1) 偿还，还钱
eg. He has not repaid me $ 10 yet. 他还没还我10 美元呢。

2) 报答，回报（某人）
eg. I will repay her for her kindness. 我会报答她的好意的。

Special difficiulties
语序：有些动词的后面用动词不定式作宾语时，往往要在动词后面先加上一个名词或代词。

eg. Frank helped Tom to dig this hole.
eg. She taught her son to read.
eg. We advise them to stay at home.
eg. They did not allow us to enter the museum before 9 o'lock.

eg. He has never borrowed any money from me.
eg. I asked him to lend me $20.
