9.3 装配图中尺寸标注、零件编号及明细栏的填写
9.3.1 尺寸标注
装配图不同于零件图,不直接用于制造零件,因此不必标注
全部零件的所有尺寸, 只需标注下面几种尺寸即可。 1.特征尺寸
特征尺寸是表示装配体特征或规格的尺寸。如图9-3中的尺寸
按不剖绘制。
(2) 相邻两零件接触在一起(即基本尺寸相同),规定只画一 条轮廓线。相邻两零件不接触,无论间隙多小,均应留有间隙。
第9章 装 配 图 (3) 对于两相邻零件,当其剖切后,剖面线符号应有所区 别。若两相邻零件为金属材料,则应改变剖面线的方向和间隔 加以区别。 (4) 同一零件在装配图的不同视图中,其剖面线的方向和 间隔应完全一致。当零件厚度较薄时,其剖面线允许涂黑。 图9-2所示的示例综合体现了装配图上的规定画法。

9.1 装配图的作用和内容
表达整件或部件的图样称为装配图。装配图反映设计者 的意图,表达装配体的工作原理、性能要求、零件之间的装 配关系和零件的主要结构形状,以及在装配、检验、安装时 所需要的尺寸数据和技术要求。在进行设计、装配、调试、

▪ 一类是以封闭几何线框为主要符号的电气图; ▪ 另一类则是采用各种电气符号绘制的电气图。

四、使用布局视口
要在布局中显示和缩放模型空间的视图,需创 建布局视口。

布局空间又称图纸空间,可以认为是建立与工 程图纸相对应的绘图空间,是由一张图纸构成 的平面,用来创建最终供打印机或绘图仪输出 图纸所用的平面图。
是表示设备系统的工作原理、空间关系或者元器件的连接关系,能够 反映设备系统全部状态的一种图样。系统图与平面图相结合能准确地 反映系统的全貌和工作原理。
