摘要本次毕业设计是关于TGSS-50型水平刮板输送机---机头段设计。

首先对刮板输送机作了简单的概述;接着分析了刮板输送机的选型原则及计算方法;然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求进行选型设计;接着对所选择的输送机各主要零部件进行了校核。

普通型刮板输送机由六个主要部件组成:传动装置,机尾或导回装置,中部机架,拉紧装置以及刮板。

最后简单的说明了输送机的安装与维护。

目前,刮板输送机正朝着长距离,高速度,低摩擦的方向发展,气垫式胶带输在刮板输送机的设计、制造以及应用方面,目前我国与国外先进水平相比仍有较大差距,国内在设计制造刮板输送机过程中存在着很多不足。

TGSS型刮板输送机使用说明书

一、适用范围及性能特点:TGSS型埋刮板输送机主要适用于粮食、饲料和油料等部门输送各种散状物料。

该机结构简单、体积小、密封性强、安装维修方便。

二、主要结构和工作原理TGSS型埋刮板输送机是利用装于牵引构件的刮板沿着固定的料槽拖带物料前进并在开口处卸料的输送设备。

主要由输送槽、输送链、上、下导向条、托送条、机头、机尾及传动装置等部件组成。

输送槽为平槽,输送链靠中间导向条导向,托送条托送,经头轮驱动并与尾轮相配合,以保证链条动转平稳性。

头轮由电动机经减速器,套筒滚子链传动。

从进料口进入机内的物料经分料板,使物料从刮板链两侧进入机槽底部,并由刮板链条将物料送往出料口,详见附图。

TGSS型埋刮板输送机还具有多点进料及出料,工艺布置灵活,输送距离长等特点。

该机采用带座调心球轴承,装拆方便,密封性好。

三、主要规格和技术参数:注:输送量计算容重按0.5t/m3四、安装与调整:1、安装位置倾角≤15°,基础应牢固可靠。

2、按出厂时各段机壳的联接标记顺序组装,应保证机壳横向水平,特别要保证机壳内壁的平直度,不允许法兰联接处有上下、左右错位现象,以保证刮板链条运行的平稳性。

3、头轮、尾轮、导向条必须对中,保持一条直线,托送条保持水平,以保证刮板链条在运行时不至跑偏。

4、机体总装后的直线度不应超出下表范围。

2、开机前必须检查各部位的联接螺栓,不得有松动现象。

3、每次启动后,应空载运转一段时间(3~5分钟),待一切正常后,方可投料运行,进料应均匀。

第一章、TGSS-50型水平刮板输送机工作原理和特点1 使用范围和特点TGSS系列水平刮板输送机分为普通性、密封型和特殊型三类。

主要适用于粮油加工厂仓库、码头、轻工、酿造等行业输送各种原料、料坯等小颗粒状或粉状物料。

不宜输送容量大于1t/m3的物料以及高温、高湿、腐蚀性物料或块状物料。

TGSS-50型水平刮板输送机是与胶带输送机、斗式提升机一样,刮板输送机也是一种具有挠性牵引构件的连续输送机械,可用于水平、倾斜和垂直方向输送散体物料,常用于粮油、饲料加工厂原粮、半成品及成品的输送,特别适用于油脂加工厂生产工艺中油料的输送和粮食仓库原粮的输送。

密封型水平刮板可用于浸出油厂输送含有易挥发、易渗溶剂的物料及其它易燃易爆的物料。

特殊型有双层刮板、油刮板、通风刮板等。

较之水平刮板机其它设备,它的显著特点是:1、该设备常用于水平输送颗粒和粉状物料,亦能在150角范围内作倾斜输送。

因此,在单点进出料基础上,也可多点进料,多点出料,对输送有毒、易爆、高温和易飞扬的物料,改善工人操作条件和减少环境污染等方面有突出的特点。

2、该机具有整机寿命高、运行平稳、结构尺寸小、输送量大、能耗低、物料破损率低等特点3﹑结构简单,密封性好,进卸料装置简单,可多点进卸料,布置形式灵活,可同时多方向完成物料的输送。

4、导轨采用高密度耐磨塑料板或锰板,在机壳的侧面和底面均镶有耐磨性良好的锰材钢板,大大延长了使用寿命(选用)。

5、头、尾机壳及中间机壳均采用组装式结构,装、拆、检修、维护和更换衬板等简单易行。

6、链条采用焊接弯板链,模锻链,套筒滚子链等,性能可靠,强度高,拉力大,寿命长。

2 、主要结构图1结构原理图本机主要由传动装置、机头、中间段、进(出)料段、机尾、刮板链条等部分组成。

该机机壳采用组装式,根据现场输送距离的长短,可以方便的进行调整,并便于运输和安装。

3 、工作原理进入机槽的物料受到刮板链条在运动方向的压力和自身重量的作用,在物料间产生内磨擦力,这种磨擦力保证了物料层之间的稳定状态,并能克服物料在机槽内移动而产生的外磨擦阻力,使物料形成随刮板链条一起运动的连续的整体的物料流而被输送。

MS即指水平型输送机,由于输送时,刮板链条全被埋在物料之中,故称为MS埋刮板输送机;又因为埋刮板机槽宽是500mm所以称为MS50型刮板输送机。

输送物料具有内擦力和侧压力等特性。

垂直输送时,主要依赖物料所具有的起拱特性。

封闭机槽内的物料在受到刮板链条在运动方向的推力,且受到下部不断的给料而阻止上物料下滑的阻力时,产生横向阻力时,产生横向侧压力,从而增加物料的内摩擦力,当物料之间的内摩擦力大于物料和侧壁间的外摩擦力及物料自重时,物料就随刮板链条在运动中有振动,有些物料的料拱会时而形成,因而使物料在输送过程中对于链条产生一种滞后现象,影响输送能力。

埋刮板输送机主要由封闭断面的壳体(机槽)、刮板链条、驱动装置及张紧装置等部件组成。

其设备结构简单、体积小、密封性能好、安装维修比较方便;能多点加料、多点卸料,工艺选型及布置较为灵活;在输送飞扬性、有毒、高温、易燃易爆的物料时,可改善工作条件,减少环境污染。

埋刮板输送机目前已被广泛应用于化工、建材、冶金、电力、粮食、轻工和交通领域。

MS型埋刮板输送机是采用倾斜度较小或水平布置的一种刮板输送机,其倾角一般为0。

To avoid the corrosion of transitional chute of scraper conveyor, optimization is needed on the structural of transitional chutes. After analyzing the force on turning point of transitional chute, multi-body dynamic experiments were made. The results show that, the improve design decrease the force on the turning point obviously and there are no extra difficulty on manufacture and installation. The experiment and analysis can conclude that the forces, which influence the wear of transitional chute, are depended on the transition arc radius but not transitional angle. IntroductionScraper conveyor is one of the important equipment on the modern fully-mechanized coal mining. According to the demand of coal transportation, Scraper conveyor’s two sides (head and tail) are higher than the middle and the transitional chutes are the joining parts for the middle through to the tail or head. [1] As a slot of the scraper conveyor, transitional chutes showed the entire slot’s character, including wear. [2] But, the wear of transitional chute is more serious on the turning point than other slots. Seriously, deep groove was ploughed by the round chain on the turning point.
