现代主义风格----灵魂别墅

摘要

别墅，即别业，是居住之外用来享受生活的场所，是第二重要而非第一重要。现在人们普遍认识到的是，除“居住”这个房子的基本功能以外，更主要的是生活品质及享受再提高的一个高级住所，现在词义大多解释为独立的庄园式居所。

由于时代的发展，人们的需求日益丰富,人们对生活质量和享用和以前相比有了非常大程度的提高,居住环境越来越好，别墅的发展也越来越快,别墅在国外的发展已经有非常长的历史，现代意义上的别墅通常是指是师承国外工业革命后的开发理念,受包豪斯学校影响,追求时尚与潮流，注重居室空间的布局与使用功能的完美结合。本案例中，此别墅只是概念上的设计,，并没有付出实践。主要利用几何体错位的方式和黑白灰之间的对比，还有布艺和金属材质和石材之间的对比来体现的现代别墅。在结构上使几何形体错位,且私密空间建筑借助地形,掩埋一部分,在造型上整体简洁,局部造型简洁奇异.在细节上做了研究, 每一个细小的局部和装饰,都经过深思熟虑。此别墅不适宜长期居住，只为满足那些工作压力大短期居住，放松身心来用的。
