【热工百科】热工专业基本术语“电力圈”半导体——导电性能介于导体与绝缘体之间的物体叫半导体。

电流——电荷有规律的定向运动叫做电流。

电流强度——是表示电流大小的一个量,指每单位时间内穿过导体截面积的电荷,习惯上往往把电流强度简称电流。

电压——静电场或电路中两点间的电位差,其数值等于单位正电荷在电场力的作用下,从一点移动到另一点所作的功。

电阻——导体一方面具有导电的能力;另一方面又有阻碍电流通过的作用,这种阻碍作用,叫做导体的电阻。

电感——自感与互感的统称。

电容——表示被介质分隔的二个任何形状的导体,在单位电压作用下,容贮电场能量(电荷)能力的一个参数,等于导体所具有的电阻与两导体电位差(电压)之比值。

1 自动化水平automatic level是指对一个电厂生产过程实现自动控制所达到的程度。

其中包括参数检测、数据处理、自动控制、顺序控制、报警和联锁保护及其系统设计的完善程度,最终体现在值班员的数量和所能完成的功能上。

火力发电厂的自动化水平是主辅机创造质量及可控性;仪表及控制设备质量;自动化系统设计的完善程度;施工安装质量;电厂运行维护水平及人员素质的综合体现。

2 热工自动化设计design ofthermal power plant automation根据所设计对象的条件和要求,配置一套具有对参数检测(monitor)、报警(alarm)、控制(control) (摹拟量控制、顺序控制或者开一关控制)和联锁保护(protection)功能在内的自动化系统。

即对锅炉、汽轮发机电组及其热力系统、燃烧及煤粉制备系统,除灰、除渣、脱硫、供水、补给水处理、燃油供油系统和环境保护所需的仪表和控制设备作统一的系统设计和安装布置设计。

2 .1 控制方式control mode指值班员监视和控制机组或者其他热力设备的运行所采取的形式,主要内容是决定控制盘(台) 的位置和所能完成的监控任务。

普通分为就地控制和集中控制两类。

长期以来,我国火力发电厂自动化没有同一的名词术语。

由技术的国家不同,相应的名词术语也不同,因此同一个设备或技术往往有多种称谓,专门容为便于国际、国内技术的交往,形成统一的认识和理解,编制此标准。

本标准的差不多术语中“测量和仪表”的部分条文引自983-92和GB/T13283-91的条文。

本标准的附录A为提示的附录。

本标准由电力工业部热工自动化标准化技术委员会提出并归本标准起草单位:中国电机工程学会过程自动化技术交流中本规程要紧起草人李子连。

GB/T 13283—91 工业过程测量和操纵用检测仪表和显示仪表精确度等级GB/T 13983—92 仪器仪表差不多术语不多术语动化 automation采纳检测与操纵系统,对生产过程进行生产作业,以代替人工直接操作的措施。

对火力发电厂而言,是热力生产过程过程操纵的总称。

在一些国家中称“仪表与操纵”(instrument&lcontrol, I&C)。

热工自动化thermopower automation采纳检测与操纵系统对火力发电厂的热力生产过程进行生产作业,以代替人工直接操作的措施。

电气自动化 electric automation采纳检测与操纵系统对火力发电厂的发供电过程进行生产作业,以代替人工操作的措施二次回路(secondarycircuit 过程自动化 process automation采纳检测与操纵系统对生产过程进行生产作业,以代替人工直接操作的措施。

全过程自动化 whole process automation整个生产过程包括启动、调整、停机与故障处理及其后的重新启动等操作都能自动实现监视 monitoring观看工艺系统及设备的运行参数及状态,以确认正确参数和状态,检出不正确参数和状态。

要紧是通过测量系统的一并将被测值与规定值比较来完成的。

监控 supervision对生产过程的监视和操纵。

需要时,还包括保证可靠生产的安全爱护操作。

集中监视系统centralized monitoring system集中监视系统由传感器、变送器及计算机与必要的外部设备组成,是把一个车间或整个工厂的所有必要的参数集中到的仪表或CRT(参见3.4.4.7)上进行集中显示,以便于值班员进行分析处理或对生产过程进行操纵。

系统工程system engineering系统工程是为了最好地实现系统的目的,而对系统对象及其构成要素、组织结构、信息流、操纵机构等进行分析和设常把极其复杂的研制对象称为系统,它是由相互作用并相互依靠的许多组成部分结合而成的具有特定功能的有机整统本身又往往依旧它所从属的一个更大系统的组成部分。

量与仪表 measurement and instrument测量 measurement以确定量值为目的的操作。

[可测的]量 [measure]quantity可定性区不或定量确定的一种现象,为物体或物质的属性[量]值 value [of a quantity]用一个数和一个适当的测量单位表示的量,例如5m、12kg、一20℃等。

变量 variable其值可变且通常可被测出的量或状态。

输入变量 input variable输入到仪器仪表的变量。

输出变量 output variable由仪器仪表输出的变量。

被测变量 measured variable受到测量的变量。

被测变量通常是温度、压力、流量、物位及速度等。

被测值 measured value在规定条件的瞬间,由测量装置获得的信息,并以数值和测量单位形式表示的量值[仪器仪表的]示值 indication[of a measuring instrument]仪器仪表所提供的被测量的值。

0 [量值]真值 true value[of a quautity]表示正在研究某量时所处条件下严密定义的量的值。

注:量的真值是一个理想概念,一般讲来是不可能准确明白的,通常用约定真值来代替真值。

1 [量的]约定真值 conventional true value [of a quantity]为了一定目的能够代替真值的量值。

注:1.一般讲来,约定真值被认为特不接近真值的,关于一定的用途,其差值可忽略不计。

2.一个量的“约定真值”,一般是用适合该特定情况的精确度的仪表和方法来确定。

2 误差 error被测变量的被测值和真值之代数差。

注:1.当被测值大于真值时误差为正,误差=被测值一真值。

2.当仪表或装置的数据单上列出误差时,必须规定仪表或装置的校准种类。

3 示值误差 error of indication 仪表的示值减去被测量的(约定)真值。

4 引用误差 fiducial error仪表的示值误差除以规定值,并以百分数表示。

5 相对误差relative error仪表的示值误差除以被测量的(约定)真值,并以百分数表示。

6 差不多误差 intrinsic error在参比条件下仪表的示值误差。

7 准(精)确度 accuracy仪表示值与被测量(约定)真值的一致程度。

8 准(精)确度等级 accuracy class仪表按准(精)确度高低分成的等级。

9 稳定性 stability在规定的工作条件下,仪表或装置性能在规定时刻内保持不变的能力。

0 检测仪表 measuring instrument专供采集和测量信号的仪表。

依照功能划分能够是变送器、传感器或自身兼有检出元件和显示装置的仪表。

1 检出元件 sensor,detecting device又称检出器,有时亦称敏感元件。

直接响应被测变量,并将它转换成适于测量的形式的元件或器件。

输入变量和检出元件输出信号之间的关系是固有的碍而改变。

2 传感器 transducer感受被测量,并按一定规律将其转换成同种或不种性质的输出量的仪表。

有许多不同形式的传感器,按其物理现象的性质有不同的名称,例如:温度传感器,位移、角度、速度、加速度传感、力矩传感器,物性传感器。

3 变送器 transmitter输出标准信号的传感器。

变送器可加修饰语,如:温度变送器、压力变送器、差压变送器、流量变送器、液位变送器、位置变送器、转速变送器、电流变送器、频率变送器等。

4 智能变送器smart transmitter装有微处理器的变送器,可对测量值进行数据处理(包括远程调校),输出标准模拟信号和/或数字信号,具有双向通力的变送器。

5 计(表) meter测量和指示被测值的装置。

一般用指针或数字指示参数值的称“表”。

计(表)只能加修饰语使用,如流量计、棒式玻璃温度计、压力表。

6 显示仪表display instrument显示(指示、记录等)被测量值的仪表。

7 指示仪表 indicator,indicating instrument指示被测量值或其他有关值的显示仪表。

8 记录仪表 recorder,recording instrument记录被测量值或其他有关值的显示仪表。

9 积算仪表 integrating instrument在任何时刻,都能显示从某一规定时刻到读数时刻的被测变量累计值的显示仪表。

纵 control对生产过程的设备(阀门、挡板、电动机、电磁阀等终端操纵元件)进行的操作(开、关、启、停)。

自动操纵automatic control无需人直接或间接操纵终端操纵元件的操纵。

手动操纵 manual control由人通过操纵机械机构或其他信号来操纵终端操纵元件的操纵。

开环操纵 open loop control输出变量不阻碍本身操纵作用的操纵。

除模拟开环操纵外,还有逻辑和顺序操纵等其他形式。

闭环操纵(反馈操纵) closed loop control操纵作用依靠于被控变量的操纵。

定值操纵 control with fixed set—point又称固定设定点操纵。

使被控变量保持差不多恒定的反馈操纵。

变定值操纵control with variable set—point使被控变量的定值按要求变化的反馈操纵。

前馈操纵 feedforward control将一个或多个对被控变量的状态有阻碍的信息转换成反馈回路以外的附加作用的操纵。

这种附加控制作用使被控变量差减至最小。

此附加作用可施加在开环或闭环操纵上。

串级操纵 cascade control主环操纵器的输出变量是另一个或多个辅环操纵器的参比变量的操纵。

两位操纵 two—position control依照输入信号的大小及变化方向,输出只有开或关两个位置的操纵。

0 模糊操纵 fuzzy control将输入信号的精确量转化为模糊量,通过模糊推理和判决,输出精确量的操纵。

1 自适应操纵 adaptive control采纳自动的方法改变操纵规律或(和)设定参数等,以改善操纵系统性能的操纵。

2 最优操纵 optimal control在规定的限度下,使性能指标达到最优的操纵。

3 自校正操纵 self—tuning control对过程的当前性能与期望的或最优的性能进行比较,自动地校正操纵器整定参数的操纵。

4 逻辑操纵 logic control通过逻辑运算由开关量输入信号产生开关量输出信号的操纵。

5 顺序操纵 sequential control一种实现某一系列顺序动作要求的操纵。
