解释就是:眼睛的毛病就是肝有问题,舌头有问题就是心脏 不好,口腔问题就是脾不好,鼻子的问题就是肺不好,耳朵 有问题就是肾不好。但是在眼睛和舌头又有细分,在眼睛里 面还具体分为瞳孔和眼白,瞳孔反映的是肝的问题,比如近 视、眼神恍惚都是肝的问题,通过养肝是可以治好的,现在 就很多通过养肝治好近视的(这在西医是基本不能治疗的)。 眼白对应的是心肺,眼白如果红了,则说明心火热了,引起 眼白的毛细血管发炎充血。舌头边沿反应的是心脏问题,舌 头红了说明心火热,要降火和养心。舌苔则反映的是脾胃的 问题,舌苔黄,脾胃火大,舌苔白了,说明脾胃寒了,要养 胃养脾。
辨证:辨证包括病因、气血津液、脏腑、经络、六经、 卫气营血和三焦辨证。各种辨证方法既各有其特点和适应范 围,又有相互联系,而且都是以八纲为总纲领的。
病案:病案是临床的写实、科研的重要资料。 诊法,是从整体观念出发,通过望、闻、问、切四诊,对疾 病的临床表现进行观察、分析,为辩证提供客观依据的诊察 方法。
中医学的历史,是学术不断发展、不断创新的历史。自中 华人民共和国成立以来,在中目共产党和中华人民共和国政 府的关怀下,中医学理论取得了长足的进步,在研究的广度 和深度及方法上均超过了历史任何时期。当代中医学理论的 研究,以系统整理、发扬提高为前提,运用传统方法和现代 科学方法,多学科多途径地逐步揭示了中医学理论的奥秘, 使中医学理论出现了不断深化、更新,并有所突破的态势。
中医诊法,是中医诊断学的重要组成部分,是中医学极 具特色的重要内容之一,是我国人民长期同疾病斗争的经验 总结。《内经》为中医诊法的形成和发展奠定了基础。
人体是个有机的整体,局部的病变可影响及全身,内脏 的病变可从神、色、形、态及五官、四肢等各个方面反映出 来,即所谓“有诸内者,必形诸外”。所以通过望、闻、问、 切来诊察疾病显现在外的症状和体征,就可以推测疾病的原 因、性质及其内脏联系等,为辩证论治提供依据。 望、闻、问、切各有其作用,临床应用时,必须相互参照结 合起来,也就是“四诊合诊”,才能够全面的了解病情,作 出正确的判断。

Secondly, students are the subject of our class. They have learned the second language for one and a half year. They can know some basic words, phrases and some simple sentences patterns. But they are shy to say English in their daily life, and the words and the sentences are not enough for them to describe their activities at different times. As a teacher, I will provide them more chance to learn English quickly and practice more.

一、说教材
我所讲的这节课是陕游版四年级第二学期第四册Lesson1.Whattimeisit?中的第一课时。

通过本节课教学,学生学会用25、30、40、45、50的表示法;掌握“四会”词句eighto'clock,twelvethirty,fourforty,fivefifty;用“Whattimeisit?It’s…”来进行询问和表达时间为重难点。

所需教具为单词卡片和相关课件。

二、说教法
为了顺利完成以上教学目标,更好的突出重点、难点。

遵循学生的认知规律,我采用讲读法、直观演示法、全身运动法、愉快教学游戏等相结合的方法来开展教学。

讲读法是各学科的一个基本方法,它能让学生在教师直接指导下,正常地进行学习;而直观演示法、则可以节约大量时间,同时让复杂的事情简单化;小学生好动,非随意性注意力占主要地位。

在本课教学中,我设计了几种具有节奏感强,能够带动学生“心、口、手”并用的活动,既增加了语言实践活动,又减少了学生坐不住的盲动性;“兴趣是最好的老师”小学英语教学更注重于趣味。

在课堂教学中,适当的结合愉快教学,能激发学生学习兴趣。

另外,我还通过各种评价方式,如教师评价、小组评价、同学评价等鼓励学生多开口,多与老师和同学交流,学会用英语表达自己的思想和感受,达到掌握知识、培养技能的目的。

三、说学法
鉴于本课句型特点及学生现有知识水平,我引导学生采用听、看、读、唱、说的方法来进行学习。

四、说教学程序
合理安排教学程序是教学成功的关键之一,针对学生的认知状况及本课教材特点,我安排了以下四个主要环节:
1、以学生为主体,通过活动复习旧知,服务新知。

上课开始,我组织学生singannumbersong和跳绳复习数字1-20,目的为了吸引学生注意力,使课堂以轻松活泼的形式开始。

2、启发诱导,教学新知。

①卡片展示学习数字25、30、40、45、50,为下步学习做铺垫。

②巩固数字,做数字游戏,调节学生学习情绪,激发兴趣。

③展示“四会”词句,教学新知。

3、多样操练“四会”词句。

4、通过Chant师生共同小结,对知识进行归纳。

五、说板书
为了调动学生的学习积极性,我的板书以彩色图片和彩色的单词卡片为主,使板书设计具有艺术性。

最后我说一说我的教学反思:
1、整堂课的教学以游戏为载体,以数字为主线,从预习反馈诊断定向,精炼讲授,互动生成,巩固练习到拓展延伸每个环节都离不开数字,为学习时间表达做了很好的`铺垫。

2、从学生组织上,部分学生的积极参与发展到最后小组竞赛时的人人参与,课堂教学活而不乱,丰富多彩,游戏充分调动学生生动学习语言,主动参与语言操练的积极性,发挥语言的交际功能,增强学生团队合作意识。

通过营造良好的语言学习氛围和会话实践,提高了学生用英语进行交际的能力,在注重语言训练同时,合理利用学生的好胜心理,发展学生的思维能力,并使他们受到了教育。

3、注重细节,如:语音教学,15—55的区别;it’s=itis的区别,纠正学生发音、唱读现象等。

这些看似微不足道的小问题,确使学生易犯易错的问题得到了纠正。

只要能让学生从我的一节课上多多少少学到哪怕一点点的知识,我都会感到很欣慰。
