超低温冰箱介绍与注意事项一,超低温冰箱产品示意图:拉手 温控器 门锁 隔板 蜂鸣器 报警灯电源锁 定位支垫 R232通讯接口电源线进口空气开关间距架孔底盘侧盖板底盘前盖板 气压平衡孔二,说明1、冰箱应放置在阴凉通风的位置,箱体距离墙及其它物品不得少于30厘米;附件中有两个后间距支架,请按照示意图安装上,以防箱体靠墙太近;2、如果箱体因为大小的问题进不去您的房间,可以将门锁或拉手卸下,以减少箱体的宽度;3、冰箱前底部有两个定位支垫,防止箱体随意移动,冰箱到位后将螺丝下拧与地支撑;4、到位后,静置24小时,让压缩机油充分回流后再开机;5、请给超低温冰箱专配一个过流、漏电保护开关,且不能与其它设备共用同一个电源插座;6、检查电源是否符合220V+5%的要求,插上电源,准备运行;7、推上箱体后面电源箱空气开关,机器接通电源,此时机器并不能启动;8、冰箱右下侧前面板有一个锁控电源开关,从附件找到钥匙,打开电源;(垂直方向“0”为关,水平方向“1”为开);防止有人随意开启或停止您的设备,请拔下钥匙,保管好;9、锁控电源开关打开后,电子温控仪的PV值开始闪烁,风扇运转;报警灯(红色)亮起,蜂鸣器鸣叫,按下报警灯即可停止蜂鸣,此时报警灯仍处于工作状态,再按下报警灯即可恢复蜂鸣。

当实际温度在设定温度±10℃的范围内,报警解除,即红灯熄灭,蜂鸣停止;当实际温度超出设定温度±10℃的范围时,报警启动。

10、当温度低于-10℃时,温控仪的PV值停止闪烁。

11、风扇运转30~40秒后,第一级压缩机启动;12、第一级压缩机启动后10分钟左右,第二级启动,冰箱开始制冷;13、达到设定温度后进入伺服待机状态。

三,使用注意事项1、请给超低温冰箱专配一个过流、漏电保护开关,且不能与其它设备共用同一个电源插座;2、冰箱应放置在一个通风的位置,运行环境温度不应超过30℃。

如果不能保证环境温度,当环境温度超过30℃时,请把冰箱温度设定在-75℃左右;3、当您从冰箱里取放物品时,请戴上防冻手套,以免冻伤;4、请勿用玻璃(及其它不耐低温材质)容器盛放需要冷冻的物品,以防容器涨裂;5、冰箱内严禁放入具有挥发性、易燃、易爆等危险特性的物品;6、冰箱的外表不能用水直接冲洗,这样容易导致冰箱漏电;7、请勿一次性放入10kg以上未被冷冻的物品,如果需要放入超过10kg物品时,必须分批逐次放入,当第一批物品的温度达到设定温度时才能放入下一批,每批总量不能超过10kg,放入的总量不能超过150kg,否则冰箱长时间超负荷运行,会对压缩机产生不利影响,甚至损坏压缩机;8、冰箱显示的温度是内胆中间位置的温度,局部空间温度有可能相差±5℃,通常冰箱温度稳定后,上面温度稍高,下面温度稍低;9、根据工作环境不同,一般每三个月清洁冷凝器翅片及过滤网一次,如果环境特别恶劣,应每月一次。

箱内灯的更换方法
照明灯参数:220V/240V,10W 更换灯泡时: ① 拔下电源插头 ② 取下灯罩
用手压住灯罩中间,同时向外拉动即可取出
③ 逆时针旋下旧灯泡 ④ 顺时针旋上新灯泡

速冷指示灯

内容:
1 操作
1.1 接通电源,检查照明灯是否可以正常开闭。

1.2 温度设定及调节。

冰箱内的温度是通过温控器调节旋钮来调节的,应据需要
选择适宜的温控档。

1.3 经过2~3小时通电运转后,冰箱内已充分冷却,此时可将物品放入冰箱内。

正式使用冰箱。

1.4 取用物品时,打开冰箱门。

取出物品后,应及时关闭冰箱门。

2 维护与保养
2.1 注意冰箱是否正常供电。

2.2 冰箱内置放物品不应过度拥挤,必须留出空间,以利冷风循环。

2.3 冰箱内严禁放入易燃、易爆的危险品,以及强腐蚀性酸碱等物品。

2.4 停电或清洁时,应先拔下插头,至少保持间隔五分钟,才能再次接通电源,
以防因连续启动而损坏压缩机。

2.5 冰箱应置放与远离热源并避免太阳直射之处,以免影响冰箱的工作性能。

2.3 不要放在潮湿或易溅水的地方,溅的水及污物应及时用软布擦干净。

2.7 不要使用硬毛刷、钢丝刷,也不要使用去污粉、汽油、香蕉水、丙酮等有机
溶剂、热水或酸、碱等来清洁冰箱。

2.8 冰箱内壁霜层厚度达5mm以上也应进行除霜。

2.9 冰箱冷凝器上的积尘在断电后可用洗耳球吹去。

2.10 搬动时,冰箱倾斜度不能大于30o。

电冰箱的构成冰箱的构成:箱体,门体,制冷系统,电气系统及附件一箱体和门体:箱体、门体根据不同的温度要求组成若干间室,与外界空气隔绝并分别保持一定低温。

箱体、门体由箱壳、箱胆、门壳、门胆等结构件和绝热材料组成。

1. 箱壳、门壳一般由0.4-0.8mm的冷轧钢板作成,表面经磷化与喷塑(或喷漆)处理。

为了美观,门壳多用彩板,有的冰箱已经使用拉丝板或是钢化玻璃面板。

2. 箱胆、门胆一般用厚1.2-5mm的ABS板或HIPS板经真空成型作成。

箱胆也有用铝板作成的,这种箱胆强度比塑料好,但耐腐蚀性不如塑料。

3.隔热层过去冰箱的隔热层都用玻璃棉充填,现在冰箱隔热层都用聚氨酯发泡塑料。

聚氨酯发泡塑料是在异氰酸酯、聚醚的聚合反应中,加入发泡剂发泡而成。

发泡剂过去都采用R11,这种发泡剂对大气层的臭氧层有较大的破坏作用。

现在的发泡剂逐渐改为R141b或环戊烷,这两种发泡剂都是环保发泡剂。

4. 门铰链:箱体和门体由门铰链联接在一起。

单门电冰箱有上、下两个铰链,双门电冰箱有上、中、下三个铰链。

门铰链上一般都加一个限位机构和一个自锁机构。

5. 门封条为防止冰箱内冷气外泄和外界热气侵入,在门体的内壁四周装有磁性门封条,依靠磁条的磁力,将门封与箱体铁皮紧紧吸住。

门封条是用软质聚氯乙烯挤塑成条,将磁性胶条穿入塑料门封条的空心管里,四角热粘合而成。

二.制冷系统:电冰箱的制冷系统由压缩机、冷凝器、干燥过滤器、毛细管、和蒸发器组成,制冷系统利用制冷剂的循环进行热交换,将冰箱内的热量转移到冰箱外的空气中去,达到使冰箱内降温的目的。

1. 压缩机:是制冷循环系统的“心脏”,它的作用是在电动机的带动下,输送和压缩制冷剂蒸气,使制冷剂在系统中进行制冷循环。

当压缩机电动机带动曲轴作旋转运动时,连杆将旋转运动转化为活塞的往复式运动。

活塞在气缸中所作的往复运动,可分为吸气、压缩、排气和膨胀四个工作过程。

2. 冷凝器:冷凝器又称为散热器,是电冰箱制冷系统中主要的热交换设备。

温度调节
温度旋钮
用来调节冰箱内温度,旋钮上的数字不代表具体温度,在相同的室内温度下,数字越大,箱内温度越低;数字越小,箱内温度越高。

“0”为停机点,这时冰箱不运转;
“7”为强冷点,在需要加速制冷的时候使用。

一般冬天宜将旋钮调到“1~4”之间;夏天宜将旋钮调到“4~7”之间。

使用注意事项
制冰室用来冰冻或储藏食品和制取少量冰块,不得存放玻璃瓶装或灌装密封液体物品,以免由于液体冻结后,体积膨胀而破裂。

冰盒用于制取冰块,注入五分之四容量的凉开水,置于制冰室,紧贴底部就可以制取冰块,若要加速制冰,应将温度旋钮旋到强制冷点“7”处。

取冰块时,只需扭动冰盒就可以使冰块与冰盒分离。

但切勿折弯冰盒,以免断裂。

制冰时间较长,取冰时不可直接用手握住冰盒,以免冻伤。

接水盒
盛接化霜水,务必定时检查接水盘中的化霜水,及时把化霜水倒掉,以免溢落于冰箱内和地板上,造成漏电和生锈。

门封
起密封保温作用,使用时要防止油渍弄脏和变形。

物品不宜摆放过密,以利于冷气循环。

热的食品应冷却至室温再放入冰箱。

减少开关们的次数及时间以减少冷气流失。

可以洗涤的食品最好先洗净,擦干水分后贮藏。

若接到停电通知,可提前将2~3小时将温度旋钮旋到强冷点“7”,并尽可能的做制去冰块置于冷藏室内。

停电后尽可能减少开门次数。

若停电时间过长,再次解冻电源前,请把接水盘的化霜水倒掉,并检查是否霜水残积在制冰室和箱内底面上,如有,务必清除掉。

澳柯玛银海豚冰箱使用说明书1、使用准备与要求此产品安装后请放置2小时后,再接通电源使用。

为达到最佳性能:请不要把食物存放在此产品后部通风孔的前面,否则会阻碍空气回圈。

在将食物存放在冰箱冷冻室之前,请将食物包装好,或者将其放在一个容器中。

不要将新鲜食物放在已被冷冻的食物旁边。

不要在冷冻室内存放碳酸饮料或汽水。

请注意冷冻食物的最长储存时间以及过期时间。

如果外出时间不超过3周,不用切断电源。

但是如果你要离开3周或者更长时间,请取出冰箱内所有食物并断开冰箱电源,进行清洁并晾干。

大部分供电故障都可以在一到两个小时内得到解决,因此对冰箱内的温度不会产生影响,但在断电期间应尽量减少冰箱门开启的次数。

如果供电故障的持续时间超过24小时,应取出所有冷冻食物。

当在低于冰箱设计的温度范围下持续工作过长的时间后,冰箱可能不会连续工作(可能在除霜或者冷冻室中的温度变得过高时发生)。

不要存放如香蕉、瓜类等在低温下容易变质的食物。

为了达到最佳的冷冻效果,请将冰盒放在设计的位置。

您的冰箱属于无霜冰箱,这意味着您无需手动进行除霜,冰箱会自动除霜。

除霜过程中的温度升高程度符合相关国家标准。

5.简易故障分析
冰箱出现故障,在委托维修之前,请自行按下列要点检 查一次,若不能消除故障,请通知本公司指定维修点修理。
显示部分不亮

冷冻室、冷藏室温度设定得太低。
控制面板的显示部分出现故障信息: “E1”、“E2”、“E3”、“E4”的其中一个或几个时, 即使冰箱内部足够冷,应该通知维修点进行维修。
用于储存需要冷冻的食品。大块肉类尽量分割成小块放入,以免食用时难于分割。 若需快速冷冻的食品应均匀分布到各抽屉中,冻结好后再集中储存。
取出抽屉时,先向前抽出,再向上抬起即可拿出。
注:抽屉是冰箱冷冻室内部的附件,可以取出。我们推荐用户将食品放入抽屉内冷冻存储。
制冰方法
冰盒用于制取冰块,注入五分之四容量的凉开水,置于 冷冻室,待冰盒中的水结成实冰后,只需扭动冰盒就可 使冰块与冰盒分离。但切勿折弯冰盒,以免断裂。
! 警告:不得在冰箱内使用电器。

箱内灯的更换方法
照明灯参数:220V/240V,10W 更换灯泡时: ① 拔下电源插头 ② 取下灯罩
用手压住灯罩中间,同时向外拉动即可取出
③ 逆时针旋下旧灯泡 ④ 顺时针旋上新灯泡
2.正确放置电冰箱
通风良好
冰箱周围要通风良好,以利散热,所以冰箱周围需留有一定的空间:
注 意:
“关冷藏室”时,“速冷”按键无效; “关冷冻室”时,“速冻”按键无效。 速冷和速冻模式下运行会增加系统耗电。
“关 冷 藏 室 、 关 冷 冻 室 ” 按 键 操 作
按“关冷藏”或“关冷冻”键可分别关闭冷藏室或冷冻室, 对应的温度显示熄灭。 再次按“关冷藏”或“关冷冻”键,则开启冷藏室或冷冻室。 温度显示为关闭之前的状态。

注意: 如果在“速冷”模式下关闭冷藏室,退出速冷模式。 如果在“速冻”模式下关闭冷冻室,退出速冻模式。
冷藏调温
每次按冷藏调温 键, 冷藏室设定温度显示 增 加1℃ , 到8℃ 后 为 止 ;
每次按冷藏调温 键, 冷藏室设定温度显示 减 少1℃ , 到2℃ 后 为 止 。
