二、教学设计思路(一)教学内容高中英语教材给学生提供了大量描写地点的素材,本堂课以人教版高中《英语》必修5Unit2Using language为例,讲授地点写作,帮助学生完成复习。
必修5Unit2Using language讲述的是张萍玉在伦敦的所见所闻,描述了The Tower of London,St.Paul’s Cathedral,Westminster Abbey,Buckingham Palace等地,详略得当,语言优美,是描述地点或景点的范本。
因为学生已经学习过,对课文内容比较熟悉,所以在复习课中,笔者主要引导学生回顾所学内容,进一步挖掘深层次内容,为其写作提供帮助。
另外,通过翼课网,学生可以便捷地获得不同教材版本中有关地点描述的文本,如人教版高中《英语》必修1Unit3Travel Journal和必修3Unit5 Canada—The True North等,这些素材都是学生写作的有益参考。
(二)学情分析描述地点是学生熟悉的话题。
人教版高中英语教材中就有不少介绍景点或游玩场所的文章。
在高一、高二学生也经历过相应的训练。
高三复习课旨在帮助学生回顾已学知识,并在此基础上通过系列活动帮助学生内化吸收,从而构建有关这一话题较为完整的语言体系,实现从文体特征到语言运用能力的转化。
本堂课运用翼课网提供的语料资源,使学生认识到能够使用工具的重要性和它所带来的提升学习效度的高效性,为学生信息素养的培育奠定基础。
写作是高阶思维活动。
要激活学生的思维,引导学生思考并输出,就必须兼顾学生英语层次的差异,稍有不慎,就可能使学生失去兴趣,中断或放弃对本堂课的学习。
