A bit of advice for those about to retire. If you are only 65, never move to a retirement community. Everybody else is

in their 70s, 80s, or 90s. So when something has to be moved, lifted or loaded, they yell,'Get the kid.'

这里想对将要退休者提一点忠告。如果你只有65岁的话，千万别进退休社区。因为那里人人都七八十岁或者八九十岁了。每当要搬东西，抬东西或者装东西时，他们就叫喊，“让小的干吧。”

The Raven and the Swan乌鸦和天鹅

A RAVEN saw a Swan and desired

to secure for himself the same beautiful

plumage. Supposing that the Swan's

splendid white color arose from his

washing in the water in which he swam,

the Raven left the altars in the

neighborhood where he picked up his

living, and took up residence in the lakes

and pools. But cleansing his feathers as

often as he would, he could not change

their color, while through want of food

he perished.

Change of habit cannot alter Nature.

乌鸦非常羡慕天鹅洁白的羽毛。他猜想

天鹅一定是经常洗澡，羽毛才变得如此

洁白无瑕。于是，他毅然离开了他赖

以生存的祭坛，来到江湖边。他天天洗

刷自己的羽毛，不但一点都没洗白，

反而因缺少食物饥饿而死。

Life is a broken-winged bird 生命就象

鸟儿折了翅膀

That can never fly. 再也不能飞翔

Frozen only with snow 雪覆冰封，万物

不再生长
