一、小型履带式打桩机操作说明
First :Small Crawler-Type Auger Drilling Machine
Operation Instruction
第一章：工作条件
任何机械设备，都会受到自然环境、地理条件、空气温度等条件的影响，产生一些对产品性能、品质不利的因素。因此，在使用我厂产品的前提下，应当做到以下几点：
1.在使用本型号打桩机时，应保持地面相对坚实，作业过程中履带不下陷。
2.作业时，应避开人群密集区，必要时，对施工场地周围加设防护装置。
3.作业时，应避开高压线路及高架电网，以保证打桩机钻架的架设不受影响。
4.遇有大风、雨雪、雾霾、雷电等恶劣天气或视线不良时，应避免作业，以免发生意
外。
5.在气温低于-15度，高于+40度的环境下，应避免打桩机作业，如确需施工，应当采
取保温及降温措施，以免打桩机发生故障。
6.其他不利于打桩机施工作业的情况。
Chapter 1 : The operation conditions
Any mechanical equipment operation will be always affected by the natural environment, geographic condition, temperature..etc. that will cause some unfavorable factors to the performance of the machine. Therefore, operator should be responsible for following the operation condition instruction as below:
1.Operator should always kept the drilling machine on a solid ground and beware the
track not to bog down in the cave when operating .
2.Operator should avoid the crowds, set up protective fence around the construction site
when necessary .
3.Operator should keep away from the high voltage electricity line and elevated grid, to
ensure the drilling machine will not to be affected.
4.When in windy, rainy and snowy, fogy and lightning weather or in poor visibility,
operator should stop operating the machine to avoid accident cause.
5.When the environment temperature is lower than -15 degrees C, and higher than 40
