因为我们的初衷就是为了检查一下孩子们对这一阶段的学习情况如何，以便于为我们的期中考试奠定基础，所以由我们老师自己来出题。

就我所教的俩个班的成绩来看一班和二班还是有一定的差距的。
一班有邵欣一个同学得了满分，还有薛菲卷面分减去1分得了99，而二班有王靖、李祥竹、徐娟娟得了满分。
90分以上的同学一班有19个，二班有24个，80分以上的同学一班有13个，二班有17个，所以说单从这俩个分数段就足以看出一班与二班的差距。
通过平时的上课我就感觉还是二班的孩子听话、爱学习一点，一班的孩子很活跃但是学习效率不够高，所以在晚自习的时候我给一班的孩子们上了一节思想政治课。
首先我感觉一班的纪律比较散，有的孩子自控能力很差，老师在的时候很老实，但是老师一离开就开始讲话了，尤其早自习的时候，这样就大大的降低了学习效率。
再就是惰的问题，有的孩子天生懒惰，不愿学习，没有体会到学习的乐趣。

第一次月考英语试卷分析英语组试卷整体上讲偏难，我的目的是想检查一下英语尖子生究竟有多少？这试卷恰好给我们李雪芬老师的儿子也做了一下，从中我也比较原长郡的优生在英语上与我们的优生差距有多大了。
其实顶尖的分数在105分左右，与长郡的差不多。
丢分的原因有两大点：一、基础不扎实，虽说单选题有几个转了点弯，但出乎我的意料：错那么多。
只能解释平时没弄懂，不是单词的问题，应该是知识点的理解问题。
单选题的错题4个班都集中在22,24,25,26,28,29,30,31,32,34和35题。
我班351丢分最多是28题，这是考时间状语从句的时态，如果把整个句子出完整对的人多了一大半，这就说明学生不会举一反三，不会灵活运用。
说道死记硬背这点，我发现在听力中，有部分同学听出了是什么但单词写错。
例如医院这单词许多知道但拼写错误，我班就44人错了；电影单词错了31人。
还有姐妹这单词也出错了2人。
这就是基本功不扎实。
阅读理解问题出在“理解”二字上，例如7月28到8月18日共多少天不知道，一个月的第二天和最后一个星期六共是几天也不明白。
第二点是写作。
写作一直是打问题，351有2位是文字题一个不做。
349班提到文字题16题，我想那应该是没听出来。
而4个班共同的是67,69这是补全对话，关键是上下文没理解透，想当然了。
73,74题全是中文翻译成英文，这与作文一样是因为词汇量少，找不到一个句子的基本结构，所以中文式的翻译许多。
作文丢分是最为严重的，351班作文不及格28人其中0分4人，12分，也就是80分以上9人。
措施：1、单词、词汇要扩大；2、讲解练习时注意解题技巧的训练；（其实，听力中有些单词在试卷中能找到的。
例如孩子children 这单词就在阅读理解A中，有人听出了却拼写错了）。
3、适当给些难题加以训练，提高学生做题的严谨习惯；4、写作要想办法抓上来，可以一周一话题作文，也可以一单元一作文。
