支撑和挡轮装置的设计

摘要

此次设计的任务是研究支撑和挡轮装置的工作原理、性能和特点,采用理论联系实际的方法,研究支撑和挡轮装置的影响因素,进行必要的结构改进,提出结构的方案并实施设计。同时,进行相关结构参数和工艺参数的设计与计算、总体方案设计,总体装配以及传动、机体等部件和相关零部件设计及绘图。主要设计方案如下:

(1)对支撑和挡轮装置的工作原理进行深入研究,根据托轮轴承组的工作能力和使用要求,设计出总体方案。

(2)设计出合理的支撑和挡轮装置结构和零件的强度,保证运行的稳定性。

(3)设计出合理的驱动装置,保证运行的高效性。

支撑装置是回转窑的重要组成部分,它承受着窑筒体的全部重量,并对窑筒体起定位作用。支撑装置由托轮轴承组及焊接底座等组成。挡轮按其受力情况及作用原理,可分为机械挡轮和液压挡轮两种。大型回转窑多采用液压挡轮。液压当轮装置承受全窑的下滑力。

ABSTRACT

The design of the task is to study support and wheel device's working principle, characteristics and properties, using the method of theory and practice, and support the round, influence factors, and puts forward the improved structure structure design and implementation plan. (3) design reasonable device drivers, ensure the efficiency of the operation.

Supporting device is an important part of rotary kiln, it under the full weight of the cylinder, and the kiln shell up. Support roller bearings by group and welding base, etc. According to the stress block wheel and principle, can be divided into mechanical and hydraulic block block two rounds. Large rotary wheel with hydraulic block. When the wheel under full hydraulic device of down-slide kiln.
