工资虽高但却没保障
专家认为“酒店品评家”是新职业的雏形，但也有可能只是商家的炒作噱头。
如今看只能算作新岗位，还不能称其为新职业，因为还没有得到长时间的检验，也没有具体的国家相关标准。
“酒店品评家”和如今商场刚刚出现的高薪聘请试衣、试化妆品模特类似，这种试住、试穿等新岗位和质量监督员性质差不多，从公众角度出发应该是受欢迎的，因为这个岗位有利于大众消费者。
但是，这些新岗位也有很多不成熟的地方，可能给应职者带来麻烦，如试用化妆品皮肤起反应怎么办，住酒店时发生磕磕碰碰等意外事件怎么办，这些是否都算作工伤?
