9月底，税务总局发布关于修订纳税人识别号代码标准的公告中明确，已取得统一社会信用代码的法人和其他组织，其纳税人识别号使用18位的统一社会信用代码。

税务总局征管和科技发展司有关负责人介绍，纳税人原来分别到工商质检税务部门办理的营业执照组织机构代码证和税务登记证(三证)，对应的有三个代码：工商注册号组织机构代码纳税人识别号。

二、涉外公证翻译中应注意的几个问题（一）关于标题涉外公证翻译工作量最多的往往是《出生公证书》(Notarial Certificate of Birth)、《未受刑事处分公证书》（Notarial Certificate of No Record of Criminal Offense）、《结婚公证书》（Notarial Certificate of Marriage）、《成绩单公证书》(Notarial Certificate of Academic Transcription)、《毕业证书公证书》(Notarial Certificate of Diploma) 等等。

当然，在实践工作中，以上各分类标题均可笼统地译为：“Notarial Certificate”或“Notarization”。

一个公证处如果采用了某种译法，就不宜再改了，译名应当统一和有稳定性。

有一名同行的前辈告诉我们，以前江门翻译界曾开会决定将公证书的标题统一译作“Notarial Certificate”，此后恩平公证处也将这一译名沿用至今。

笔者认为这样的翻译工作会议以后不妨多开几次。
