Here I will show my students ashort passage with key words and phrases missing, and then ask somestudents to retell the passage by filling the blanks.Activity two role playWork in pairs. One student is Wang Kun and another is Wang Wei,choose a paragraph from the passage and use the information to make adialogue.First.Fast reading. Here I will ask my students to read the passage as quickly as possible, and then give them some T or F questions to see if they have a general understanding of this passage.Second. Careful reading, here my students are supposed to read the passage very carefully, and discuss with their partners, then answer the following questions. By doing this, I can check whether my students have a detailed understanding of this passage.Third. Consolidation.
