“英语口语”项目竞赛方案一、项目背景随着全球化的不断发展,英语作为全球通用语言,对于个人和国家的发展具有重要意义。

为了提高我校学生的英语口语水平,增强他们的交际能力和全球竞争力,特举办“英语口语”项目竞赛,以激发学生参与英语学习的热情,培养他们的英语口语表达能力。

二、竞赛目标1.提高学生的英语口语水平。

通过参与竞赛,学生将锻炼自己的英语口语表达能力,提高自己的语言运用能力。

2.培养学生的自信心和竞争意识。

竞赛过程中,学生将面对评委和观众的挑战,通过充分准备并展示自己的英语水平,增强自信心和竞争意识。

3.扩展学生的知识面和跨文化交流能力。

竞赛中,学生将接触到来自不同背景的参赛选手,通过与他们的交流和互动,扩展自己的知识面和跨文化交流能力。

三、竞赛形式1.初赛:学生按年级分组,进行初赛。

初赛内容为主题演讲和才艺展示。

演讲内容应与英语学习相关,才艺展示可以是歌曲、舞蹈、朗诵等。

初赛评委将根据学生的表达能力、语言运用能力和才艺展示情况进行评分,选出每个年级的前十名晋级复赛。

2.复赛:初赛晋级选手进行复赛,内容包括即兴对话和辩论。

即兴对话要求选手能够流利地展开对话,灵活运用语言表达自己的观点;辩论要求选手能够有条理地辩证,运用合适的语言表达自己的观点并反驳对方。

复赛评委将根据选手在对话和辩论中的表现情况进行评分,选出前三名晋级决赛。

3.决赛:决赛由复赛晋级选手进行,内容为主题演讲和即兴演讲。

主题演讲要求选手能够深入阐述一个话题,清晰地表达自己的观点和思想;即兴演讲要求选手根据所给话题,即兴地展开演讲,灵活运用语言表达自己的想法。

决赛评委将根据选手的演讲表达能力、语言运用能力和思维逻辑进行评分,选出前三名,并颁发奖项。

四、竞赛的组织与实施1.选拔评委:由英语教师组成的评委团,负责初赛、复赛和决赛的评分工作。

2.宣传推广:利用学校的官方网站和校园广播电视台进行宣传推广,鼓励学生参加竞赛。

湖南省职业院校技能竞赛高职组教育与体育专业类英语口语赛项竞赛规程一、竞赛内容本赛项包括“职场描述”“情景交流”和“职场辩论”三个竞赛任务。

竞赛方式为英语口语交流。

参赛者依据各个任务中的题目要求,用英语完成竞赛内容。

竞赛分两场进行,即半决赛和决赛。

半决赛选手完成任务一和任务二,决赛选手还需完成任务三。

1.第一场竞赛(半决赛)参赛者需完成以下两个任务:(1)任务一:“职场描述”(Presentation)参赛者抽取一幅反映行业/企业业务发展或社会、经济等热点问题的统计图表或图片,根据给出的说明,在充分理解图表或图片内容的基础上对其进行口头描述和观点阐述。

每位选手陈述时间3分钟(不少于2分30秒,不超过3分钟)。

8名参赛选手抽签分为4组,2人一组。

然后每组的参赛选手再抽签分为正、反两方,就所给职业领域或社会热点问题进行现场即席辩论。

选手抽题后准备5分钟,再分别就各自抽到的命题进行陈述(先正方,后反方),每人不超过1分钟,随后双方针对对方的观点进行反驳辩论,共3分钟。

每组竞赛总用时为10分钟。

二、竞赛方式1.本赛项为个人赛,分英语专业和非英语专业两个组。

附件四商务英语口语技能竞赛方案一、参赛对象职业院校、本科院校各选派1名学生参赛。

竞赛分设中职组和高职组(暂含本科院校)。

注:根据本科院校报名情况由组委会决定是否单独设立本科组。

二、竞赛方式和内容竞赛分初赛、复赛和决赛三个环节。

(一)初赛1. 竞赛方式采用机考方式。

采用组委会指定的英语听说测试软件,利用键盘和麦克风答题,软件将详细记录选手答题情况(含录音)并自动评分。

测试目标包括听力和口语两项。

特别提醒:组委会将在赛前举办指导教师培训,培训时间和地点请注意外经贸行指委网站通知。

2. 竞赛程序(1)准备阶段选手上机,在裁判员的引导下对软件、设备和环境进行适应性训练,时间不超过20分钟。

(2)竞赛阶段竞赛开始后,测试时间约为50分钟(暂定)。

(二)复赛1.竞赛方式采用口试方式。

每个赛场设裁判员2名,共同对每名选手进行口语测试,每个选手的测试时间为10分钟。

共有10套题目,选手从中任意抽取一套作答。

中职组和高职组使用同样的竞赛试题。

2.竞赛程序(1)赛前10分钟:各赛场第一名选手从10套考题中任意抽取一套,隔离进行准备。

(2)正式开赛:开赛后,第一名选手完成第一部分阅读内容后,裁判员收回选手的试题,选手继续后面部分的测试。

同时,各考场第二名选手从10套考题中任意抽取一套,隔离进行准备。

(3)开赛后10分钟:各赛场第一名选手考试结束离场,第二名选手上场。

同时,各赛场第三名选手从10套考题中任意抽取一套,隔离进行准备。

竞赛依此顺序进行,直至结束。

3.竞赛内容每套赛题均由四道题组成,内容和要求如下:第一题:朗读短文并回答问题。

选手朗读经贸类短文一篇,然后口头回答短文后面的问题。

根据时间情况,裁判员可以要求选手只读短文的部分段落。

要求:语音语调准确,朗读流利,断句合理。

第二题:英汉口译。

由五个英文句子组成(其中三个关于业务交际,两个关于日常交际),裁判员随机朗读,选手口译成中文。

根据时间情况,裁判员可以选择不使用全部句子。

主题演讲要求选手围绕指定主题进行 5-8 分钟的演讲;情景对话环节中,选手将两两分组,根据给定的情景进行对话表演;才艺展示部分,选手可以用英语展示自己的特长,如唱歌、朗诵、表演等,时间不超过 5 分钟。

最终,根据评委打分和观众投票评选出一、二、三等奖及优秀奖。

四、比赛要求1、参赛选手需使用标准的英语口语,发音清晰、准确,语调自然。

2、演讲内容需积极向上,主题明确,具有一定的思想性和逻辑性。

3、选手需在规定时间内完成演讲和回答问题,超时将酌情扣分。

4、比赛过程中,选手应尊重评委和其他选手,保持良好的赛场秩序。

五、奖项设置本次大赛将设置一等奖X名,二等奖X名,三等奖X名,优秀奖若干名。

获奖者将获得荣誉证书和丰厚的奖品。

决赛奖品的购买4)每场比赛评委、嘉宾的邀请(及时发出邀请函)5)对工作人员的培训(决赛主持人、统分员、计时员、送分员、选手引导员等)赛程分策划(一)初赛一、活动时间:2011年4月26日 19:00—21:30 第十周星期二二、活动地点:16#605(赛场一)、606(侯等区)、608(赛场二)、410(赛场三)、411(侯等区)、三、初赛规则及形式:选手在题库中抽选题目,同时计时员开始计时,选手在限定的1分30秒内诵读所选的文章(时间到或者读完即止)四、比赛评分标准:(见附录1)五、初赛评委组成:英语俱乐部或特邀请的已过4级或6级或者曾获口语大赛大奖的学生,每个赛区4名评委(每位学生评委必须同意参加英语指导老师的培训)六、具体工作安排(1)赛前工作A)宣传处出宣传海报告知选手初赛时间、地点、比赛形式,并于4月25日张贴在团委宣传栏B) 工作人员根据各二级学院统计报上来的名单,把选手随机编进三个赛区,并于4月25日张贴公布(跟宣传海报一起张贴在团委宣传栏上)C) 工作人员于4月24号申请课室D)内部工作人员于4月25日前将初赛资料打印完毕(试题以及评分表),并密封。

E) 工作人员于25日再次确认评委能否出席F)工作人员必须在25号前购买赛场布置(气球、卡纸、彩带等)以及比赛所需物资(纸张和笔)(2)赛时工作(4月26日当天)A)比赛当天下午6点,宣传组工作人员到场,对赛场以及侯等区进行布置(包括赛场、路线指引等),并在侯等区内的黑板上写下比赛的规则和流程。

B)其他工作人员在6点20必须到场接受赛前培训(每个赛区配备2名统分员、2名计时员、1名送分员、2名选手引导员;每个侯等区配备4名秩序维护员、4名签到工作人员)。

C)6点30工作人员组织选手签到并指引选手在侯等区内等待。

D)6点50分评委入场,工作人员就位各司其职E) 6点55选手引导员从侯等区领导第一批选手入场(每次领导10名选手,每当赛场只剩2名选手时再领导下一批,如此循环)F)送分员每隔20名选手就给评委更换评分表,并收回前20名选手的评分表交给统分员统分。

G)每隔45分钟有5分钟中场休息(3)赛后工作A)比赛结束各赛区评委以及工作人员合照留念B)各统分员各赛区成绩汇总,确定晋级选手名单,并交与秘书处,于次日打印公布晋级名单。

C)后勤人员清扫现场,回收比赛物品。

(一)复赛一、活动时间:2011年5月9日 19:00—21:30 第十二周星期一二、活动地点:16#605(赛场一)、606(侯等区)、608(赛场二)、410(赛场三)、411(侯等区)三、复赛规则及形式:复赛由以下三个部分组成第一环节:现场抽题演讲,选手当场抽题,选手根据抽到的话题,以及场景、各种文本信息,完成演讲。

准备时间15分钟,演讲时间150秒,分值:60分第二环节:评委根据选手的演讲内容进行提问,时间为150秒,分值:40分四、比赛评分标准:(见附录2)五、复赛评委组成:评委由外语教研室全体老师组成,每个赛区至少3名评委六、具体工作安排(1)赛前工作A)5月5日召开复赛选手会议,届时选手抽取赛区号、选手编号以及复赛准备性话题,并告知复赛的时间,地点,形式规则以及各相关事项。

B) 宣传处出宣传海报公布复赛的时间、地点、比赛形式,并于5月9日张贴在团委宣传栏C) 工作人员根据复赛选手抽取的赛区编号、选手编号,并于5月9日张贴公布(跟宣传海报一起张贴在团委宣传栏上)D) 工作人员于5月8号申请课室(并申请印象投影设备)E)内部工作人员于5月9日前将复赛资料打印完毕(试题以及评表),并密封,还有将录音试题准备好。

F) 工作人员于5月6日发出评委邀请函G)工作人员准备好比赛所需要的物资(纸张和笔、领导牌等)(2)赛时工作(5月9日当天)A)比赛当天下午6点,宣传组工作人员到场,对赛场以及侯等区进行布置(包括赛场、路线指引等),并在侯等区内的黑板上写下比赛的规则和流程。

B)其他工作人员在6点20必须到场接受赛前培训(每个赛区配备2名统分员、2名计时员、1名送分员、1名选手引导员;每个侯等区配备2名秩序维护员、2名签到工作人员)。

C) 6点30工作人员组织选手签到并指引选手在侯等区内等待。

(三)决赛一、活动时间:2011年5月17日 19:00—21:00 第十三周星期二二、活动地点:综合楼8楼三、决赛主题:英语口语大赛—职场应用英语口语比赛四、决赛规则及形式:决赛共有四个环节第一环节:自我介绍。

时间:120秒,分值:20分。

第二环节:即兴演讲。

现场抽题演讲,选手当场抽题,选手根据抽到的话题,以及场景、各种文本信息,完成演讲。

准备时间15分钟,演讲时间150秒,分值:30分第三环节:评委提问。

评委根据选手的即兴演讲的主题进行提问,时间为120秒,分值:20分第四环节:职场口译。

选手现场抽题,根据屏幕上所给的中英对话,主持人扮演其中一位角色,读出屏幕显示的英文,选手扮演另外一位角色,吧屏幕上显示的中文翻译成英文。

时间为150秒。

分值:30分五、比赛规模:本次大赛共有10位选手晋级决赛,赛程历时120分钟,比赛分为上半场和下半场,各五名选手,在上半场结束及下半场结束将插入两个娱乐节目,大赛设定当场出成绩,当场颁奖,届时,将会邀请外籍教师和外语教研室全体英语老师做评委,同时邀请院各部门领导、院主席团、院各部门部长、培正学院英语快电列车成员出席做嘉宾。

B.在比赛前一周工作人员将大赛所需许的物资购买完毕,包括宣传物资(气球、彩带、卡纸、横幅、大挂历等),饮用矿泉水,邀请函,奖品(词典、钢笔、笔记本等)C.在大会赛前一周将进行主持人培训(大赛将配备4名学生主持人)、同时安排工作人员并培训(决赛需要记分员3名、计时人员2名、送分员1名、纪检人员6名,机动人员2名、选手引导员2名)D.5月11日将召开决赛选手会议,告知比赛的时间、地点、规模、规则形式,同时抽取准备性话题,选手编号等E.5月12日将召开学委会议,宣传此次口语大赛决赛,并派发入场券(每班只有4张,即大赛将是限人数,每班最多4名,另有参加决赛选手的班级将有8个入场名额)F.5月11日秘书处将到团委申请综合楼8楼以及704课室(704课室用于选手侯等区,为公平公正,在比赛期间,上一轮选手比赛时,下一轮选手只允许在侯等区准备)G.5月11日向学院相关部门申请红布、领导牌,打印奖状证书等。
