In economics, there exists ten principles, and the logistics is closely related to the economic principles. Logistics economy is the inevitable result of social's development, logistics is the third profit source. In this thesis ,I mainly choose the three principles from ten major principles ,based on the three principles of simple analysis, discussing the relationship between the three principles of economics and logistics .

The first principle is "people face trade-offs"

When people are grouped into societies, they face different kinds of trade offs.The typical is in the "artillery" and "butter" between choice: people will use more money for defense and cannot raise domestic living standards of personal items consumption. "clean environment" and "high income level" between the trade offs is equally important . Enterprise reduce pollution laws to increase production and labor cost.Society faces alternating relations that also include the alternate between: "efficiency" and "equality" .when the government design policy, implement promote the equality of the society 's welfare policy and unemployment security policies that can make the economic

efficiency become low.

The second principle is People respond to incentives Because people make decisions by comparing the costs and benefits, so that people respond to incentives. However, the policy is sometimes not obvious in advance that should consider not only the direct impact, but also should consider the adoption incentive indirect effects. If the policy changes incentives, it would make people change their behavior.

The third principle is "Rational people think at the margin"

Rational people think at the margin" (i.e., marginal cost) ( rational people think at margin ).Individuals and businesses by thinking at the margin, will make better decisions. Also, only one action of the marginal benefit exceeds marginal cost,

a rational decision maker will take this ing the term of marginal changes ( marginal change ) to describe the existing plan of action on small incremental adjustments, marginal changes around the edges of what you are doing the adjustment.

Third party logistics with its independence, professional characteristics changed the traditional model of logistics, and for enterprises to strengthen management, improve the competitiveness of JIT to create the conditions. This kind of new logistics mode in economics and its significance. Summary of the third party logistics economics has the following three points of third party logistics for industrial enterprises to dig the third profit source, the third party logistics to substantially reduce the social logistics costs, third party logistics will become a new economic growth point.
