A: Hi. How’s it going, buddy?

B: Well, not very well. I’m looking for an apartment to rent. 不太好，我正在找房子住呢。

A: Why? What happened to your current place?

B: My roommate is going to get married and her fiance will

move in next month. So I have to move out.

A: So when do you have to move out?

B: The sooner the better. Do you know anyone who has a place for rent?

A: Not really. Did you try the classified ads?

B: Yes, I did. Bu I didn’t see anything interesting.

A: Why don’t you use a broker?

B: Broker? I don’t know any good ones.

A: I have a friend who works in a Realty. You may contact him.

A: Yes, he helped me a lot.

A: Certainly. I’ll tell him that you’re a good friend of mine. Maybe he can give you a deal.
