参考辞汇:修建地基lay a foundation of;财产wealth;捐赠donate...to...Dear Editor,I’m a builder. When other builders and I laid a foundation of a building, we dug out some ancient cultural relics. At that time, some people suggested we sell them so that we could get some money. But I didn’t agree with them because I think these cultural relics are our country’s wealth. As Chinese people, we should protect them. So I told the other builders we shouldn’t sell them, because cultural relics represent a country’s culture and history. Besides, we should donate these culture relics to our country in case they might be sold abroad secretly. We shouldn’t lose them.

1My Big Adventures in Elementary SchoolHi there! My name is Timmy and I'm a 5th grader at Oakwood Elementary School. I've had so many fun and crazy adventures during my time in elementary school. Let me tell you all about them!It all started way back in kindergarten. On my very first day, I was so nervous! Everything was brand new - the classroom, the teacher, all the other kids. But I tried my best to be brave. During circle time, the teacher asked if anyone wanted to share what they did over summer vacation. I raised my tiny hand up high and told everyone about the time I got lost in the grocery store and my mom had to make an announcement over the loudspeaker to find me in the frozen foods section. All the other kids cracked up laughing! I was embarrassed at first, but then I realized it was kind of a funny story. From that day on, I loved telling jokes and making my friends laugh. In 1st grade, we went on our first big field trip to the city zoo.I was so excited to see all the different animals! The monkey exhibit was my favorite. Those silly primates were climbing all over, making goofy faces and cracking me up. But then...disaster struck. One of the monkeys grabbed my friend Stevie's lunch box right out of his hands and started stuffing his face with Stevie's sandwich! We all laughed so hard as the zookeeper had to pry the lunchbox out of the monkey's grip. Poor Stevie didn't have much left for lunch that day except a couple of squished grapes. I'll never forget that funny memory!2nd grade was the year I joined the school's Safety Patrol squad. I was SO proud wearing that bright orange belt and helping kids cross the street safely before and after school. But being a patrol agent wasn't ALL fun and games. One day, this kid named Billy wasn't being very careful and started horsing around too close to the street. I had to use my special whistle to get his attention and firmly tell him "STOP! You need to wait for the crossing guard's signal before you cross." Billy did NOT like being told what to do and he stuck his tongue out at me! I was pretty ticked off, but I kept my cool. Once we got the all-clear, I made sure Billy walked closely beside me alllllll the way across the street while I kept a close eye on him. Safety first! The adventures just kept on coming in 3rd grade. Our class&bat all these exciting science projects and I got to be a junior engineer! We learned all about different types of bridges and then got to design and build our own miniature bridges using popsicle sticks and glue. My team's bridge looked awesome, but the real fun was the contest to see whose model could hold the most stacked books without collapsing. The winners were these total brainiacs who basically built a suspension bridge replica that could've held a whole encyclopedia set. My team's bridge folded like a house of cards after just a few books. Oh well, back to the old drawing board on that one!4th grade was the year I discovered my PASSION for drama club! The theatre bug bit me hard. We put on a musical production of The Lion King that year and I scored the plum role of Simba. I worked so hard memorizing all my lines and singing my little heart out. On opening night, I did get a teeny case of stage fright during my big "Hakuna Matata" solo. But then I looked out and saw my parents, grandparents, teachers and friends all smiling and cheering me on from the audience. Their support gave me the courage to find my voice again and roar through the rest of the show like a total pro! I even got a standing ovation at the curtain call. Talk about a proud moment!Which brings me to this year...my last hurrah of elementary school before I become a big bad middle schooler. One of the highlights was definitely our special 5th grade camping trip to Oak Ridge State Park. We got to go hiking, canoeing, build campfires and pitch our own tents. I was a little nervous about the "roughing it" situation, but I was also really excited to test my outdoor survival skills. The first night in the tent was pretty crazy! My buddy Chris and I were trying to tell scary stories and convincing each other that we heardstrange noises like growling bears surrounding us. Then--WOMP!-- this huge rain and thunderstorm rolled in! The wind was shaking our tent like crazy as we zipped ourselves in and tried not to completely freak out. We made it throughthat wild night, but I don't think either of us slept a wink! The next morning, we noticed one of the camping coolers had been raided and there were raccoon paw prints everywhere! Those pesky bandits stole all our snacks and eggs for breakfast. From then on, we had to be way more careful about securing our food at night. My friend Jessie's cookie stash still got swiped by the end of the week though. She was NOT happy about that.On our last day of camping, we went canoeing on the lake. The fresh air, beautiful trees all around, and peaceful river made me feel free as a bird out there on the water. Of course, peace didn't last too long before yours truly managed to cause a ruckus.I got a little too cocky with my paddle and starting rocking the canoe trying to splash my friends. You can probably see where this is going...next thing I knew, SPLASH! I went crashing into the cold lake, canoe and all! So much for my graceful canoeing skills. Everyone just cracked up as I came up drenched from head to toe, spitting out lake water. Hey, at least it made for one final hilarious memory to cap off our awesome camping adventure!Well, those are just a few highlights from my big elementary school adventures so far. This place has been like a second home to me, filled with good friends, caring teachers, and more laughs than I can count. I've learned so much, but have had a blast doing it. I'm definitely going to miss this place, but I'm also really excited to see what middle school has in store for me. Just hopefully nothing too disastrous...like falling into a lake again or something. Catch you later, elementary!篇2My Awesome Day at SchoolHi there! My name is Tommy and I'm in the fourth grade. Today was such an amazing day at school that I just have to tell you all about it! It started off kind of boring with math class, but things got way more exciting after that.In English class, we had to write a short story. I love writing stories because I can use my imagination and come up with all sorts of crazy adventures. For this one, I wrote about a group of kids who find a magic pencil that can bring anything they draw to life. They draw a rocket ship and blast off into outer space! On their journey, they meet friendly aliens, explore new planets, and even have a battle with an evil space monster. Of course, the good guys win in the end. My teacher said she really liked my story and that I have a great creative mind. That made me feel super proud! After English, it was time for science class. We got to do a really cool experiment today. We made little volcanos out of modeling clay, baking soda, and vinegar. When you mix the vinegar and baking soda together, it creates a chemical reaction that makes the "lava" bubble up and ooze out of the volcano. It was so much fun to watch! I made my volcano extra big and it erupted like crazy, spraying red lava everywhere. Some of it even got on the classroom floor, but the teacher didn't get mad. Shejust laughed and said she was glad we were having such a great time learning. For lunch, I had my favorite - peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with an apple and some baby carrots. My mom always packs me a nice, healthy lunch. After we ate, we got to go out to the playground and run around for recess. I love going on the swings and seeing how high I can go. Today, I swung so high that I felt like I could just keep on soaring right up into the clouds! In the afternoon, we had art class. The teacher brought in all these different craft supplies like pom poms, pipe cleaners, popsicle sticks, and googly eyes. We got to make whatever we wanted out of the supplies. I made an awesome monster that had pom pom eyes, a pipe cleaner mouth with sharp teeth, and popsicle stick legs. I named him Grumble and he looked really cool and funny at the same time. A lot of the other kids made animals or spaceships, but I thought my monster was the most creative one for sure.On my way home from school, I saw a cute little puppy running around someone's yard. I asked the owner if I could pet it and she said yes. The puppy's fur was so unbelievably soft and fluffy! I could have cuddled and played with that puppy all daylong. Looking at that sweet little doggy face was definitely the perfect ending to my awesome day. After I got home, I had a snack and did my homework. I tried to describe my amazing day to my mom and dad, but I don't think I could really capture just how much fun it was using words alone. A kid just has to experience a day like that for themselves. I'm already counting down the hours until I get to go back to school again tomorrow and see what other awesome adventures are in store. Being a fourth grader is the best!篇3My Awesome Summer VacationHi there! My name is Timmy and I just had the bestest summer vacation ever! I'm so excited to tell you all about it. Get ready for an awesome adventure! It all started when school let out for the summer. Mom and Dad told me and my little sister Sarah that we were going on a big trip. I was super duper excited! We got to pack our favorite toys and clothes into our suitcases. Sarah brought her teddy bear Mr. Snuggles and I brought my action figures. The first place we went was to Grandma and Grandpa's house. They live on a farm way out in the country. It's so much fun there! Grandpa took me out to the barn and let me feed the cows and horses. The cows are really big and kinda smelly, but the horses are pretty. I even got to ride one! Her name was Daisy and she was nice and gentle. Grandma taught Sarah and me how to make her famous chocolate chip cookies. They're the yummiest cookies in the whole wide world! After a few days, we left Grandma and Grandpa's and went on a road trip. We drove for what felt like forever! Sarah and I played I Spy and the License Plate Game to pass the time. Dad's a great singer, so we also sang lots of silly songs together. My favorite is "The Ants Go Marching."Our first stop was the Grand Canyon. Have you ever seen the Grand Canyon before? It's huuuuuuuge! It's like a giant hole in the ground that just goes on and on forever. The rocks have all these cool, different colors too - red, orange, purple, yellow. We went on a little hike along the rim and I got to be a junior ranger! The ranger gave me a badge and everything.Next, we went to Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. There are bears and bison and all sorts of amazing animals there. One night, we even saw the most incredible geyser called OldFaithful. It shot scorching hot water way up into the air! The park guide said it erupts like clockwork every 90 minutes or so. We watched it go off twice while we were there. It was like the Earth was breathing fire. So awesome! From there, we drove to Seattle to visit my aunt, uncle, and cousin Jack. They live right near the ocean, which was really neat. Jack took me down to the beach and we went exploring in the tide pools. We found all kinds of cool critters like sea anemones, starfish, and even a couple of tiny crabs! We also went on a ferry ride around Puget Sound. I could see the whole city from the water. The Space Needle looked so tiny from that far away. After Seattle, we flew down to California which is where the most fun part happened - Disneyland!! Can you believe I got to go to the Happiest Place on Earth? It was a dream come true. We went on sooooo many rides - Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. I loved them all, even though some were a little scary. We also got to meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto! Getting my picture taken with them was the highlight of the whole trip.On our last day there, we went to California Adventure Park which is right next door to Disneyland. That's where all the cool Marvel superhero stuff is. We did an Iron Man virtual realityexperience and it felt like we were really flying around fighting bad guys with Iron Man's laser beams and repulsor rays. After that, we rode the incredible Hulk coaster where it launches you from zero to 60 miles per hour in seconds! My stomach felt like it was in my throat the whole time. Such a rush!Eventually, the amazing vacation had to come to an end. We were all tired but sooooo happy after our big adventure. I'll never forget seeing and doing so many incredible things. This really was the bestest summer ever. I can't wait to go on another awesome trip next year!篇4My Life as a Primary School StudentHi there! My name is Lily and I'm a 10-year-old girl in the 5th grade. I'm going to tell you all about my life as a primary school student. It's a lot of fun, but it's also a lot of work!Every weekday morning, my mom wakes me up at 6:30 am. I don't like waking up that early, but I have to get ready for school.I take a quick shower, brush my teeth, and get dressed in my school uniform – a white shirt, a blue skirt, and black shoes. Then I have breakfast, which is usually some congee (rice porridge) and a few dumplings. At 7:30 am, my dad drives me to school. The ride takes about 15 minutes. When I get to school, I put my backpack in my locker and then go to the playground to play with my friends until the bell rings at 8:00 am.The first class starts at 8:10 am. We have six 40-minute classes every day, with a 10-minute break between each class. The subjects we learn are Chinese, math, English, science, social studies, and PE (physical education). My favorite subjects are English and science because I find them really interesting. Chinese and math are quite hard for me, so I have to study extra hard for those.During lunchtime from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm, I eat the lunch that my mom packs for me. It's usually some rice, vegetables, and a piece of meat or fish. After eating, I like to go to the library and read books or play games with my friends in the playground. In the afternoon, we have two more classes until school ends at 3:30 pm. Sometimes we have extra classes like art, music, or computer class. I really enjoy art class because I love drawing and painting. After school, my mom or dad picks me up and we go home. I have a snack and then start on my homework. I usually have 1-2 hours of homework every day, which includes worksheets, reading, and sometimes writing compositions. I find the homework quite difficult sometimes and I have to ask my parents for help.Once I'm done with homework, I get to relax and play for a bit. I like playing outside with my neighbors or watching TV shows. At 6:30 pm, we have dinner as a family. My favorite dishes are sweet and sour pork, kung pao chicken, and fried rice. After dinner, I take a shower and then it's time for studying again. I review what I learned in school that day and make sure I understand everything. My parents are very strict about my studies and they want me to get good grades. Finally, I get ready for bed around 9:00 pm. I brush my teeth, put on my pajamas, and read a book or comic for about 30 minutes before going to sleep at 9:30 pm. Then I wake up the next day and the whole routine starts all over again! My life as a primary school student is very busy with all the classes, homework, studying, and activities. But I enjoy learning new things every day and spending time with my friends. I'm working really hard now so that I can get into a good middle school and have an even brighter future ahead of me.That's a glimpse into my daily life! Being a student is tough, but it's also really rewarding. I hope you found this little essay interesting. Let me know if you have any other questions about what life is like for me as a primary school kid!篇5My Life as a Little KidHi there! My name is Lily and I'm a 3rd grader at Sunshine Elementary School. I'm 9 years old and I love being a kid! I wanted to tell you all about my daily life and the things I enjoy.Every morning, my mom wakes me up around 7am for school. I don't like waking up early, but mom says I need my sleep to grow up big and strong. I get dressed and head to the kitchen for breakfast. My favorite is mom's pancakes with syrup and bananas! After eating, I brush my teeth really well and get my backpack ready. The school bus comes at 8am to pick me and my neighborhood friends up. The bus ride is fun because we get to chat and play games together. Sometimes we have competitions to see who can identify different cars or count the most stoplights! My best friend Emma sits next to me. We've known each other since preschool.Once we get to school, we line up by classroom and wait for the morning bell to ring. Then we all walk inside nice and quiet. The first class is usually math. I actually like math because I'm good at counting and doing problems in my head. My teacher Miss Jackson is really nice too. If we get stuck, she'll come over and help explain it slowly. After math, we have language arts where we practice reading, writing, and speaking English. I'm getting better at English but sometimes I mix up words or can't spell very well yet. My homework is usually finishing up any worksheets we didn't complete in class. Next is science, which is my favorite subject! I love learning about animals, plants, the human body, and how things work. Last month, we got to dissect an owl pellet and reconstruct the tiny bones. It was so cool finding the skull and figuring out what the owl ate.Around noon, we get a break for lunch and recess. I pack a sandwich, fruit, veggies, and a juice box. Sometimes I also get a slice of my mom's homemade banana bread - yum! For recess, we all go outside to the playground and play games like tag, jump rope, handball, or just run around. Emma and I often do cartwheels and handstands too. We try to see who can do themost without falling! Getting that exercise helps me feel awake for the afternoon classes. After lunch, we have history and art. History is pretty interesting when we learn about ancient civilizations, explorers, and major events. In art, we get to draw, paint, sculpt with clay, and make all sorts of creative projects. I really like art because you can use your imagination and there's no right or wrong way to do it.Finally, the school day ends around 3pm. The bus drops me off at home and I have a snack, usually an apple or some crackers with peanut butter. Then I work on any homework I have for a little while before play time! If the weather is nice, I love going outside and playing freeze dance, hopscotch, or riding my bike around the neighborhood with friends. We have a clubhouse in Emma's backyard where we'll make crafts and pretend to have meetings about very important kid business. For dinner, mom or dad cooks meals like spaghetti, tacos, chicken stir fry, or cheeseburgers. I always try to eat all my veggies because I know they'll help me grow tall. After dinner, I take a bath and get my pajamas on. Sometimes I read books before bedtime or we play board games as a family. On weekends, we'll go to the park, beach, museum, or other fun places. I love museums because you can see real dinosaur bones, gemstones, ancient artifacts, and learn so much! My parents try to make weekends extra special. We also have sleepovers at each other's houses with friends where we watch movies, do makeovers, and eat tons of snacks!Overall, I feel very lucky to be a kid. Yes, I have to go to school and listen to my parents' rules, but I still get to learn, play, use my creativity, and have no real worries or responsibilities. Everything seems so simple and fun at this篇6My Life as a Little KidHi there! My name is Tommy and I'm a 10-year-old boy in the 5th grade. I'm going to tell you all about my life as a little kid. Buckle up, because it's been a wild ride so far!First off, let me talk about my family. I live with my mom, dad, and my little sister Suzy who's 7 years old. Mom works as a nurse at the hospital, and dad is a teacher at my school. They're both really nice, but they can be super strict sometimes. Like, if I don't clean my room or do my homework, they'll ground me and take away my video games. No fair!Speaking of video games, that's one of my biggest hobbies. I love playing all kinds of games, from action-packed adventures to silly puzzle games. My favorite is this game called "Cosmic Crusaders" where you get to explore different planets and fight alien bad guys. It's so cool! Sometimes Suzy and I will play multiplayer games together, but she's not very good at them yet.I always beat her, which makes her cry. Haha, sorry Suzy!School is...okay, I guess. My best subject is definitely math because I'm really good with numbers. English is hard for me though, especially all the reading and writing we have to do. Why can't we just talk about books instead of writing huge essays on them? That's way more fun! Recess is by far the best part of the school day. I love playing kickball and tag with my friends. We get pretty competitive, but it's all in good fun.You know what's not fun at all? Chores! Mom is always nagging me to clean my room, help with dishes, and take out the trash. Doesn't she know how hard I work at being a kid? Building cosmic explorers out of Legos and watching hours of cartoons is exhausting! But I guess I should listen to her more often. One time I left my toys all over the floor and dad stepped on a tiny piece in his bare feet. He was hopping around saying bad wordsthat I shouldn't repeat. It was hilarious! Until he made me pick up every single piece...The weekend is definitely my favorite time. No school, no chores (hopefully), just freedom to do whatever I want! Sometimes my friends and I will have sleepovers and stay up all night watching movies, telling spooky stories, and pigging out on junk food. Other times we'll go to the park and play casual sports like soccer or frisbee. Dad takes me fishing sometimes too, which is kind of boring, but I like getting to spend quality guy time with him.My birthday is coming up soon and I'm super excited! I'll be 11 years old, which basically makes me a grown-up. For my party, I've asked for a gigantic Nerf gun battlefield set up in the backyard. Can't wait to wage war against all my friends! I also really, really want to get a puppy for my present this year. I've been begging mom and dad for ages. They keep saying I'm not responsible enough yet. I'll prove them wrong by taking good care of my new little furry buddy!Well, that's my life in a nutshell so far. Being a kid can be pretty awesome, aside from the constant nagging from parents and piles of homework from teachers. I'm having a blast just playing all day, every day while I still can. Pretty soon I'll be amoody teenager, and then the REAL fun begins! Just kidding...I think? Who knows what sort of crazy adventures are still ahead? I'll keep on being my goofy self and taking it one day at a time. Thanks for reading all about me!。

I used to live in a beautiful small town with green trees all around it.The river, running through the town, had clean water in which fish could be seen swimming in groups. The house, however, were small and simple, and the street wasn’t wide enough to run cars. People here worked hard all year round yet lived a life of no more than poverty. Now great changes have taken place here. You can see tall buildings, department stores and factories everywhere. Cars and buses are running in broad streets. But with the development of industry, pollution is becoming more and more serious. A lot of trees are gone, and fish have disappeared because of the dirty water. To our joy, people have been doing their best to stop pollution and make the town even more beautiful.优秀范文2话题:太空探索(Unit4 Astronomy: the science of stars)最近,你班同学就“太空探索是否值得”这一话题展开了一场讨论。

1.The Best MovieI like to see movie so much. When I have time, the first thing I’d like to do is to find the hot movies and then buy some snacks, enjoying my movie hours. After appreciating so many movies, The Lord of the Rings impresses me the most. This movie has three series and I like them all. Though the moive was made in about 2000, its technology is still not out of date. In the movie, the scenery is so beautiful that I can’t move my eyes away. It was shot in New Zealand and I have made up my mind that I must go there someday and have a look at the beautiful scenery. The movie shows me a scientific world with all kinds of creatures. It broadens my vision.最好的电影我很喜欢看电影。

新人教版高中英语必修三必背作文学科网全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Big Adventures in English ClassHi there! My name is Johnny and I'm 10 years old. I love English class and want to tell you all about the fun things we've been doing this year. Get ready for some big adventures! It all started on the very first day of school. I was so excited to meet my new English teacher, Ms. Martin. She seems kind of strict at first, but she's actually really nice and funny once you get to know her. On that first day, she told us we were going to be "word explorers" and go on journeys to discover new vocabulary words. I couldn't wait to get started! Our first word journey took us to the jungle. We learned words like "vegetation", "canopy", and "humid". Ms. Martin put up pictures on the board and we had to use the new words to describe what we saw. I said "The dense vegetation made it hard to walk through the jungle." Nailed it! We also acted out being explorers hacking through the vines and tall grass. So much fun.Next, we went under the sea and swam with the dolphins and sharks. I'll never forget words like "current", "coral reef", and "bioluminescent". Have you ever seen those glowy fish and plankton? So cool! We made an ocean diorama too with blue jello "water", plastic sea creatures, and glow sticks for the bioluminescent parts. We got to eat the leftover jello at the end. Yum!One of my favorite units was when we visited the Wild West. We learned words like "canyon", "tumbleweed", and "prospector". We even got to dress up like cowboys and cowgirls one day! I wore my dad's old cowboy hat and boots. Andrew brought a lasso to class and showed us how to twirl it around. I wasn't very good at it, but it was still a blast. In between our word journeys, we played lots of fun games too. My favorite is called "Zap!" Basically, Ms. Martin says a verb like "jump" and then zaps one of us. Whoever she zaps has to shout out a sentence using that verb in the past tense. Like "I jumped over the puddle yesterday!" If you get it wrong, you're out. Last one standing wins. I got all the way to the finals once before Jordan zapped me. Darn!Sometimes we did arts and crafts projects to help us remember words too. Like when we made those neat paperairplanes with new aviation words written on the wings. Words like "fuselage", "rudder", and "yaw". Mine flew all the way across the room and out the door! Whoops, sorry Ms. Jackson in the classroom next door.I also loved when we read story books in English. My favorite was the one about the grumpy wizard who was always causing mischief with his magic spells. We had to unscramble spell words at the end like "abracadabra" and "hocuspocus". I unscrambled the longest one all by myself! Ms. Martin said I was a "spelling wizard extraordinaire." Haha!Oh, and remember that fun restaurant unit? We learned menu words like "entree", "appetizer", and "beverage". We even got to make our own restaurant one day. Michael and I pushed our desks together to make a booth. Jessica and Emma set up a little kitchen area to be the cooks. It was so silly watching them "cook" with pretend pots and pans. When mom and dad came to pick me up, they thought it was the cutest thing!I could go on and on about all the awesome stuff we did in English class this year. Every week was a new surprise and adventure with Ms. Martin. Thanks to her, words aren't just boring things in a dictionary anymore. They're magical keys that can transport you anywhere your imagination wants to go!English class has definitely been my favorite part of 4th grade so far. I used to be kind of nervous about learning a new language. But not anymore! Now I look forward to our zany English lessons every single day. Who knows where Ms. Martin will take us next year on our word journeys? The moon? The prehistoric era? A fairy tale kingdom? I can't wait to find out!If you're not having as much fun in your English class, just remember...awesomeness starts with good teachers who truly care about making learning an adventure. Ms. Martin is living proof of that. Thanks for an amazingfourth grade, Ms. M! I'll never forget these incredibly fun (and educational) times.Your proud (and vocabulary-enriched) student,Johnny篇2My New English TextbookHi there! My name is Emily, and I'm a fourth-grader at Sunny Valley Elementary School. I'm here to tell you all about my new English textbook, which is from the "New Standard English Textbook for Compulsory Education" series. It's called "Unit 3," and let me tell you, it's pretty awesome!First of all, the book itself is so colorful and vibrant. The cover has a big, friendly-looking cartoon character waving at me, and there are lots of pictures, drawings, and photographs inside too. I love how it's not just pages and pages of boring text – it's like a whole world of English waiting to be explored! One of my favorite parts of the book is the dialogues. They're like little stories, but they're not too long or complicated. They're about everyday situations that I can relate to, like going to the park, having a picnic, or playing with friends. The best part is that they're all in English, but they use simple words and phrases that I can understand. It's like I'm learning English without even realizing it!Another cool thing about this textbook is the songs and chants. Oh boy, do I love singing and chanting along! Not only are they catchy and fun, but they also help me practice my pronunciation and remember new vocabulary words. Sometimes, we even do little dances or movements to go along with the songs, which makes learning English feel like playtime. But it's not all just fun and games – there are also plenty of exercises and activities to help me practice what I've learned. From matching games and word scrambles to fill-in-the-blanks and short answer questions, the book keeps me engaged andchallenged in a way that doesn't feel like work. My favorite part is the little stickers and stamps my teacher gives me when I do well – it's like a reward for all my hard work! One thing I really appreciate about this textbook is that it doesn't just focus on the English language itself – it also teaches me about different cultures and traditions from around the world. Whether it's learning about traditional festivals, famous landmarks, or interesting customs, I feel like I'm not just learning English, but also expanding my horizons and understanding of the world around me.Overall, I'm really enjoying my "New Standard English Textbook for Compulsory Education: Unit 3." It's fun, engaging, and makes learning English feel like an adventure rather than a chore. I can't wait to see what the next unit has in store for me!篇3My Big Adventures with EnglishHi there! My name is Xiaoming and I'm 10 years old. I go to Fuzhong Elementary School right here in the city. I love my school and all my classes, but English is definitely my favorite subject. I've been learning English since I was really little and ithas opened up a whole new world for me. I can't wait until I get to high school and take the required English courses there! In China, all high school students have to take English classes called "English Course 1", "English Course 2", and so on up through "English Course 6". These are the core required English courses and they use textbooks called "New Senior English for China". I've had a peek at the books my older cousins use and they look super interesting and fun!The English courses cover all the important skills like listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation. But they also teach us about other cultures, different ways of thinking, and expose us to literature, art, science, and more from all around the world. My favourite units are the ones about things like environmental protection, space exploration, andcutting-edge technologies. Learning English opens up so many possibilities!I can't wait to dig deeper into those topics in the high school courses. I've heard there are lots of cool activities and projects too, like staging a short play in English or doing a video presentation. The courses use all kinds of materials like movies, songs, news reports, and websites to make the lessons engaging.Just listening to English music and watching English movies has already helped my language skills improve a ton.My English teachers have been awesome - super supportive, caring, and always going the extra mile to make sure we understand. They use a lot of interactive teaching methods to get us engaged like role plays, games, group discussions and multimedia. A bunch of them have even lived abroad, so they can share first-hand experiences about Western culture and what it's really like in English-speaking countries.I'll never forget when we had an English-speaking student from America visit our class for a month last year. We were all nervous at first, but he was so friendly and patient with us. By the end, we could understand most of what he said and could hold basic conversations with him. That experience gave me so much more confidence in my English abilities.Outside of class, I've joined the English club at school and we have a lot of fun activities like English movie nights, drama performances, spelling bees, and even English summer camps. I'm also taking extra English classes at a training center on the weekends to get ahead. My parents say that investing time and money into my English education now will pay huge dividends for my future. With good English skills, I'll be able to get into atop university, study abroad if I want, and just have way more opportunities in life.My biggest dream is to become an environmental scientist and help find solutions to problems like climate change, plastic pollution, and biodiversity loss. I'll need excellent English to be able to read the latest research from international scientists, communicate with colleagues around the world, and share my own findings globally. Maybe I'll even get to travel to different countries for conferences, field research, or living abroad for part of my career. How cool would that be?!I can't predict the future, but I know that being bilingual in English and Chinese is going to open up so many doors for me, both personal and professional. The English requirements in Chinese high schools are just the start - English will be essential for whatever path I choose after graduation, whether that's university, work, travel or something else entirely. The world is becoming increasingly interconnected and globalized. In the 21st century, cross-cultural communication skills are more crucial than ever before. I'm thankful that my education is prioritizing English from an early age. It's giving me the tools I need to better understand people from diverse backgrounds and become a true global citizen. So that's my long ramble about English learning! In a few years, I'll finally get to start the official high school English courses. I'll be sure to work really hard, do my best, and make the most of those classes. Mastering this important world language is my key to exploring new horizons and making my dreams for the future a reality. Wish me luck! Thanks for reading and bye for now!篇4My Life as a Little KidHi there! My name is Lily and I'm 8 years old. I'm in 3rd grade at Sunshine Elementary School. Today I want to tell you all about my life as a little kid. Being a kid is the best!First off, I love going to school and learning new things every day. My favorite subjects are math and art class. Math is super fun because I get to solve puzzles and problems. I'm a whiz at addition and subtraction. Art class is awesome too because I can let my creativity run wild with paints, crayons, and clay. I made the most beautiful vase for my mom last month and she loved it!At school, I have a ton of friends and we play together at recess every day. My best friend is Emma and we've known each other since preschool. We love chasing each other on theplayground and going down the big twisty slide. Sometimes we also play jump rope or hopscotch. Recess is the highlight of my day because I get to run around and be silly with my besties. After school, I have certain chores to do at home. I have to make my bed, feed my dog Buddy, set the table for dinner, and clean up my toys. My mom says it's important for me to be a helper. I don't mind too much because then I earn my allowance!I use my allowance money to buy new books, stickers, and little treats.Once my chores are done, I have plenty of time to play! My favorite games are pretending to be a brave knight, putting on shows and plays for my parents, and bouncing on my pogo stick. Sometimes I'll watch a movie or read books too. I'm a huge fan of any stories with princes, princesses, dragons, or unicorns. My room is decorated with fairy lights and stuffed animals. It's my magical kingdom! On weekends, my family likes to go on fun outings. We'll go to the park and have a picnic lunch. I'll run around chasing squirrels and climb on the jungle gym. Or sometimes we go bowling and I get to knock down as many pins as I can. My dad is really good at bowling. We also love going to the children's museum to see the cool exhibits and make crafts. Every fewmonths, we'll go indoor skydiving and it feels like floating on a cloud! So much fun.In the summertime, we always take a trip somewhere special. Last year, we went to Disney World and I got to meet all the Disney princesses. It was a dream come true! This year, we're going camping in the mountains. I can't wait to go hiking, make s'mores over the campfire, and sleep in a tent underneath the stars. I hope I spot some deer or bears! As you can see, being a kid is nonstop playing, exploring, using my imagination, and making memories with my family. We get to do so many exciting things! Every day is an adventure when you're little. I know I'm growing up quickly, but I'm trying my best to enjoy this magical time while it lasts. Pretty soon I'll be a stinky teenager, yuck! So I'm squeezing in all the fun I can right now. This is the best life ever and I'm forever grateful to be a kid!篇5My Awesome School YearHi there! My name is Timmy and I'm 8 years old. I just finished 3rd grade and I want to tell you all about my awesome school year. Get ready because there's a lot to cover!First up, my favorite subject is definitely recess! I love getting to run around outside and play games with my friends. We have this big playground with swings, a jungle gym, basketball hoops, and plenty of space to run free. During recess, we play tag, hide and seek, and my personal favorite - kickball. I'm the kickball champion of 3rd grade! My friend Jake and I are the two biggest kickball stars. We're so good that sometimes the older 4th and 5th graders let us play with them. How cool is that?Speaking of 4th and 5th grade, I'm really excited to be moving up to the older kids' side of the school next year. The 3rd grade hall is ok, but it's kind of babyish with all the bright colors and silly decorations. The upper grade hallways look much cooler - they have lockers, the classroom doors have windows, and best of all, we even get to change classes! I'm really hoping I get Mrs. Thompson for math because I hear she's the funnest teacher ever.Math is probably my second favorite subject after recess. I'm a total math whiz - I can do addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, all in my head! Fractions are a bit tricky still, but I'm working on it. This year we started learning about time, money, and basic geometry too. Geometry is awesome because it's all about shapes, which I'm really good at drawing. Maybe I'll be anarchitect when I grow up? An architect is someone who designs buildings and houses. How cool would it be to park my car inside a circular skyscraper that I designed myself? Now for my least favorite subjects - writing and reading. Reading is ok when the book is really engaging, but a lot of them are just so booorrrrinnnggg. I get antsy just sitting still and focused for too long. And writing is even worse because you have to sit still for ages while deciding what words to put down on the paper. Why can't we just do more math and PE instead?Oh, I almost forgot to tell you about my awesome field trips this year! In the fall, we went to the local farm and got to pick apples, pet barnyard animals, and go on a hay ride. I picking apples and the hay ride were really fun, but I wasn't super into the animal part. Cows, pigs, and chickens are kind of gross if you ask me.Then in the spring, we went to the science museum downtown. That field trip was amazing! We got to see dinosaur fossils, animatronic dinosaurs that roared and moved, a planetarium show about the universe, and even do some hands-on experiments. I made a little toy rocket ship out of paper and straws that actually fired off across the room! We learned about Newton's laws of motion, which sounded supercomplicated at first but ended up being really cool. I might want to be a scientist when I grow up instead of an architect.Let's see, what else? Oh yeah, I have to tell you about my favorite times of the school year - the holiday parties! For Halloween, I dressed up as Spider-Man and we had a class party with scary stories, fun games, and yummy treats like chocolate-covered pretzels. My mom definitely went a little overboard making treat bags for the whole class, but I wasn't complaining! Then at Christmas time, we had another party with a gift exchange, where I got to open up a giant present filled with outdoor toys like a frisbee, football, and sketch pad. For Valentine's Day, we all decorated little mailboxes for our desks and got to exchange Valentine's cards and candy with everyone in the class. My box was overflowing!I could keep going forever about all the great parts of 3rd grade, but I'll stop here so I don't put you to sleep! School is hard work for sure, but it's also a ton of fun. I already can't wait to start 4th grade and see what awesome adventures are in store. Maybe they'll even let us go on an overnight field trip? A guy can dream, right? Anyway, thanks for reading all about my year. Study hard and play harder - that's my motto!篇6Here's an essay in English, written from the perspective of an elementary school student, about 2000 words long, on the topic of "New Standard Course English Book 3 for High School Students":My Name is Timmy, and I'm in Grade 5Hi there! My name is Timmy, and I'm a 10-year-old kid in the 5th grade. I love learning new things, especially when it comes to English. Today, I want to tell you all about this really cool English textbook that my older sister uses for her high school classes. It's called the "New Standard Course English Book 3," and boy, is it packed with interesting stuff! At first, when my sister brought it home, I thought it was just another boring old textbook. But then, she started showing me some of the stories and passages inside, and I was hooked! There are so many cool tales from different cultures, like folktales, fables, and even some science fiction stories. My favorite one is about a boy who travels to the future and meets his future self. It's so mind-boggling to think about! But the book isn't just about stories. It also has lots of useful information on things like grammar, vocabulary, and writing techniques. I know, I know, grammar can be super dull sometimes. But the way this book explains it all makes it seemalmost... fun? I never thought I'd say that about grammar, but it's true! One of the coolest parts of the book, in my opinion, is the section on writing. It has all these great tips and tricks for putting together a really awesome essay or story. Like, did you know that using lots of descriptive words can make your writing way more interesting? Or that starting your sentences in different ways can keep your readers from getting bored? Mind = blown! But what I probably like most about this book is how it incorporates so many different cultures and perspectives. There are passages from authors all around the world, each with their own unique way of looking at things. It's like taking a trip around the globe without ever leaving your desk! And the best part? The book is jam-packed with colorful pictures and illustrations that really bring the stories and concepts to life. As a kid, I love anything with lots of visuals to keep me engaged.Plus, my sister says that the book has loads of practice exercises and activities to help reinforce what you've learned. I haven't tried any of those yet, but if they're anything like the rest of the book, I'm sure they'll be both educational and fun.So, there you have it – my totally unbiased, 100%kid-approved review of the "New Standard Course English Book 3." Whether you're a high school student looking to improve your English skills, or just a curious kid like me who loves learning about new things, this book is definitely worth checking out.Who knows, maybe one day I'll be using it for my own high school English classes! But for now, I'm just glad I got to take a peek into the world of advanced English learning. It's been a wild ride, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks for reading, and happy learning!。

Its in this way that Ive formed the habit of reading in any time.Little boys as I was, I was interest in picture books and storybooks. I was struck by them. No sooner had I entered the middle school than I began to read novel, plays, and essays and so on. I found I could get much from them. Little by little I took great interest in literature and last term I won the first prize in the composition contest among middle-school students in Zhe Jiang.Reading “The Emperors New Clothes”, I had to let out a burst of laughter over his fool. “The Little Match Girl” couldnt keep me from crying for her misery. “Robinson Crusoe” took me into a strange world full of danger. And Iwas also deeply impressed by Helen Kellers patience and perseverance… Besides these, books also tell me other thing -how to be a man and how to tell the difference between right and wrong. In a word, good books can make me know what I didnt before. So I think of a good book as my best friend.Ill never forget this famous saying,“Good books are best friends who never turn their backs upon us.”人教版高二必修五英语作文2Mom,I love you! Mothers are great. They’re always there for you. When you’re hungry, they’re there for you with food. When you’re sad, they’re there for you with words of encouragement. And when you’re lying comfortably in your bed, mother is there...telling you to get up,telling you not to be so lazy, to tidy your room, to do your homework. And later, she’sthere telling you that the style of clothes you wear is awful, and your friends are nogood, and “Why can’t you be more like your cousin, the brillia nt student?”Yes, mothers are great, sometimes too great. No one in your life is going to know more about you and care moreabout you than your mother. In many ways, mothers are the centres of their children’s universe. We depend on them for so many things and theygive us so much. That can lead to feelings of being “smothered” by mother; of being too dependent on her; of being loved too much. And sometimes we just take “good old”mom for granted. We think she has nothing better to do than take care of our every little need. That she must stop whatever she’s doing and bring us food or sew on a button.人教版高二必修五英语作文3With the improvement of living level, the goods package have become more and more complicated and exaggerated. Thus, the phenomenon of the excessive packaging is common around us. Such as Mid-autumn moon cakes. But what factors contribute to this phenomenon?Firstly, as we all know, a large number of markets and stores think that goods which are well-decorated could attract consumers and inspire consumers to purchase goods. So they can earn more money. Secondly, consumers hold the idea that the more elegant the goods look, the better quality of the commodity is. Whats more, the government didnt makerelevant rules to prevent this phenomenon.Personally speaking, excessive packaging has a bad influence on our environment, which also wastes precious resources. So we should increase our awareness of consuming and save rare resources. At the same time, some useful measures should be taken by the government. Its high time we took action to prevent this situation. Only in this way can we put an end to this trend.人教版高二必修五英语作文4Dragon Boat Festival is a Chinese traditional festival. It falls on the fifth day of May in the lunar calendar. A day before this festival, my mother and grandmother began to make zongzi. Of course, I would act as assistant. But it turned out that I was more of a hindrance than a help. When they finished, they started to cook them. This process needed a long time, because I could have them in the next day. Zongzi was very delicious. On the day of dragon boat festival, our family prepared for dinner after having breakfast. Everyone of my family will come back home for the solid diet. Chicken is indispensable on the dinner desk in Chinese traditional festival. There were many delicious foods, which made me watering. I ate lots of them. It is a wonderful festival.端午节是中国的传统节日。

高中人教版英语作文In the contemporary era, the role of technology in education has become increasingly significant. As a high school student, I have witnessed firsthand how technology has transformed the way we learn and interact with educational content. Thisessay aims to explore the impact of technology on modern education, focusing on both its advantages and challenges.Firstly, technology has made education more accessible. With the advent of online learning platforms, students from remote areas can now access a wealth of knowledge and resources that were previously only available to those in urban centers. Online courses and educational apps have made it possible for students to learn at their own pace and according to theirown schedules, which is particularly beneficial for thosewith different learning styles or those who need to balance school with other responsibilities.Secondly, technology has enhanced the learning experience through interactive tools. Interactive whiteboards, educational software, and virtual reality are just a few examples of how technology has made learning more engagingand immersive. These tools can help students betterunderstand complex concepts by providing visual andinteractive representations, which can be especially helpful for kinesthetic and visual learners. However, the integration of technology in education alsocomes with its set of challenges. One of the primary concerns is the digital divide, where students from less affluent backgrounds may not have access to the necessary technologyor internet connectivity. This disparity can lead to an unequal educational experience and potentially exacerbate existing inequalities.Additionally, there is the issue of information overload. With the internet at their fingertips, students are now exposed to an overwhelming amount of information, some of which may be unreliable or inaccurate. It is crucial for educators to teach students how to critically evaluate the information they find online to ensure they are learning from credible sources. In conclusion, technology has undoubtedly had a profound impact on modern education. It has the potential to democratize education and make it more engaging and personalized. However, it is essential to address the challenges associated with technology use in education, suchas the digital divide and information overload, to ensurethat all students can benefit from these advancements. As we continue to integrate technology into our educational systems, it is imperative that we do so thoughtfully and inclusively.。

在短文的第一段就应该写出“我”在英语学习中存在的问题,比如受家乡话发音的影响,/r/音和/l/音不分;记忆力差,很难扩大词汇量;阅读速度慢,不能在规定的时间内把试题做完等。

Because they sound exactly the same in my dialect, I had great difficulty in telling “right” from “light”. My poor memory was another challenge for me when I decided to enlarge my vocabulary. I could only remember the English words for a while. In order to tell the slight difference between / r / and / l /, I forced myself to practice a lot every day. Whenever I started to speak English, I reminded myself of the difference between “right” and “light” as well as “read” and “lead”. At first I felt it rather unnatural, but soon I got used to speaking in this way. As for my poor memory, I gave up mechanical memorization and tried many other ways. Finally I found a most efficient way for me: memorizing English words by their syllables and pronunciation. This is how I succeeded in overcoming the difficulties in learning English and now I have a stronger belief in the proverb that where there is a will, there is a way.【作文四】话题:英语(Unit2English around the world)假定你是一名高中生,一次一位外国朋友问你,除了在学校学习英语之外还有什么其它途径练习英语。
