If discharge required，B should can operate the communication equipments on board4.乙方在合同期内，应忠于职守，遵纪守法，尽职尽责，如有下列行为者，甲方有权终止合同，乙方除自行承担后果外，对甲方造成的损失应负赔偿责任，甲方亦有权根据乙方行为后果的严重程度给予相应的经济处罚：B should be on duty and responsible for his act onboard ，if B do the following action ，A have rights to end the contract at once and ask for compensation ，and have rights to punish B with economic methods（1）乙方工作失职，给船舶安全性或者正常航行造成危险或者损失的 B neglect his duty cause danger or loss（2）乙方不遵守甲方的管理制度或者不服从公司管理的 B break company rules ormanagement regulations（3）乙方漏船或者擅自离船的 B get off the ship without permission（4）乙方参与盗窃，走私，偷渡，贩毒，色情等活动的 B join the following act ：stealSmuggle ，stowaway，drug trade ，eroticism ect（5）乙方不遵守所在港国家法令等被追究地方责任给甲方造成损失的 B break port station rules ，is punished by the state ，caused problems or loss（6）乙方私自与ITF 及其他国际公会组织接触的 B contact with ITF or other international associations privately（7）其他严重违法违纪情形other serious illegal acts四，违约责任default responsibilities合同履行期间任何一方违约将导致合同终止，违约方应向对方支付合同期内月工资总额的10%的违约金。
