“外研社杯”全国大学生英语辩论赛的通知由团中央学校部下发至各高校团委。

原则上,组织单位应为共青团各高校委员会,也可为各高校的英语学院(或英语系)。

二、校选赛举办形式:
校选赛可以有多种举办形式,目前主要有单一高校组织的校级规模的校选赛和多所高校联合组织的更大规模的校际联赛。

三、校选赛举办时间:
校选赛的举办时间一般为本年度10月至次年3月间。

四、校选赛参赛人群:
校选赛参赛人群为具有中国国籍的全日制在校大学本科生和研究生,专业不限。

五、注意事项:
1.校选赛应严格按照BP赛制进行选拔,相关赛制应在赛前作好培训。

2.校选赛应严格辩题审核,避免政治导向和文化安全问题,辩题不应涉及政治敏感内容。

3.单一高校组织的校选赛应组织不少于3轮比赛,应尽量安排前4名决赛对决。

3. 站起来说话时要微笑,表示自信,两秒钟后再开始进行辩论。

要围绕辩题,不能讲得太远,要有好的心态,不能着急。

9、注意场上的整体配合:(辩论赛的输赢不是仅看个人表现的好坏。

它也是对辩手默契的考验。


10、注意肢体语言的运用:辩论赛的辩题本来就没有一个绝对的谁对谁错。

看的是谁的语言更有说服力。

恰当而又丰富的肢体语言更能增加你的说服力。

11、自由辩论阶段经典常用语的使用:自由辩论阶段是整场辩论赛的高潮。

每个辩手的语言简短精练而又具有很强的针对性。

但给观众和评委的思考时间也相对减少了,象好多:对方辩友显然已经跑题了。

对方辩友为什么故意逃避我方问题呢?是不是已经同意我方观点了呢?等经典常用语要时常用上。

12、注意抓重点抓内容:辩论赛毕竟不是表演,它看的还是你的语言是否有说服力而不是看你的声势有多大。

13、避免硬伤(1、注意礼貌问题:辩论不是吵架,一定要注意情绪的控制,注意自己的风度问题。

不要进行人身攻击。

2、注意规则问题(尤其新手)。

三、其他注意事项
一辩:first debater,二辩:second debater,对方辩友: my fellow debaters,开始的陈词,Honorable judges, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen.....
陈述的时候一定要自信,把握好时间,如果到后来时间到,你却没陈述完的时候也要保持自信,微笑,不管他们,把话说完,所以陈述部分的最后几句一定要背熟练。

别忘了说THANK YOU。

辩论模式与评分标准
1、辩论模式(参赛人数是4:4,共42分钟)
陈词阶段:共14分钟,正反方一辩先后陈词,每方4分钟。

正反方二辩先后陈词,每方3分钟。

盘问阶段:分两个部分,共8分钟。

(1)反方三辩向正反一、二、三辩逐一提问;正方三辩向反方一、二、三辩逐一提问(提问时间不计,回答时间每方累计2分钟)。

(2)盘问小结:由反方三辩先小结,再由正方三辩小结(每方2分钟)
自由辩论阶段:共12分钟,由正方辩手先发言,接着是反方辩手发言,双方交替发言,(每方累计4分钟)。

自由辩论结束后,先由评委团对辩手进行提问,每方各一个问题,再由观众向辩手提问,每方各两个问题。

(每方累计回答评委和观众问题时间不超过2分钟)。

总结陈词阶段:共8分钟,由反方四辩陈词,再正方四辩陈词。

每方各四分钟。

2、评分标准(包括个人与团体两部分)
个人标准:满分(50分)。

其中语音、姿态、审题、论证、辩驳各10分。

团体评分标准:满分(100分)。

包含着装(10分)、审题(20分)、论证(25分)、辩驳(25分)、配合(20分)。
