Just use this way,listen repeatedly until you can write down most of the materials and then check the original text and correct.In the end,listen again,until you're certain to know every word and every sentence clearly and even you can write it correctly.It will take you enormous time to accomplish and can be difficult to persit,but It will be worthwhile. In addition,general listening is of great benefit to keep yourself stay in English atmosphere.
