CHICONY POWER also assigns SQM as the sole window for dealing quality issues with SUPPLIER.)5. 一般要求(General Requirements)5.1 乙方之产品质量管理体系应至少必须获得ISO 9000之认证，以期保证其供应之产品能够满足甲方的质量规范。
(SUPPLIER shall at least undertake to introduce and maintain a modern quality management system,e.g. ISO 9000, for the purpose of fulfilling CHICONY POWER’s quality standard.)5.2 变更管理(Change Management)5.2.1 乙方如果发生产品设计或规格变更时，须提前至少一周以电子邮件或书面形式向甲方研发部提出”工程变更需求”通知，甲方零件工程人员将对变更进行认证。
乙方在没有得到甲方零件工程人员的电子邮件或书面的正式认可前，包括但不限于ECN/PCN(工程和制程变更)等，不得变更在供产品规格。
若甲方仅口头通知变更而无书面承认者，乙方有权拒绝接受变更。
乙方不得以样品已获甲方相关部门承认规避责任。
如因此无承认之变更致使甲方受损者，乙方将无异议赔偿甲方。
(SUPPLIER shall submit ECR to CHICONY POWER’s R&D Department by email or in writing. at least within one week prior to component design change, and CHICONY POWER’s CE Department will verify this change. SUPPLIER is NOT allowed to execute any change on existing product specification prior to receivi ng any confirmed approval notice from CHICONY POWER’s CE Department by email or in writing. SUPPLIER has the right to reject any oral change notice from CHICONY POWER. SUPPLIER must bear and reimburse all CHICONY POWER’s losses without objection resulted from this unapproved change, and SUPPLIER will be NOT evade the responsibility even samples have been approved by CHICONY POWER.)5.2.2 乙方的制造工序和条件（例如检验方法、生产场所、作业方法、制造条件、生产设备、模具、作业人员等）发生变化时，应填写4M变更申请书交予甲方SQM和/或采购知悉，以保证产品质量符合甲方需求。
(Any change related to SUPP LIER’s manufacturing processes and conditions, including but not limited to inspection methods、manufacturing site、operation methods、manufacturing conditions、manufacturing machines、mold、operators etc. SUPPLIER must fill out “4M Change Application Form” and forward it to CHICONY POWER for further confirmation to meet CHICONY POWER’s quality standard.)5.3 甲方每季度将召开QBR会议，乙方在接获通知后，有义务指派业务、品保、工程等经理级以上主管参加。
