【摘要】目的：总结分析心电导联多普勒超声一体机引导下PICC置管中出

现问题的原因，以提高PICC穿刺置管一次成功率。方法：选取2019年1月至2021年8月在航空总医院采用心导联多普勒超声一体机（EDUG）引导下PICC置

管的200例患者的资料，回顾性分析置管中出现的问题。结果：200例心电导联

多普勒超声一体机（EDUG）引导下PICC置管中出现的问题主要有送管困难、送

导丝困难、原发性导管异位、心电图尖端定位时P波未显示、导管进入颈内静脉、穿刺点周围血肿，一次置管成功率96.5%，置管过程中及时调整和部分二次穿刺

置管，成功率达到100%。结论：取得静脉治疗资格认证专科护士运用心电导联多

普勒超声一体机引导下行PICC置管，通过集束化管理模式的应用、术中超声引

导可大大提高一次性穿刺成功率，减少并发症的发生，实现实时引导、全程可见，置管定位一次性完成，真正地提升了PICC导管成功率、到位率及满意度，充分

体现“以人为本”的护理理念。

[Abstract]Objective:Summarize and analyze the causes of problems

in PICC catheterization guided by ECG lead Doppler ultrasound all-in-one machine,so as to improve the one-time success rate of PICC

catheterization.Methods:The data of 200 patients with PICC catheterization under the guidance of ECG lead Doppler ultrasound all-

in-one machine(EDUG)in aviation general hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected to retrospectively analyze the problems in catheterization.Results:200 cases of cardiac conductance Doppler ultrasound all-in-one machine The main problems in PICC

catheterization under the guidance of(EDUG)include difficulty in catheter delivery,difficulty in wire delivery,primary catheter

ectopic,P wave not displayed during ECG tip positioning,catheter entering internal jugular vein and hematoma around puncture point.The success rate of one-time catheterization is 96.5%,timely adjustment

and partial secondary puncture catheterization during

catheterization,and the success rate is 100%.Conclusion:Professional nurses who have obtained the qualification certification of

intravenous therapy use the ECG lead Doppler ultrasound all-in-one machine to guide the downward PICC catheterization.Through the application of cluster management mode and intraoperative ultrasound guidance,it can greatly improve the success rate of one-time puncture and reduce the occurrence of complications,realize real-time

guidance,whole process visibility,and complete the catheterization and positioning at one time,which truly improves the success rate of PICC catheter In place rate and satisfaction,fully reflect the nursing concept of"people-oriented".
