Obviously, it was an usual phenomenon spread all over the world. This phenomenon isn’t a good trend to society and country. It can lead to people losing their personalities.
第二句,就是典型中式英语的体现,isn’t a good trend to society and country,翻译过来是“对社会和国家来说不是一个很好的趋势”,但是其实在这里trend趋势这个词完全没有必要,因为英文里trend这个词很少单独出现,出现的时候也多是but we canalready spot more than a dozen new fall trends,这样与另外一个词合起来构成一个完整的意思,因此这里不如删掉。
Besides CCTV 9 that provides an excellent environment for us to study English, TV is also an important media for the education of science.
APPRENTLY THERE IS A STRONG PUBLIC DEMAND FOR IT。
SORRY。
托福写作25分优秀范文托福综合写作25分范文—ln the United States, employees typically work five days a week for eight hours each day. However, many employees want to work a four-day week and are willing to accept less pay in order to do so. A mandatory policy requiring companies to offer their employees the option of working a four-day workweek for four-fifths (80 percent) of their normal pay would benefit the economy as a whole as well as the individual companies and the employees who decided to take the option. The shortened work week would increase company profits because employees would feel more rested and alert, and as a result, they would make fewer costly errors in their work. Hiring more staff to ensure that the same amount of work would be accomplished would not result in additional payroll costs because four-day employees would only be paid 80 percent of the normal rate. In the end, companies would have fewer overworked and error-prone employees for the same money, which would increase company benefits. For the country as a whole, one of the primary benefits of offering this option to employees is that it would reduce unemployment rate. If many full-time employees started working fewer hours, some of their workload would have to be shifted to others. Thus, for every four employees who went on an 80 percent week, a new employee could be hired at the 80 percent rate. Finally, the option of a four-day workweek would be better for individual employees. Employees who could afford a lower salary in exchange for more free time could improve the quality of their lives by spending the extra time with their families, pursuing private interests or enjoying leisure activities.托福综合写作25分范文二lrrigation, the artificial watering of land for agriculture, uses water from a number of sources: direct rainfall, direct stream flow, water stored in lakes and reservoirs, high-quality groundwater, brackish surface water, and even seawater. Water for irrigation is diverted from rivers and lakes or pumped underground. Different crops have different irrigation requirements, so there are many forms of irrigation and types of irrigation technology.Various methods of surface irrigation deliver water to a field directly from a canal, well, or ditch. The surface technique of flooding large fields is widely used because of low capital costs and long tradition. Furrow irrigation, practiced since ancient times, involves diggingnumerous U-or V-shaped open furrows through irrigated land and introducing water into them from a channel at the top of a field. As with other surface techniques, water collects into ponds on the field. In surface-pipe irrigation, the water is piped to the field and distributed via sprinklers or smaller pipes.Border irrigation is a type of surface irrigation that involves flooding land in long parallel strips separated by earth banks built lengthwise in the direction of the slope of the land. Water flows from the highest point in the field to the lowest. Basin irrigation is similar to border irrigation but includes earth banks constructed crosswise to those used for border irrigation, dividing a field into a series of basins that can be separately irrigated.。

【25分托福作文实例】托福作文题目: whether borrowing money from a friend can harm the friendship. Some people think that borrowing money from a friend will harm their friendship, but I don’t think so. In my opinion, friends should believe each other, so they won’t mind lending money to their friends, and it cannot do harm to their friendship.Friends are the people who have close connections with each other, who like and believe each other. What’s more, people should help their friends when they are in trouble, for example, when their parents get ill seriously, and they are lack of money, it is necessary to lend money to help them. This won’t harm their friendship; on the contrary, this even can strengthen their friendship. Because their friends think they are their true friends, a friend in need is a friend indeed. And their friends can help them in return for their kindness. On the other hand, some people may say that if they lend money to their friends, they may don’t return the money in time or even forget to return. So the lenders can be worried, and they think it is not proper to ask them for the monery directly. They may not believe in their friends anymore and there will be a gap between friends. It is really a pity, because such things can be avoided if people solve the problem in a proper way. First, as friends, people should believe each other, the people who borrow money may really have some trouble and they haveto do so. We should help them, and if they forget to return the money, we should think that they may not do it on purpose. ,and we should remind them in an indirect way, for example, we can say that we are in need of money now, and ask them if they can return the money that they have borrowed from us. Or we can also talk with them frankly, because friends should treat each other frankly. In conclusion, I don’t think that borrowing money from a friend will harm their friendship, people should believe in their friends, and if they can handle everything properly, the friendship can even be strengthened.

Independent TaskNowadays, children rely too much on the technology, like computers, smartphone, video games for fun and entertainment; playing simpler toys orplaying outside with friends would be better for the children s development. For parents, how to well plan their children’s development has been a hugeproblem. While some children are given more time on technological gadgets, others are more inclined to choose some activities, such as going camping ortraveling. For me, the former option would be a better one.Admittedly, playing simpler toys or playing outside might be good choicefor children. Simpler toys, namely Lego, are a good way to develop children’sthinking on solving the problem through block by block. By assembling the piecesfor different blocks, children could assemble an even big piece, such as theclassic London Tower Bridge. Also, playing with friends is helpful. When theyare playing with others, they would cooperate with them to playing sports oreven solve problems. However, on balance, both of these ways are limited inhelping children. Toys and outdoor activities are restrained to their actualforms: parents need lots of money to buy different toys to help childrendevelop, and they pay a great amount of money on helping their children fordifferent activities. For those parents who suffer from financial burden, theseare not effective ways for children’s development. Comparatively, technologywould be a more effective way for children.Firstly, Internet via computers and smartphone are essential for theirdevelopment. In other words, Internet provides students with vast amounts ofinformation. According to a recent survey conducted by Gallup, after pollingthousands of students from local high schools, most respondents claim thatInternet is the No.1 helper from them to finish homework. When they haveproblems, they would search reference on Internet. Websites such as GoogleScholar would be a wonderful tool for them to find some papers or academicreference for their homework. Meanwhile, Internet is a wonderful place for themto entertain as well. They could watch movies on . They could even findinteresting stories on . All funny e_periences are available on Internetwithout causing children too much money. In addition, video games are also necessary for children’s growth. Whenchildren are playing video games, they might learn some strategic thinking. Fore_ample, when I am playing FIFA _, I have to manage my team members accordingto their physical strength so that I could beat other teams. For those who runquickly, it would be a good idea for them to play forward; for those who aretall and strong, they would be better playing middle field. Because of thisteammanagement strategy, I have achieved many titles in the game. Learning from this, I would allocate my time in finishing homework according to my energylevel.
Independent TaskNowadays, children rely too much on the technology, like computers, smartphone, video games for fun and entertainment; playing simpler toys or playing outside with friends would be better for the childrens development. For parents, how to well plan their children’s development has been a huge problem. While some children are given more time on technological gadgets, others are more inclined to choose some activities, such as going camping or traveling. For me, the former option would be a better one.Admittedly, playing simpler toys or playing outside might be good choice for children. Simpler toys, namely Lego, are a good way to develop children’s thinking on solving the problem through block by block. By assembling the pieces for different blocks, children could assemble an even big piece, such as the classic London Tower Bridge. Also, playing with friends is helpful. When they are playing with others, they would cooperate with them to playing sports or even solve problems. However, on balance, both of these ways are limited in helping children. Toys and outdoor activities are restrained to their actual forms: parents need lots of money to buy different toys to help children develop, and they pay a great amount of money on helping their children for different activities. For those parents who suffer from financial burden, these are not effective ways for children’s development. Comparatively, technology would be a more effective way for children.Firstly, Internet via computers and smartphone are essential for their development. In other words, Internet provides students with vast amounts of information. According to a recent survey conducted by Gallup, after polling thousands of students from local high schools, most respondents claim that Internet is the No.1 helper from them to finish homework. When they have problems, they would search reference on Internet. Websites such as Google Scholar would be a wonderful tool for them to find some papers or academic reference for their homework. Meanwhile, Internet is a wonderful place for them to entertain as well. They could watch movies on Youku. They could even find interesting stories on sina. All funny experiences are available on Internet without causing children too much money. In addition, video games are also necessary for children’s growth. When children are playing video games, they might learn some strategic thinking. For example, when I am playing FIFA 20XX, I have to manage my team members according to their physical strength so that I could beat other teams. For those who run quickly, it would be a good idea for them to play forward; for those who are tall and strong, they would be better playing middle field. Because of this team management strategy, I have achieved many titles in the game. Learning from this, I would allocate my time in finishinghomework according to my energy level. When I am energetic, I might choose the most difficult homework; if I am tired, I might choose some easy-to-do tasks, which would not cost me much time.To conclude, while playing toys or spending time on outdoor activities is a good way for their development, technology would be better way. Nowadays, children rely too much on the technology, like computers, smartphone, video games for fun and entertainment; playing simpler toys or playing outside with friends would be better for the childrens development.Technological advancement has contributed to the invention of a wide range of electronic products and there are an increasing number of children who are reported to rely heavily on the technology.
