A cultural relic is something that represents (代表)a certain kind of culture. It has survived (幸存)for a long time to tell people about the past and record(记载) the history, and it is very rare and valuable. Cultural relics can be buildings, craftworks(手工艺品), paintings, traditional customs(传统习俗) and so on.
