文标题、机构名称、图表格名称和表头中所有单词（除虚词外）的首字母均大写；但标题为句子的情况除外；2. 译文中出现的标准、规范名称，单独出现时每个单词首字母均应大写并斜体，不加引号；在表格中出现时不用斜体；3. 摄氏度符号统一从“符号”“Times new roman”中找到“°”（位于最右一列）插入，然后在后面加上大写“C”，即“°C”；4. 排比和并列的内容，标点应统一。

专业英语翻译格式要求
标题（居中，三号黑体）(——如有附标题，则为小三号黑体)作者1，作者2（小四号楷体）摘要：“摘要”两字用小四号黑体加粗，摘要内容宜用小四号宋体。
关键词：“关键词”三字小四号黑体加粗，其他用小四号宋体，关键词之间用中文逗号隔开，结束处不加标点。
总体要求：总字数不少于3500字，参考文献无需翻译，但应完全罗列。
表格名称、内容需翻译，图名需翻译，图内解释无需翻译，但应将原图截下放于相应位置处。
文章标题段前段后都为0.5行，单倍行距。
以下正文除各部分标题、插图和表格外，一律用小四号宋体，正文为1.1倍行距。
段前6磅，段后0磅。
首行缩进2字符，无左右缩进，其他具体字体要求见注2。
1.一级标题（四号，黑体，加粗，一级标题是段前段后0.5行，单倍行距）1.1 二级标题（小四号，宋体，加粗，二三级标题都是段前段后6磅，单倍行距）1.1.1 三级标题（小四号，宋体，加粗）图表名称的格式：图片名称标注在下方，表格名称标注在表格上方，居中，汉字用宋体，数字、英文用Time New Roman , 罗马字用Symbol，字号五。

翻译规范——Format（2011年修订版）
请仔细阅读以下规定。
本篇大部分规定为格式方面的规定，而部分翻译项目则可能对其格式另有特殊规定。
1. SPACE（空格）
除非有特别指示，请在每个翻译项目的中文文字（双字节字符）和英文字或数字（均为单字节）之间留一个单字节空格。
Example 1:
今天是2002 年5 月26 日
正确。
今天是2002 年5 月26 日
错误，数字前没有留出一个单字节空格。
今天是2002 年5 月26 日
错误，2 个中文字间无需留出一个空格。
欲知以上各行间有何区别，可到Word > 工具> 选项> 视图> “格式标记”下选择“全部”或者“隐藏文字”。
Example 2:
熟练操作WINDOWS 98 中文环境。
在“作”和“W”，“S”和“9”，及“8”和“中”之间都需要留出一个空格。
英文字或数字位于句首或句末的，则无需留空。
Example 1:
2002 年5 月26 日是个重要的日子。
正确。
2002 年5 月26 日是个重要的日子
错误，句首无须留出一个空格。
Example 2:
他的英文名叫做John。
正确。
他的英文名叫做John 。

2. PUNCTUATION（标点符号）usage
1) 中文须使用双字节标点符号，如，。
、“”！；：; 英文则须使用单字节标点符号, . , “” ! ; :。
双字节标点符号和单字节标点符号的区示：输入状态不同，即双字节标点符号须在中文输入状态下输入，而单字节标点符号须在英文状态下输入；
For example:
“计算机世界”杂志要用双字节引号，“Computer World” 应使用单字节英文引号。
2) 英文中并列的单字节逗号“,”，中文翻译要改成双字节顿号“、” 等。
3) 书名、协议名称、法律合同规章名称译成英文时应该采用斜体形式，中文时则应在其名称前后加上书名号《》。
4) 英文、中文及数字等与双字节的标点符号间不需要再加空格。
For example:
“Source 文件中可能有些段落有bullet（项目符号等），中文译文必须保持同样的段落格式。
”中，“bullet” 和后面的左括号间不需要空格。
5) 一句话中，如果有中文又有英文，那么这句话结尾的标点需要是双字节的。
For example:
正确格式：Are you 史密斯？我是Mike Smith，你好吗？
错误格式1：Are you 史密斯?我是Mike Smith,你好吗?
原因：2 个问号和 1 个逗号都要用双字节的。
错误格式2：Are you 史密斯？我是Mike Smith,你好吗？
原因：中间的1 个逗号要用双字节的。
6)中英文标点符号的检查
翻译完成之后，特别是中-英的翻译项目，须检查是否存有中文字符，检查方式是Step I：WORD –工具—字数统计—中文字符和朝鲜语单词，其中“中文字符和朝鲜语单词”必须显示为“0”方视为达标；

Step II：如果有中文字符，先全选，改字体为英文的字体，Arial/Times New Roman，然后再检查一次字数；
Step III：如果还有中文字符，就说明有些符号不能通过改变字体来改，如（）、“”《》。
，而这些符号则是要一个一个找到分别改的，目前只能选定一部分看字数来找。
7) 部分特殊标点在英文译稿中的输入：
Example 1：摄氏度（°C），标准的输入方法是（仅限于输入法为搜狗拼音输入法的情况下）：
Step I：输入“du”，在第三项那出现“°”这个符号；
Step II：打入字母“C”
Step II：选中“°C”，改变字体Arial或TIMES NEW NOMAN，即出现标准的符号“°C”。
Example 2：±等符号（不得直接插入特殊符号，插入后还需手动改成英文状态）
Step I：WORD –插入–特殊符号–数学符号–“±”
Step II：选中“±”，改变字体Arial或TIMES NEW NOMAN，即出现标准的符号“±”。
8) 某些单词缩写结尾须加一个“.”，举例如下：
有限公司：Co., Ltd.
等等：etc.
编号：No.
等人：et al.
3. 保持不译的内容
除非另有规定，否则地址、品牌名称、人名及商标均保持不译。
（此条规定适用于EC项目）
For example:
英文原文：Intel is registered trademark of Intel Corporation.

错误译文：因特尔是因特尔公司的注册商标。
4. FORMAT（格式）
格式包括但不限于：
1) 字体属性，包括字号大小、斜体、黑体、上下标
Example 1:
英文原文：This is Mike Smith, how are you?
正确译文：我是Mike Smith，你好吗？
错误译文：我是Mike Smith，你好吗？
错误，“Mike Smith”原文是斜体，故译文也要保持斜体。
Example 2:
英文原文：Press F2 to continue.
正确译文：按F2 继续。
错误译文：按F2 继续or 按F2 继续。
错误，“F2”原文加粗，译文也要保持加粗。
Example 3:
英文原文：CO2 is a chemical compound.
正确译文：CO2 是一种化合物。
错误译文：CO2 是一种化合物。
错误，“2”是下标，译文也要下标。
2) 段落属性– bullet 等
Source 文件中可能有些段落有bullet（项目符号等），中文译文必须保持同样的段
落格式。
不可随意加回车换行符号，也不可随意删除空格或分隔符等。
注意事项：在TRADOS 中翻译时，是否需要手动输入项目符号取决于TRADOS 翻译对话框打开时，原稿的项目符号是否处于翻译对话框之内，可分为以下两种情形：
SITUATION I：

这种情况下，项目符号“”在对话框外，故TRADOS 会自动保留这个符号，无需手动输入；
SITUATION II：
这种情况下，项目符号“”在对话框内，TRADOS 有时会在框内自动跳出对应的
项目符号，有时却不会，若无，则须手动输入相应的项目符号。
一、二、三..等这样的项目符号，在译为英文时要改为“I、II、III”等这种格式。
3) 其它格式
全文字体要统一设置成中文宋体，外文Arial。
方法如下：在word菜单中选择“格式”－“字体”，在“字体”选项卡下，分别将中文设置成“宋体”，英文设置成“Arial”，确定后返回。
这样全文只要是中文系统就自动变成宋体，外文系统会自动变成Arial。
非常方便，比我们手动一处一处设置要快的多。
中译外时，外文字体统一用Arial（中文和韩文、日文转译时，日文和韩文字体需按照各自的字体风格，繁体中文应使用MingLiu字体等）。
5. 英文大小写
除非另有规定，否则须遵循如下规定：
✧各级标题所有英文单词的首字母（介词、冠词等不适用大写的除外）均须大写；
✧“：”后的第一个英文单词首字母须大写；
✧图、表名称所有英文单词的首字母（介词、冠词等不适用大写的除外）均须大写；
✧图、表内容，若是词组，则所有首字母均须大写，若是句子，则第一个单词首大
写即可。
