课堂教学精彩片段--课堂评价

本节课教师根据试卷内容进行了讲解和复习。不同于一般的试卷讲评课,教师校对答案并针对重难点解释强化的方式,教师没有按照试卷题目的顺序,从最后第二道的语法填空题开始,以题目中“friend play an important role in our life”为导入,引入“play an important role in”这一重点短语,并提问“As a friend, what do you usually do?”请学生回答。教师根据学生的回答进行拓展,要求学生进行翻译,引入重点短语,引导学生产出重点短语,让学生能够学以致用,如学生回答“As a friend, I usually make my friends happy.”教师引导学生利用所学知识换一种表达方式,引入了“share happiness with friends”这一短语。教师根据学生的英语水平控制课堂节奏和语速,几位学生回答完后,教师由“friend”一词引出了“friendship”,并提出了新的问题:“What do you do to keep friendship?”同样点名学生进行回答,并进行发展性理答,强调重点词汇,重视后进生的学习,高校紧张的复习中也不乏风趣幽默,如某位学生回答不出问题时,教师笑问“XXX has no friends.”学生回答“Nonono.”引得其他学生哄堂大笑,教师回应“So XXX has many friends.”学生回答“Yeahyeahyeah.”再次逗笑其他学生,教师采用之前学生的回答“XXX never fights with his friends”进行拓展,放慢语速,引导学生思考并跟随教师回忆知识、发散思维,讲到了“If XXX fights with his friends, he can buy him a …”学生回忆起词组“buy somebody something”,异口同声地回答“presents”,教师达到复习目的。
本节课教师采用了多种理答方式,对于学生的回答不是简单地进行“good, great, excellent”等单调的反馈,而是依照学生自己的回答,进行引导、发现、拓展,鼓励学生积极思考。对于落后的学生也不忽视、不放弃,而是积极引导,激发他们的潜能,给予他们积极的评价,让他们也能够跟上教学进度。教师的这种课堂评价方式积极而有效,使由于各种原因无法跟上课堂节奏的同学都能在教师的引导下独立回答出问题,从而激发学习兴趣,认真听课。尤其是在作文讲评的时候,针对不同水平的学生,教师给予不同的评价和不同的要求,指导班级内所有学生写作的知识和技巧,真正做到了我们新课程中素质教育观的要求:促进每一位学生的全面发展。

T: I like to collect this! (Teacher took out a Pingpang ball and showed it to students) What do u like to collect as a hobby?

T: Wow, cool! The things that people collect are various. (show some pictures of things that people collect such as stamps, coins, books, pens…)
T:Ok, we all have hobbies, but why? I like listening to music because it makes me relaxed. Why do u like playing basketball?
S: Because it makes me more healthy.
T: Great! And you? Why do you like collecting stones?
S: Because it is interesting.
T: Good, we have our hobbies because of various reasons.(show some advantages of hobbies and some good expressions to describe hobbies)Hobbies make our life more colorful and interesting, right?
T: Okay, now talk about your hobby with your partner, describe it or list some advantages of your hobby and what changes it brings to your life. You even can narrate a story about your hobby.
在这个教学片段中,老师的课堂评价是一大亮点。我切身地认识到课堂教学中的评价的重要性。它既可以全面了解学生学习的历程,激励学生继续学习和激活学生的思维,同时也改进了自己的教学。首先在此案例中教师抓住了时机,适时评价。针对课堂即时评价,教师本人要抓住稍纵即逝的机会,捕捉学生的闪光点,扣住思维的导火线,即时地进行激励性评价,可以使课堂教学效果达到一个更高的层次,课堂的有效性会更强。其次该教师的课堂即时评价面向全体学生。如果仅仅是把课堂即时评价理解为只是表扬哪些表现优秀的学生是不全面的。因为这样一来,天赋稍差的学生就难以有出头之日了,这也不符合我们的教育教学规律和教育导向。课堂即时评价要尊重学生的个体差异,教师要善于从学生反馈的信息中,敏锐地扑捉到其中的可利用之处﹑有价值之处,及时给予肯定和表扬。
